I was in the other day looking to pick up a new set of windshield wipers for my truck. There was a young, very tall guy by the name of Josh who was extremely helpful and got me hooked right up. I recommend this store to anyone in the area. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT AN AUTOZONE. THE MANAGER JOSH WAS NOT FRIENDLY, IGNORANT FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN UNTIL WE WALKED OUT. MANAGER JOSH DID NOT MAKE ANY EYE CONTACT WITH DIRECTLY SPOKEN TO. ON TOP HE WAS VERY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE BREAK LIGHT WE WERE INQUIRING ABOUT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STOPPING AND SHOPPING THERE OR UNTIL MANAGEMENT CHANGES

I showed up earlier this evening to get my engine codes read as well as look into buying a cold air intake for my car. Sam was very friendly, helpful and got me in and out very fast. She knew was she was talking about and definitely deserves a raise and a promotion in the store. 10/10 Customer Service, taking all my cars to Autozone from now on.

Where to start. Needed a set of in warranty brake pads. Had to be orderer in. No problem. Will be here tomorrow at 1 pm. Paid for the other pads I needed. Next day, my mechanic went to pick up both pad sets. Only the rear that were not warranty were there. No record of the warranty front pads. I went in to check. Oh, they'll be here tomorrow. Went back the next day. No pads. DC was out of stock, coming from the mfg. Be here tomorrow at 1 pm. Went in at 2pm. No pads. Might be on the 5pm afternoon truck. It will be FIVE trips to get the pads. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. If they were not warranty I would not ever go back.

This is the place I buy all my parts and accessories. Went in today with a blown headlight. Bought 2 pack of bulbs and the counter guy installed them (had to remove each headlamp assembly to install bulbs). That's just great service!

I went in there looking for something unusual which they helped me see what they had that might work. Then they told me where I might find what I needed. I don't, and nobody should, expect them to know everything about everything. They show you the screen as they look up your part and also ask about related parts you might not have thought about. Your stores are clean and neat and well-organized and labeled. For me coming to AutoZone is a good experience. Good job! Keep up the good work!

My experience with this AutoZone has been decent.They need to work on their faithfulness to call back when you order parts though.The employees are pretty good at helping to install basic purchases on your vehicle.Josh was a big help.Update:Dillon was friendly and knowledgeable.

Free battery installs come in handy for seniors or if you need a battery changed immediately. Christopher did a thorough job. Great work

I went in because I was having an issue with opening my hood to install a headlight. Chris had the hood open in no time, taught me how to do it myself, and helped me get my car roadworthy in less than 10 minutes! I had no idea that AutoZone was so hands on with assisting in maintenance.

Went in to see if they carried the exhaust repair pipe for the wife's car. I think they have what I need all I have to do is crawl under the car and measure the od of the piped and the length and I think I'll be back in business.

Stopped tonight for a couple spark plugs. Kid behind the counter said champion doesn't make them anymore? Humm. Went across the street to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and get two! Guess champion makes them at O'Reilly!

Altough Auto Zone is good with there parts and noledge. The problem. Is you can order parts on line way cheaper then what auto zone sales it for.... I think they need to quit charging the high price that they charge
