Awful, and I didn t even get my car in. I called 11/09 to make an appointment for 5:00 Pm 11/09. The old guy on the phone said it was all made and good to go, and I even got the confirmation email. I go in at 5:00pm and they say they booked it for the next day, and could not squeeze me in. I needed my tires changed today, and they nearly cost me and my wife leaving for our honey moon on time. I will never come here again -5 stars.

Completely incompetent. Damaged the powder coating on my wheel the last two times I've had my tires put on there. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after the fist time since I've been using Walmart for tires for years.... well this time will be the last.

Andrew and Bob do a great job everytime I come in; my go too for new tires or a flat. Made an appointment, got two news tires done with in 40 minutes. Really quick service! Thank you to all the mechanics that helped in the process!

Very helpful and they work at a good speed. You don t have to wait very long for them to service your car! Very convenient to have your oil changed while shopping for groceries.

Absolutely horrible. Spent over 20 minutes getting nothing but dial tones only to give up on trying to get through. I'll never get service here again.

You might save a few bucks on tires but just do yourself a favor and go to a reputable garage. "Tech" said they "couldn't get my lug nuts off and I have to go buy all new ones before they could do service" Took the car to Flynns instead and was done and gone in 35 minutes without buying any new nuts. If I could give negative stars I would.

Some of the rudest employees to do with. Their cheapest tire has AWFUL reviews online. Had an experience that my daughter's side wall had bubbles in it and we had to go back 3 times before they'd just agree the tire was bad and put another one. I will for sure be avoiding this tire center as much as possible.

I went in for an oil change. I was told it would take 2hrs (even though I was behind 1 car...) so I waited in the store with 2 kids. After 1h 45m they call me to tell me they can't do the oil change... I just got back from another shop. They did the oil change without issue and said they have no idea what Walmart was talking about with stuck rusted bolts!

Terrible. I called at 330 and they told me to bring my car in at 5pm. I arrived at 430 and they were closing. I told them i had an appointment at 5 and they refused. This was the second time in a week that i was turned away during regular operating hours. I will not make that mistake again. Never going back.

They do their job but can't say more. Good luck if you want to call and inquire about anything. Ive witnessed employees laugh when the phone rings and after putting someone on hold, have no intention on answering. Also, I've purchased tires about a half dozen times from several locations and have always dealt with rude employees and extremely long wait times. Unfortunately they're some of the cheapest around, so I just deal with it.

Took my 2008 BMW in for 4 new tires the Service writer was very helpful in helping me pick the best tire match for my vehicle. I went with the General tires on for almost 2 years now and I love them. The staff is very kind and professional the Technicians knows their stuff.I highly recommend using this center.

Great prices come at a price, I guess. Can you mount the tires? Maybe. Okay, would you be able to fit me in today? Maybe, can t guarantee it. Okay, thanks for your efforts (sarcasm). So, I guess I ll pay more elsewhere at a place that at least can tell me if and when they can perform the service.

Read reviews and was glad to see I'm not entirely crazy.I showed up way before 6 for an oil change, they say they close at 6.They refused to serve me.What's the point of having hours if you can arbitrarily change them.4 people in the shop and 1 car.That last car they were working on was pulled out at 5:45pm.Good business practice is to clean up shop after you close for the day.If you don't want to do the work change your hours.FYI, Tom the manager on duty was no help and had nothing but poor excuses to offer me.

3 times I have taken my car there and all 3 times you can not do the work. 1st time you told me you couldn't open the hood to change the oil...I opens just fine for everyone else, 2nd time you told us you can not rotate the tires because they are just below tred..now today you can not repair a tire because they are just below trend but we can buy 4 new ones. The tires on the car where put on in January. 3 strikes your done.

This is the worst auto care service in westmoreland county. I called up there and they had me on hold for almost 20 mins, so I went up there to get in for a oil change and 1 tire with only 1 car infront of me and it took them 2 hours in 45 mins. The workers gave me an attitude. I asked for a new filter and they just cleaned my old one out. The worst..... don t go here

Special thanks to Bob at Greengate Walmart Auto center in Greensburg, PA. He was walking around checking vehicle information and other prices for customers while we waited in line for assistance. This was a huge help to keep the line moving efficiently. I m sure it was a great help to his fellow associates as well. Great job Bob, much appreciated!!

I was there at 7:30 am with 2 people in front of me. I was told 3-4 hours for a oil change. One of the service guys came out and discouraged a customer from getting new tires because it would take 5 hours. Very bad service

This store is supposed to offer $5 pizzas hot and ready to go. However, the hot display case is ALWAYS empty no matter when I visit. Have given up even trying to get one! I guess they don't have enough employees to make hot pizzas, despite having almost as many employees as shoppers!!!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. They re literally run by the 3 stooges. I told them to replace my back tires with the news tires and then move the back tires to the front. They didn t. They simply replaced the back tires. Now I m getting my inspection and they said the front tires were never replaced and now I have to pay for another set because wal mart threw away the good set and kept on the bad set of tires. There s a hundred places to get tires go to literally any one them.

If I can vote 0 stars I would. I showed up at 505 for an oil change. The sign says they close at 6, not a car in their lot. I go there, he said let me ask the guys, comes back and says we don't take any cars past 5. I said there is no one here. He said 5 is our cut off. So I took my business elsewhere, they are LAZY.

Went there today at 3:57pm had a blown tire, they were the only Walmart who had my size tire & they got me in the garage to change the tire in 20min Norman & Dan were incredibly helpful & very personable. Deff will be back!

Worst customer care I've ever experienced at any Walmart. Very rude. N. Versailles isn't even as rude as the women employees here. Never again. I'll stick to my Walmart.

Just wow there were 2 people in front of me just to get simple oil changes and the wait time was 3 hours, I honestly have no idea how they are still in business.

Every single time I try to come here, there is somehow always at least 2-3 hours of wait time and only one other car in the parking lot. Either really understaffed or really slow. I don t understand how they are even getting business at this point.
