I had a GREAT experience at Smail Acura this weekend! Alec was wonderful to work with through the entire process. He wasn't pushy at all and really listened to every detail that I was looking for in a vehicle. When I told him I was interested in other brands, he helped facilitate seeing those vehicles too which was a huge convenience. Ultimately, I decided on the Acura RDX (which is my first Acura) and couldn't be happier with my decision. Alec, Joe, Anthony and Nick made this one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership!

Smail Acura always makes us feel like valued customers. We have never had an issue to date with high pressured sales tactics, and the service department equally treats you great. We'd like to give a shout out to Cameron in service and John H. in sales. We know there are certainly more awesome folks working here, but these are the 2 we have had the most contact with, and they are great. We hope to continue to use Smail Acura for all of our Acura needs. We have ran into other dealerships in the past who will give you a good deal, but then next time try to beat you over the head. We hope to not have that experience here, and honestly don't anticipate it. If you're in the market for an Acura or great used vehicle give this place a chance!

Third car I bought from Smail. I worked with John Howard from Smail Acura. John was fantastic to work with. He was honest, he values what he does, he wasn t a pushy sales man, he didn t pressure me into anything I didn t want. He actually listened and acknowledged me. A lot of salesman try to up-sale, and they re real demanding, but John isn t. John is real personable, and makes the car buying process painless. And Anthony from the finance department made the out of state process easy too! All good experience. Go to Smail! You won t be disappointed :)

Great service by the service department. I scheduled appt online and for this third time selected Cameron for his communication skills.The state inspection was free for purchasing my TLX from them, and the tire rotation was free for tire purchase from and installation by them.The shuttle drivers who take us to breakfast while we wait are always friendly.

Smail Acura provided me with a high quality vehicle and a high quality experience. Clinton had my car ready to go when I arrived. We worked together to arrive at a reasonable compromise for the vehicle. Every time I drive this car I smile. I thank Clint and Smail for that.

My car was taken on time.Area when I waited while car was being serviced was clean and had very clean bathrooms.I came for an oil change and inspectionWhen car was completed service it was washed.Troy came to me and informed methat everything was fine. Our check transmission light came on our 2017 RDX as well as the check side sensor warning. We called Smail and explained the problem. They asked us to bring our car up for a diagnostic. After the testing, a correction needed to be made to our transmission, so we left our vehicle with them for a week. They supplied a courtesy car and contacted Acura about the costly repair. Being that this was our third Acura, Acura agreed to cover the cost of the repairs as well as the testing. Overall great experience!

Wonderful service, they went above and beyond to take care of me and ,gave clear concise reasoning for the issues and even though they weren t able to reap air everything they gave me part numbers and solutions .They even washed my car at an expert level and detailed the interior for free.By far the best experience I ve ever had with a dealership

Lots of car dealers say you re part of the family but John Howard at Smail goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of and truly cared for every step of the way.We have purchases two cars from John and couldn t be happier. John and the service staff give us the Royal treatment every time.I know that I am in good hands and will be for the life of my cars.John himself picked us up at our home 45 minutes from the dealership when we didn t have a car. We have a loaner available anytime our car is being serviced without fail and we indeed do feel like John is part of our family.We won t go anywhere else.Thank you John and your staff, you are too dog in our book

Scammers, liars and thieves. Charged me $209 for a brake fluid flush that they didn t do. Brakes go halfway to the floor before they start to engage which they claim is normal operation. I texted their live chat asking for a refund since they didn t do what I paid for and they never replied. While I was watching the mechanic, he was extremely angry and was bouncing up and down and shaking the steering wheel and throwing a tantrum inside my car! You can t make this stuff up!

Although my 2023 (ordered as a '22) RDX A-Spec Advance took nearly a year to be built and delivered to the dealership, Clint Robbins at Smail was fantastic to work with. He kept me informed each month without me having to reach out.Once it arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership after my hour and a half trip from home. The purchase process was effortless and everyone was very professional. The general sales manager, Mike Jurick, was also great to work with on my trade. No pressure from the F&I office and Clint's tutorial of my new RDX was fun and thorough.Hopefully the service department is just as good when the time comes.Thanks, Smail!

Amazing Experience from working with this dealer. We are out of state, and I was looking for a TLX A-spec or Type S. I talked with Justin Pisano there. He actually had a Type S that was not called for, I was able to get a down payment. The service and communication was top notch the whole way through. He was even able to help get us from the airport to the dealer (1.5 hours away). The time at the dealer was fast, as they were great at working with my wife and I on getting everything set remotely for the most part.He was very detail orientated at the dealership on talking through our new car and set us up with a custom entertainment system already configured for my android use. I felt like I was good on using Acura's info system pretty quickly from what he told us and explained.If you're looking for an Acura dealer, I'd HIGHLY recommend Smail and Justin. Even though they're out of state for me, if I need another, I'll be hard pressed to not go back. My brother is even going to look at Smail for his next purchase maybe.Keep up the great work Smail!

We had our car in for inspection and emissions and to have our Navigation system updated. I highly recommend their service center always a quick easy experience! Always reliable work!! We were treated like royalty from start to finish. I love the service all the way around, everyone there treats everyone coming in with dignity and respect. My car drives like a dream the Zurich warranty will keep my car running new.Update. The car they sold was a lemon with 3 mechanic and engine warranty issues..the starter died at 80K miles and had to be towed back to the dealer. Was told by Jim we will unwind your warranty until he gets the car sits on it for Over a month and says no we will not unwind the contract DO NOT BUY FROM.HERE GO ANYWHERE

Tyler's service, product knowledge, professionalism, and drive to find ways to meet my needs was top tier. He made the entire car-buying experience comfortable, effortless, and as stress-free as possible.I also received 1 on 1 support and guidance from the General Manager of Smail Acura, Marcus Smail, during my purchase experience. This, in addition to the rest of my experience, demonstrates the level of professionalism, service, and care you will receive at any of the Smail dealerships, whether you are working with the General Manager, the Sales Rep, or support staff.My experience was topped off with a meticulous vehicle overview delivered by Sales and Leasing Consultant, Jessica Crawford, followed by a non-pressuring document signing process delivered by Anthony Polvinale. Lastly, one of the detail technicians conducted touch point detailing on the vehicle to ensure it was perfect for my drive home, and I can happily say it was.Overall, I rate my experience 10/10, and will recommend anyone to work with Tyler, and his team, at Smail Dealerships.

I recently purchased a 2020 RDX from Smail. John Howard was the salesman who worked with me and I can't say enough good things about him. He was great to work with.The RDX is really amazing! So comfortable and easy yet fun to drive.

Arrived on Time for a Saturday service appt and was greeted by Cam. He got me registered quickly confirming the scheduled work. Took the car right in and updated me as the service progressed. When done, on time I might add, he quickly and professionally finished all the paperwork and had us back on the road as was promised. Saturday service? A nice option!
