After doing quite a bit of research and a few test drives, I recently purchased a very lightly used 2022 Subaru Outback Touring Edition. Throughout the entire process I was helped and educated by Grant at Wendell Subaru; he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The purchase went very smoothly and I thought I received a fair trade-in price for my vehicle. Now that I have had the Outback for a few weeks, I am very pleased with the way it drives, the amenities, and the comfort. I do wish I had done a bit more thorough of an inspection of the exterior of the vehicle because I have noticed some chipped paint, wear to the paint on the edges of some of the doors, and a less that perfect installation of the wind/rain guards above the windows. I look forward to having my new Outback for a long time! Thanks very much to Grant and the whole team at Sendell Subaru!

I recently just purchased a lightly used 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and the process was so smooth! Kevin was a wonderful salesman who was very helpful and patient during the process. Jim the finance manager was also wonderful! He did such a great job getting us a good rate and a good price! I would highly recommend Sendell Subaru for the purchase of a new vehicle!

I just popped in to Sendell because my Bluetooth wasn t working. They connected me with John and he fixed it so quick. I had one more question about what to turn off before I go through a car wash. He used my phone camera to record a video so I can reference it any time.

A coworker of mine turned me to Sendell Subaru when he found out I wanted to replace old reliable with something newer that could handle Pennsylvania winters better. Found a nice '24 Subaru Impreza on the site and requested a test drive. Heather emailed me back and was amazing enough to get me in that day. When I got there, I was greeted by Grant, who was not only kind and patient, but very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I instantly fell in love with the Impreza during the test drive. The whole team there made getting the car fairly painless. Highly recommend Sendell if you're shopping around.

Sendell Subaru is the best car dealer I have ever been to. My salesperson was a man named Denny Slaughter. He was super friendly, no pressure and no games. The best salesperson ever! Denny helped me to perfection, was knowledgeable and gave me an ideal experience. The whole environment of Sendell was relaxed, friendly and inviting. They made me feel at home. Denny gave me a very fair price on my trade in and a good discount on the new car. It was a simple, clean deal and I got the final price I wanted. After the sale Denny gave me a 1 hour lesson on how to use the technology in the car. He was such an excellent teacher that I did not need to read the manual. And Denny told me if I need any help in the future they have a tech guy on staff who is always available. Sendell also gives free state inspections for the life of the car. If you want the best car buying experience go to Sendell Subaru and ask for Denny and you will walk out 100% happy with the best deal you can get. Oh and the Subaru Legacy limited I bought is the best car I ever drove in my life. It's the perfect car for me.

Service hours are listed on the website as going until 5pm. Also the website when you go to schedule service says you don't need to for an oil change. I show up at 3:50 and they tell me the techs leave at 4. I'm not sure what other service they perform that isn't performed by the techs, but I would call that having service open until 4, not 5. I'd never show up 10 minutes before close for an oil change, I thought over an hour before was safe...

Best car buying experience I. Heather online manager,Grant sales person and Paige financing were great very open and honest. No pressure . Service was great paper work and car orientation very timely. Recommend this car dealer they beat everyone else price,courtesy, and positive attitude.

I am not here to bad mouth anyone or mention any names but after reading the reviews about the service at this dealership I am certainly happy my purchase didn t go through as planned. The vehicle I ordered in May came in August and when I went to pick it up they stated that my trade value dropped over $2,000. That s when the haggling started and kept going on for two weeks through emails and they never got to the price of when I ordered the vehicle.I went to another dealer and purchased the exact same vehicle that had $800 of options for $1,155 less than their offer at Sendell Subaru.Like I said, I won t mention any names but they will know who they are.

I accidentally walked into the sales area where they were super friendly, and when redirected to the service area, they were much less pleasant and acted like my presence was an inconvenience. Like most dealership services, they are overpriced, and I could have gone almost anywhere else for half what they charged me. I was shocked when they gave me the total and they couldn't be bothered to go over the cost with me. I like to be consistent when it comes to service on my car because if something was done wrong, I know who caused it. Enough negativity: It's easy to schedule online (okay, a little more negative), but they had to cancel my original appointment because they weren't actually available for the time listed. They got me in quickly and were done within an hour.

Sendell Subaru Motors is the gold standard for what the buying experience should represent. They don't 'sell' vehicles. They are in the business of listening to the customer. Of understanding the bigger picture and making recommendations. Over the last few months I worked with Denny Slaughter. Denny is a solid professional, highly knowledgeable, very approachable and relatable. He creates a no pressure environment and works diligently to use the customer's time wisely. He invested a great deal of time to make sure I understood all aspects of my new vehicle. Additionally, Henry Bachorski, the Sales Manager was 'boots on the ground' and stayed connected with me throughout the buying experience. Henry took time to address some key clarifying questions that elevated my confidence. He gets the assignment and works hard to service the client. I also noted how respectful he is of his staff. I am a believer that the brand of a company is cascaded from the top down and this is certainly evident with Henry and his staff. Both gentlemen are a credit to the organization. Thank you Sendell! I look forward to coming back in a few weeks to meet again with Johnny B. who was outstanding today as he wrapped up some of the technical aspects of demonstrating the value of the 'My Subaru' app. Kudos to all and thank you!

Great experience! My new vehicle was 2,700 less at SENDELL than at Kenny Ross and their whole team was so much more professional. After purchase, JOHNNY B taught me how to use all the cool new tech gadgets in my car. He was extremely informative and helpful, not to mention just a nicest person in general. I would have this car for years and not realized all the cool stuff it came with. From start to finish the entire experience was great. I would recommend Sendell Subaru to anyone.

I bought my car and immediately went on vacation. John was nice enough to offer to teach us about our car via a phone call. Then a few months later we were back and having service done. We finally caught up with Johnny in person and he fine tuned a few settings that made us happier. This dealership is great. 5/5 stars

Edit, thank you I am glad you are able to confirm the car will no longer smoke when I start it up! Glad you were able to fix that. I usually take my car to my military training posts so I just wanted to be safe.Customer service in the service department was terrible. Understandable they are busy at times but if you re having a bad day, no need to take it out on the paying customer.

I had a very poor experience at Sendell Subaru service. I was charged a full hour ($160) for the mechanic to perform a 15 minute diagnostics on a fluid leak I already knew of. They did not have the parts in their inventory to fix the problem so I was forced to drive my faulty Subaru back home.The customer service was horrendous! When I questioned the bill all three of the service desk workers raised their voices at me and belittled my automotive knowledge. The obnoxious female service desk attendant kept rolling her eyes when I asked any questions.Finally the owner came over and tried to meditate the situation which he failed todo. He also raised his voice at me and then proceeded to throw me off the property. All for questioning a bill. As I walked out the owner screamed, We don t need people like you here anyways. I will be taking my subarus to Spangler Subaru in Johnstown from now on. Where I hope to be treated more humanely.Not only does Sendell Subaru Service dept lack customer service, but they are also CROOKS that tried to pull a fast one on me and charge me an hours labor for a 15 minute diagnostic job.

I got a new phone and was having trouble getting it paired. I called the dealership and they connected me with John. He was so nice. Got me connected in less then a few minutes. I'm very happy with how I've been treated here at this dealership. 5/5 stars

I was at Sendell Subaru in Greensburg yesterday. I have had a Subaru for 10 years. You can check my records. My experience with Sendell Subaru of Greensburg, PA was downright appalling. Since when do salesman refuse to give an offer for a car because you wanted to compare between two dealers? He was rude and it was downright embarassing how he treated me. I have spread the word and same response that I felt was felt by others that I told. What is wrong with your dealershjp? He said that is not the way they do business now. What???
