Sam Bell at Cadillac service was above and beyond amazing. Managed to get a backordered part that would have possibly taken months. Best service team around. If there's an employee of the month or year give it to Sam. You don't find them like him anymore. Thank you to the entire team including Rob the service Manager, Devan and Sam. *****

Traveling from out of state, needed oil change, called for an appointment, was told they could get me in two weeks later...umm, no.

Service: Thank you to Troy and staff for a wonderful first time service experience. I was impressed at how I was treated despite the fact that I did not purchase my Cadillac from this dealership and the car is still under warranty.I was given a new SUV loaner for 2 days, car problem was fixed & car was washed. I will be back for future service needs.

A shout out for Cadillac service technician, Paul Shake Akey! While servicing my Cadillac which we turned in as a used car, Shake found my money clip under the driver side seat, he immediately called to inform me when I went to the Service Dept. to retrieve it my cash and credit cards were intact I offered a tip but Shake refused and said I m just doing what I m supposed to do! Kudos and many thanks to Shake for his professionalism and honesty which are in very short supply in this day and age. Smail Auto can be very proud to have an employee like Shake !! Kudos again!

Smail did everything possible to get me into my new vehicle. My salesman, Nick, went above and beyond and spent significant time with me and was endlessly patient, professional and helpful. After completing the transaction, Nick spend so much time with me in the car to explain every single option as well as connecting my OnStar and XM. It is obvious that the Smail dealership has a laser focused customer service culture and I could not be happier that I decided to make the drive to Greensburg and I will highly recommend Smail and Nick - THANK YOU !!

Smail GMC and Cadillac worked on my Chevy Cruze quickly and efficiently! They changed my oil and repaired a small trunk latch in less than 24 hours. The service was all under warranty and I didn't have to pay a cent!

An incredible price was posted on the internet. My wife was excited about it and called the dealership. She has pictures of the listing and everything. Scott Seanor told her she was nuts for thinking they would sell it for that price! . Bait and switch? Honest mistake? Doesn t matter now, that was unprofessional, disrespectful and disappointing.

My truck was due for an oil change. I called and talked to Troy, our service manager, on Wed. to see if I could get it changed by the end of the week (4th of July was Sat..) and he scheduled me for 9:00 am on Friday (which at the time was free for me.) Wed evening I found out that I had to help a friend at his shop on Friday and was needed there by 10:30... I called Troy and explained the situation and he said to be at the dealership as close to 8:00 as possible since it was a really full day for them... I arrived at 8 and Troy took my keys and asked if I wanted the truck washed when they were done? I said yes, if there's time... Well, at 8:50 Troy came in the waiting area, called my name and told me where to pick up my vehicle, oil changed, brakes, tires and fluids checked and washed.. To say I was please would be an understatement... but, then again, Smail GMC service is top notch and VERY good, to say the least...Thank you to Troy and the GMC service techs.

Good to see Troy is still there as a service advisor. He has been my advisor for many years and I suggest you keep him.. He is just great at his job.

I leased a 2012 GMC Terrain and I loved it so much that when the lease was up, I just had to have another one. I then leased a 2015 GMC Terrain. This has proven to be the best vehicle that I have ever owned and Smail Cadillac has been the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

Jeff Hobbs is always helpful, polite and easy to work with. This is my family's 7th car from Smail and I never feel pressured. Everyone is always polite and helpful.

Completely ridiculous price to replace brake pads - $850back rotors and padsfront pads and cut rotorsNo wonder they have a jet if people are stupid enough to pay that for brakes
