Recently purchased a 1994 Park Avenue from Smail pre-owned. BEYOND IMPRESSED with the level of service and the ease of transaction. JD Greene was my salesperson, and went above and beyond to make this sale possible for me. 100% would recommend Smail Auto Group, as well as JD Greene.

I found a car online which was located at Smail Pre-Owned Autos and drove from Knoxville, Tennessee to Greensburg, Pennsylvania to purchase this vehicle. The price was great and the salesman, KEVIN MARKLE made the whole experience EXCEED my expectations. Kevin was easy to communicate with and because of his his quick and diligent responses I was able to get the car I was looking for. I highly recommend Kevin Markle at Smail Pre-Owned Autos.

DON T BUY HERE. THEY ARE SHADY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.Don t ever buy a vehicle from this place. The vehicle you are interested in will be sold already, and the person you schedule with will be unavailable claiming they left for the day but will be there. These are vehicles unsalable from their other lots, with issues they don t want to put money into. After buying the car, I ve been told of other scams they have tried on people. After owning the car, I ve had to put ALL 4 NEW TIRES on it , and I telework for my job so what does that tell you. Since I ve had the vehicle, the Ford Dealership down the road has found several things wrong with the car and luckily I bought the extended coverage for them to fix the issues. Just don t buy here, it s a headache.

My wife took her 2018 Wrangler to Smail Pre-owned Center to look at a newer model. She contacted the salesman she bought the car from at Smail Kia and went to see a Jeep they have. She informed me that the sales manager was rude and low balled her on her trade by lying to her and telling her they had to put her Jeep in the shop and install fog lights for PA state inspection because we took the OEM lights off and put a winch bumper on. Fog lights aren't mandatory for PA state inspection. We won't be going back there again. I guess they sell so many cars, they can afford to be rude to customers.

So far they seem very easy going I found a vehicle I liked and asked them to hold it because I am still waiting on my Insurance company to give me my settlement from the car they totaled, he had no problem with that and made it easy. *update*My plans changed and I decided not to go with the vehicle I originally looked at, I tried to minimize the time they held the vehicle to 2 business days. While I'm sure it was frustrating for them there was no pressure from the salesman to buy it.

I came from out of state to look at a different car and when that deal didn t work out I found a similar car at Smail. When I got there I worked with Chad to get pricing on the BMW X3 I was looking at with trading in my current vehicle, they gave me a deal I was happy with, the condition of the car was great and they were able to get it on a lift so that I could see the condition underneath as well. I walked into their showroom at about 6:00pm on a Monday and was out of there with a fair deal by 8:00pm. Paperwork and title came from them in the mail in less than 7 business days with a note on what they would need from me after I titled the vehicle in my state. Chad was awesome to work with, made the effort to get me the deal I wanted, and didn t pressure me to make any decisions and always gave me options along the way. Definitely would come back for another vehicle when I m in the market!

Mike Ardnt was an awesome salesmen! He made the process so smooth! He even took care of making sure that my rental car was returned so that I could drive my new car home.Anthony in the finance department was awesome as well! Best car buying experience I've had. Will definitely buy from here again.

If you make an appointment to look at a car, don t expect the car to be there when you arrive. After being promised the availability of a car multiple times over the course of a day and driving an hour and a half to get there, salesman Randy called and explained someone was already there looking at the car. He said they weren t going to buy it and we should still come. Upon entering the dealership, he bluntly said that the car had sold. Upper management said it was our fault because we were not there first even though we scheduled an appointment.

Engine was poorly worked on by their mechanics I do not recommend anyone the buy a vehicle from here. They do not stand by their cars after you buy from them

Sales rep is rude and when they sense you are not interested in their overpriced cars you feel like you are getting kicked out. And yes cars are at least 3000 over market value. Don t get scammed here.Sure they have a nice looking space, and the cars are in good condition but don t get confused by that and get yourself on an overpriced deal.

Stopped in to shop for a newer used car and got with Mike Arndt, wow was he fantastic! I had no clue what I wanted but he knew what my family of 5 needed and got me into it at the monthly payment I wanted with an awesome interest rate. I will continue to see only Mike from here on out for all of my family s vehicle needs and recommend him to everyone I know!

My husband and I had been looking around the Pittsburgh area for a few weeks trying to find a reliable, low miles, car for a good deal. We were very pleased with our experience with our sales agent, CJ. We had found good cars at other dealerships, but because of the lack of customer service of those other car sales men ( not willing to budge on too high prices) we were starting to think maybe this area was just not a good place to get a used car. CJ was totally different, he was very likable, personable, was knowledgeable about our car, and was willing to work with us to get a good price. I definitely recommend Smail Auto for a good deal on a used car, and if you can, ask to talk to CJ!

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Smail Pre owned II today. There was no pressure to purchase and I was treated like a member of the family. Special thanks to Vince Ciacco and Mike Arndt as well as Trevor Henderson. They were all very professional and made this car purchase a wonderful experience for my wife and I. My son and I were looking at a 2020 Civic SI at Smail Honda- Cory in sales is probably the most arrogant salesman I have ever dealt with. Basically said "we sell a bunch of these Civic SI's (but yet the stock numbers of the cars that they have is the same as last week). Refused to budge off of sticker price because he thinks that they are the only ones in PA that stock these things! They are only 4 miles from my home but I would rather drive an hour to get a better deal than deal with people like that. Chalk this one up as a lost sale Cory!

I had mike Arndt as my salesman and he dis everything that I expected him to do for me, the whole experience there was great. very nice employees and they all were very nice and understanding. All around if u need a car you should definitely go there and get one from them

Bob preston in there service department is the best. He is honest and up front with you about what your car needs. Rob in the Kia department is a great sales guy. Not pushy. Listens to your needs. It is nice to see a dealership with this kind of customer service

Credit dings - handled with care!! Life happens, stuff gets in the way and you credit may take a few dings. Damien Marchitello made the transaction easy and painless. He was wonderful to deal with by text and phone. Be brave trade in the vehicle that is costing you more than just payments and come start over. You will leave being feeling like " why was I worried, Damien has this. "

Great experience. Only place I have found that the staff and sales team actually care about what you need. They are the only place I plan on going back to if I ever need to another vehicle. Very personable and real down to earth people

They ask too much for the cars. Tried to sell us a car with broken ac. They never told us about it, but we noted and asked for money off the asking price. They came down $200. Really? AC repairs can be anywhere from $500 on up. We asked repeatedly what was wrong with the ac. The answer was always, "I don't know." The repair must be pretty significant if Small refuses to fix it.
