My MKC needed recall service that involved ordering the necessary parts. Smail notified me when the parts arrived and said they could do the work at my home. I was very pleasantly surprised, to say the least! The tech arrived at the house in about 30 minutes, did the necessary work in under an hour, and was on his way. Very impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2023 Lincoln Aviator at Smail Auto group from John Skowronek yesterday. I have to say John was very knowledgeable and kind. He made the entire process pleasurable and fun. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me the trust I was looking for in a sales consultant. I highly recommend John and Smail Auto group to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle.I also want to give a shout out to Barry the manager who handled all the paperwork involved. First service on the new car, contacted by the dealership as a reminder, had a loaner waiting for me, prompt service, kept me informed through the process. Derrek and his crew took great care of me.No surprise, what I expect from Smail. Have bought 6 vehicles from them over the years.9-15-22 second service on the vehicle oil change and tire rotation at 10K, good as usual got in quick, service representatives were quick to greet me as I walked in, quick to take care of the vehicle and quick to let me know that it was done.

Corey always keeps me informed and gets approval for any work not agreed on in advance. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle which enables me to get some work done while waiting for my vehicle at home. Ed the shuttle driver is a great representative for the dealership.Addendum 9/28/2022Special thanks to John in the service department who got me through a summer to winter tire/wheel changeover and routine maintenance. Also thanks to the service dept manager Jordan Vento for coordinating with parts and service for a very competitive price on the tires!

Did not engage with BSL. The 3 stars I gave you are not intended to diminish your dealer. I simply did not purchase a Lincoln SUV because I felt the price was too high as are many other SUV S. I apologize if you felt I was dissatisfied with your dealer or sales staff as that is not the case.

First, I would like to say how courteous and nice the employee, Cory, who scheduled my appointment and assisted with any questions and concerns. Although it did take some time to receive the needed part, it was fixed properly and my SUV is finally running smoothly. My issues with the appointment was when I picked up my vehicle. I opened the door and my preset preferences were turned off and/or changed. The electronic running boards did not descend upon opening the door and my driver and passenger seats were moved far from what I need them to be to safely drive home. My display settings were also altered from my normal display mode. Lastly, my car was not washed. I understand these issues may seem trivial, but as a future reference, in order to get 5 stars and the best service, replace customers settings and wash their vehicles upon pick up.

We were very happy with the service at Smail. It has been a number of years since we purchased a vehicle from them as we have moved to the other side of town. However, it was well worth the drive to Greensburg. The sales person was knowledgeable and courteous and did not pressure us. The price of the vehicle was reasonable and when it came time for the paperwork to be completed, even thought there appeared to be mountains of forms, the process was well designed, efficient and effective and we were on our way quickly. Thank you Smail!

The ordering and delivery was amazing. The service department is horrible! My Service Advisor was too much in a hurry to pay any attention to me and retain what I had said to him! Nothing but a liar ! I will take my Lincoln elsewhere for service. What a disappointment!

I was concerned about my Mazda lease agreement I was just about to call Smail auto when Brian Ulery called me out of the blue. Knowing my lease would be up in 6 months I suppose he was making a cold call but.......it turned out fabulously. I ended up telling him all of my auto wishes. He took notes and low and behold he found me a deal. I made an appointment to meet him. The Lincoln he showed me was almost everything I wanted and more. Brian was so helpful through arriving at a mutual price, going through the finances and finally explaining the bells and whistles the car offered. The people at Smail have all been terrific. John in the service department has always taken care of me and I have confidence in the service department. I must say, Brian took the cake! He certainly found a car that fulfilled every wish and stayed positive when we had doubts about affording such a luxury vehicle. We made it work as a team but without Brian I never would have considered it. Such a good guy. Such an informed associate. Such happy customers .

This was our first time buying a lincoln. We bought the Lincoln Aviator what a nice car. Our salesman was Jake Reed he did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the Aviator. We live an hour and a half from the dealership what nice ride home,very comfortable and smooth. Glad we chose Smail Lincoln. Keep up the good work guys.

Dropped car off for inspection and they found a small problem but fixed it within the time frame of my appointment and actually saved me a little on the tire rotation. NOTE: Tire rotations should be free since they have the tires off the vehicle anyways, so offer it as an added incentive to come to this dealership. Otherwise it was a good experience.They washed the car afterwards so that was nice.

He keepe informed as the status of my vehicle as far as what was needed to be done.After the service was completed, Mr. Prosser gave me a detailed description of each item that was performed on my car. My service advisor Derrik has worked very hard to make the dealership service experience trustworthy again. When bringing my wife s car in for what we thought was warranty work I ended up having some brake issues with my Lincoln MKS and Derek got it figured out fixed and returned within a couple hours is there a great job.9.23.22 Update New Advisor is Tyler! Tyler, Tom, Jorden and the staff at Smail Ford/Lincoln have been amazing. Thanks for all the hard work!Had a tire valve stem issue. Lucky I was close enough to dealership to make it in, They go me on the road within an hour so I could make it back to work. Found out tire was still leaking and had a nail in it, just my luck. Called Tyler and he had my replacement tire alreacy there. He has done an amzing Job.

Third Car Purchased From Smail Auto Group. The dealership has been attentive, very fair in its pricing and the sales personnel have been courteous, helpful in all aspects of the process and very willing to go the extra mile in satisfying their customers. The latest sales consultant that I dealt with, John Skowronek, was with me during the entire process, keeping me apprised of all matters related to the auto I purchased, making sure the auto was "ready to go" when promised and gave me an in-depth review of how the many features the car has and how to make use of these features. I know that I will be back to have John review much of what we discussed as there was so much to be absorbed. I know I can depend on John to assist me in "mastering" all of what this car can do. I also must mention the effortless process in completing all of the paperwork involved in the purchase and for that, I must extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Nick Breault who made this process as clear and simple as possible. Once again, thank you Smail Ford-Linclon.

I purchased the Corsair Lincoln in July, 2021. It is now December and an issue that presented itself shortly after purchase has not been resolved, even after five visits back to the dealership. I am completely frustrated disappointed with the experience I have had.

Was told a vehicle was available via emails and telephone calls so made the hour drive to the dealership. Once there, took them 30+ minutes to "find the vehicle" and pull it around. We took it for a test drive and inquired about purchase - only then we were told it was sold! So, they let us take someone's car for a test drive! Total waste of time driving to their location and terrible customer service.Was called the following day to let us know they would be happy to help us find a different vehicle; we agreed to allow them to do this in hopes they wanted to fix their mistake - total silence after that call (its been nearly a month). We should have listened to family and friends and avoided this dealership. Would not recommend Smail Lincoln in Greensburg, PA to anyone.
