I ordered a part at the store and paid 12$ for overnight shipping so that I can pick it up the following day. Well it s the following day and the store hasn t received my part. So I waisted 12$ on hope that the company could deliver the part in the scheduled time. I ll be using advanced auto from here on out. Thanks for wasting my time and money AutoZone really appreciated.

Mike provided me with a wealth of knowledge in helping me solve my questions. I happen to be more of a visual or hands-on learner, and (without telling Mike this), he went on the computer and showed me images of the parts I'll need, pointed out where they'll need to go on the car, and the reasons for drawing up his conclusion. What a great experience for my first time at this location, and I certainly intend to continue my business here after the excellent quality of service I was given. Mike is a great advocate for the company and their brands. Thank you Mike at AutoZone located in East Greenville, Pennsylvania!

This will absolutely be the last time I go to auto zone. Went to make a return and was dismissed by the cashier who claimed the product had been used. This woman Jennifer was disgusting in Her customer service telling me to get the f out of her store. All while the manager stood there watching saying nothing. The product i had was unused and untouched, returning it only because the same product is on Walmart shelves for half price. She treated me like an ignorant pesant and it was totally unwarranted. I've never been disrespected this way in my life and certainly not at a store in which I'm a member. All this for a 14 dollar bottle of cleaner. Shame on you autozone for hiring this type of person. And shame on the manager for standing there allowing this sort of treatment of your customers. This is outrageous. Autozone needs to fix this problem, remove that employee and the manager.

Went to make a return of a product bought at auto zone less than 24 hours prior, and was told to "get out of my store" by what seemed to be the worst associate if ever met. Was met with undeserved attitude by her and the manager who stood by casually as his employee belittled me saying I tampered with the product. Jennifer Rymer ought to be fired for her terrible customer service and poor representation of company that I've spent 1000s of dollars of the years.

I ordered wiper blades online for pick up. The order ready for pick up within minutes. When I arrived, I was trying to remove my wiper blade when Bill ran out of the store and warned me that many people get their fingers pinched with my type of wipers. He offered to install both wiper blades. I had wiper blades installed here in the past and the employees had a difficult time switching out my wipers. Bill had them swapped in no time. Very knowledgeable and fast. Thanks, Bill!

I needed a specialty tool, they had it. Easy to find, good price. I needed help finding the dialectic grease, the gentleman came right out and helped. He reminded me of of my accumulated reward dollars. All around good visit.

Was able to go in quick and get the stuff I needed fast. The staff are also pretty friendly and helpful, I needed to remeasure my windshield wipers just to double check I was getting the right side, and the nice staff member gave me their measuring tape to use. They also held the line for me to quick go out and measure and come right back in to purchase the wipers.

I needed wiper blades for my daughter's car and was extremely happy with my service.Jen waited on me. She found me the best wipers, installed them and inspected the rear one for me, She notice a tear. We went back in the store and she took very good care of me.All stores should have such a great employee. I was dreading this errand and it turned out be be a very good experience.

It is a clean store. The prices are good. (if you don't shop on Amazon) And the location is nice. they have had everything i have needed every time i go in. The only thing i had a negative experience with was the staff. They are a nice staff. They will be there for you. They ask often if they can help you look for things. However, the one time i took them up on the offer, the person i dealt with wasn't very experienced/knowledgeable. And i get that not everyone who works there will be an expert. But i respect some one more if they just say they do not know what it is that i am looking for, but this person proceeded to pretend he knew what i was looking for. I appreciated that they were trying, and i just played along because i didn't want to be mean. Otherwise, i like the store. I will still continue to go. i just wont put my trust in the recommendations of some of the employees. that's all.

The associate Mike is always friendly, courteous and helpful. That is the main reason for the 4 stars, pricing is high compared to Walmart next door for basic items. But when we have to order special parts, it's been a positive experience.

I am so thankful for Michael s help today. I had a break light out and didn t know the first thing about what type of light to buy, how to replace it, etc. Without hesitation, Michael came out to the parking lot to look at my car and help figure out what light we needed. He not only helped us get the correct light, he installed it for me! Again without hesitation. Thank you for your help Michael! I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help the way you did!

Sales rep was very helpful store was busy at the time. I realized the most important customer is the one you're dealing with and I agree .There was quite a backlog of people waiting. Half the people were just waiting to have their items rung up. My suggestion is to have a register designated strictly for customers buying off-the-shelf items so they don't have to wait in same line While others are having Parts looked-up and having their cars OBD scanned that just my two cents. The store had the items I needed in stock which worked out good. I visit the store regularly and having a register solely designated for customers not needing something looked up would benefit the store greatly.

Two young men who worked there were too busy talking to each other to help me, even when I asked. They simply pointed me to the end of an aisle. They were not waiting on anyone. I finally found what I needed and had to wait for an older gentleman to come from the back to check me out. They don't deserve their jobs.

I did not find the staff member that I talked to very helpful. I explained my issue and that I had come to them for their professional service and was basically told good luck . I was trying to buy your parts...

Other then NAPA this is one of my many second homes. Got to know a lot of the workers inside and they always find 5he most helpful things and ways 5o do things to make fixing your car or repairing it and feeling good about a perfectly good running car

Free tool rentals. They can usually get the parts i need. It comes down to staff. Some of them are extremely knowledgeable, some couldn't tell you how to start a car let alone fix it. Don't expect to go in and make a purchase in anything close to a reasonable amount of time.

I am not one to care enough to write reviews but I have had Horrible experiences at this location. On multiple occasions I have ordered parts only to be given the wrong parts, told that they have arrived only to find out they haven't or have been promised they would arrive by a specific date and time and they did not. If you need to have anything ordered go to NAPA or another parts vendor. The associates are not helpful or organized in any way.

I waited on hold 15 for someone to tell me the part I order was at the store, then I waited. Another 20 minutes at the store to check out and find my part. Under staffed and lack of experience. It would have been better to buy on line and get home delivery.

This place should have a HELP WANTED sign out front. It's always understaffed and the lines to checkout and get parts is at least 15 mins. The Employees can only do what they can, but this place needs better management, and scheduling.
