I am so pleased! I made an appointment for Friday AM to have our Ascent serviced. I was in Greensburg on Thursday afternoon for two appointments and asked for a loaner for overnight. The staff arranged the loaner for me early afternoon and off I went to my appointment. Lindsey said they might be able to work our car in. Got out of my second appointment and received a text saying the car was done. Who does that?!? I got our car serviced 20 hours before it was promised and was treated well. Convenient, kind and professional. Lindsey was a delight to work with

Round 2 of my experience with Sendell Volkswagen. Katie, as always, kept me up to date with my car through the entire process. Whom ever the technician is who is performing the work on my car, 10/10. I took my car there for a possible coolant/oil mixture and an issue with my car pulling to the one side. Some how this tech performed all the work, AND got my engine light to turn off. As long as I m able to keep this car and not be in need of any MAJOR issues, Katie will always be my go to, and I trust her technicians to the fullest! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

This vehicle is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Delaney. I keep going back due to the ease in purchasing a vehicle. Personal service and friendly atmosphere. They do not haggle or pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. I tell them what I am looking for, what I can spend and they do their best to make it happen. Very satisfied, salesman Denny Slaughter most helpful and polite. This is our fifth Subaru Forester and we find they were all greatAutos. My two sisters also have Foresters, we mailed you a photo once as we had red white and blue, patriotic colors.

I have had such a great experience with sendel for 4 years! I bought my car there and always receive excellence service. They review all of my options, have good prices and have kept my vehicle in good shape. They helped me get the tires that were right for my budget, have good and clear communication and helped me with my check engine light. Turned out it was under warranty! Thank you for treating me well every time I am there.

I went to Sendell Subaru to have the same repair completed for the third time. I have had the same issue with my Subaru transmission for over 4 years. Sendell Subaru diagnosed the issue the same as previous Subaru dealerships have. They recommended and performed the same repair as what was done twice before. I told the service representative this. They offered no additional assistance, nor did they feed this back to the Subaru Advocacy Representative the covered the repair. I had to reach out to them on my own. At this point, Subaru either can't/won't correctly diagnose my issue or they can't/won't correctly perform the repair. At any rate, they do not act as if they are interested in solving this issue. All new Subarus that are automatics have CVT transmissions. Unless you want to have the same experience I've had with Subaru of America and Subaru dealerships that aren't interested in helping you, DON'T BUY A SUBARU! They've gone down the road of planned obsolescence and denial of issues until your warranty period is over.

Great Experience! One hour, 15 minutes for Oil Change & Inspections. They honored 2 coupons, which saved a significant amount of money. I will continue to patronize Sendell Subaru.

I've been going here for regular maintenance for years. Very friendly and helpful staff.I feel like I was overcharged for my basic oil change and inspection this time. Maybe it's just what things cost but the fact that there were no other people there makes me think perhaps that cost was the reason for no other customers!I might consider looking elsewhere when my next basic servicing is due.

We love Sendell motors!! We ve purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years. We presently have two Subarus which we take there for regular/routine type service and we are always enjoy it. I have had consistently great experiences with Sendell Subaru Service. Namely, Jason and Lindsay. Today was no exception with a last minute "emergency" appointment to address an unexpected systems problem as I was litterally leaving for a drive cross-country. Problem detected and addressed with clear communications on next steps and confidence and comfort conveyed that the car was safe to drive. I left with great peace of mind and have recommended Sendell Subaru Service to many subaru owners in my life! Thanks everyone!

Greensburg Collision Center visit. I damage repaired on a brand new Toyota. Plastic grille was broken. Grille was replaced with Pre-painted Genuine Toyota Parts and on the abutting lower valance edges, scratches were removed from the plastic and the paint was blended and it looks like new again. Great job! It was even $200 cheaper than the estimated, as the price for the Toyota Dealership reprogramming the Radar in the grille was cheaper than Toyota originally quoted. People are very kind and friendly, service was great. No surprises except a good one,!!! I was sick about contacting a curb with the lower grille and valance on a car with 250 miles on it and was left to feel confident and comfortable that the job would be done right, and it was. Very impressed with Greensburg Collision and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs!!! Thank you!!!

Sendell has a great service department. I can count on them to perform excellant maintenance on my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. There is always a warm and friendly atmosphere. I would like to give a special thank you to Samantha for all of her help and for taking the time to explain all of the recommended repairs and how some may effect safety.

Great service department! We purchased our vehicle from another Volkswagen dealer and I had the worst experience with their service department. I decided when I left that I would schedule and follow with Sendell Volkswagen from now on and I am not disappointed. They communicate well and you can tell they go above and beyond to actually repair your car the correct way. I would recommend them to anyone!

I did not have service at Sendell Volkswagen, I did have service preformed at Sendell Subaru. My car was serviced for State Inspection, emissions, oil change and 4 wheel alignment. All service was great with no problems and the cost was reasonable. I am very satisfied with the Subaru service department.

My service person Sam was very pleasant and informative and made sure all my questions, directives and concerns would be addressed during my vehicle service. She also went over everything at the end with the print out receipt pointing out all those questions and concerns I had at the beginning before check out. I was very pleased with the work on my car and her handling my service order. She was top notch. Thanks.

I just had my 36K-mile checkup, and everything with my 2020 Subaru Forester has continued to be great. I just bought my first set of replacement tires, and they gave me a great price, a free car for the day, and terrific service. Highly recommend Sendell Subaru!
