I just bought a Mitsibushi Mirage 2023 today. Although the sticker price was the same as another dealer I went to last week, it ended up being over $1,000 less due to less charges for destination fees and other fees than the prior place I went to. But the main thing was my salesman, Jeff, was very non-pressuring, friendly. He took a good hour to patiently show me all the features in the car and how to use them, turn them on/off, etc... It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them and I will use them to purchase my next car (as I always like to keep 2 cars available for use). Great place, excellent prices, no pressure, friendly salesman. One couldn't ask for more.

My car was acting up as far as the head unit on my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I brought it in and at check in also mentioned that my wireless charging had not been working (I forgot to tell them on the phone when I made my appointment originally). Not only were they able to fix it the head unit issue but they also were able to fix my wireless charging problem. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and they even they brought me into the repair area to show and discuss with me their findings / what they did. This is only the 3rd time I've been there since I purchase my car in December of 21; and each time they provide the same great service!

The service advisor that I dealt with, I forget her name unfortunately, was extremely friendly and helpful. During my vehicle's servicing she continued to keep me updated and got prior authorization before all work. Not only that but I my bill was $200 less than expected. Now for the auto technician. Whomever this person was deserves a raise. My 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer SE drove like it was practically new when I dropped it off for the 60,000 mile service. After all the work was finished, unbelievable to me, but somehow it runs even better. It drives like he installed a brand new transmission. Feels like it has less than 10 miles on it. Outstanding all around. Thanks again! Definitely returning for future vehicle work as long as I can get that same technician. With extreme happiness- Chris W

I was on a time limit and had to be out of the dealership in 1 hour and 45 minutes for an appointment. I did arrive a little early for my appointment and my car was done for me to make my appointment.

Compared to another dealership, this location just falls below average. The service techs care more about talking to one another about weekend plans than serving customers and do not update the customers waiting in the waiting room until the servicing is done. Also, it was extremely hard to schedule service online - it kept pushing me 2-3 weeks out and when I would email asking for a sooner date, I got no response. When I would call it would give a busy signal (not even voicemail to leave a message). I had to call the sales department just to reach the service dept. I have a million suggestions for them to do better in the customer service dept in both sales and service but I know they won't listen to them.

I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Sendell Motors. My daughter bought her first new car from them also. I wouldn t go to any other dealership! They are transparent, polite, and quick to find what you want. Any question you have they are will get you the answer. Chris and Brigette are amazing and take the stress away from buying a new car. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I know I picked 10's in this survey. The reason was that purchasing this car was stress free. I was not insulted with an unreasonable price for my trade. The price for your car was accurate. The car was the one I wanted at a price that was fair. The young man that assisted me was attentive and helpful to make this transaction happen and timely.No complaints on my end.My hope is the car will last for many problem free years to come.Truly,Mark Chemski

Jeff Vrable was incredible! Hes was kind, humble and very knowledgeable of the vehicle a s our situation. In fact Jeff did such an amazing job, we truly trusted his opinion and experience, so much so that we bought a new Mitsubishi without a test ride!!! Plus we were in & out in no time!! My wife and I bought our Eclipse Cross here. Bridgette, our sales rep, was extremely courteous. She didn't pressure us to purchase anything we weren't interested in.The whole process of purchasing our new car here was extremely easy and surprisingly fast. They even contacted the rental company and my insurance and had everything taken care of.The only negatives I can think of is lack of parking, and they forgot to put a current inspection on my new vehicle. The inspection is being resolved this week.I recommend Sendell if you're interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I was very happy with the low pressure sales techniques. My salesperson did not hound me daily by phone and email like one of your competitors did. The only time I talked to my salesperson is when I called him. That is the reason I purchased at Sendell.

August 26 2020 I purchased a new vehicle from a salesman named Patrick. He was great and helpful,Received a great deal. I just love my vehicle. Couldn't be happier. I replaced my 2015 outlander sport with a 2022 outlander sport today. Olivia was a dream to work with online, copies of my documents were emailed over and most of the paperwork was started before I arrived. Lou had the car ready to go, I just had to sign! Perfect!!

Sendell Mitsubishi service team is great! I have been there many times for oil changes, brakes, rotors, inspections etc. I just recently had my catalytic converter, exhaust/muffler replaced on my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I am SUPER picky about who works on my car and I know I can trust Sendell. Great work, fair prices, and super reliable! When the time comes to buy a new car I will definitely go to Sendell. Thanks again!!

I think that kindness is free and it seems very difficult to find. My husband was hung up on and he is quiet as a mouse! We were never offered a rental and our vehicle was in the shop for 2 plus weeks!! Mitsubishi took days to respond? The problem was solved but we were handed our keys and that was it? No instructions- no information??
