Jason Coy did an outstanding job!!Jason listened to we wanted and needed in a vehicle. Brand new car, and I picked up a nail with less than 500 miles. They had to order a replacement, and I was told to return the following day. When my tire still wasn't available, Damien took care of it. He arranged for a valet to pick up my car the next day. Everything went smoothly and they returned the car to my home a couple hours later. VERY HAPPY!

i have been purchasing vehicles for over 45 years and have never had such an amazing experience. JJ Johnston greeted us as we walked in and it was like we were lifelong friends. You wont find a more down to earth, sincere, or knowledgeable sales person! There was zero pressure to make a purchase and JJ knew the answer to every wuestion we had. even more impressive, JJ followed uo with us twice in the two days fillowing our purchase to ensure we were satisfied with our new Rogue or if we had any questions about our new SUV.I cant forget to thank Jacyln in finace either. She was equally as awewome and made my experience stress free!! You wont find a better team anywhere! thanks again everyone, we will be back when its time for our next vehicle!!

Highly recommend this service center. I had a tire that was leaking and tried to get a patch in 2 other places both of which couldn't do it on the spot. I pulled in here and was out of there in less than a half hour. Thanks to Damien and the technician that helped. Go in for inspection and they always try to upsell. This is a repetitive situation every year. Needing brakes is one thing, but charging over $200 more than my mechanic is another. Not the friendliest service Manager either.

Everyone is always so friendly and kind. I have no complaints about the service 10/10 recommendation. Plus they always take care when servicing my vehicle and since I drop it off they end up getting it finished early, which is always nice!

I came in with a pre-approval letter to purchase a vehicle. They wanted me to fill out a credit application to use their financing because they get kickbacks for doing so. So they handed me a Nissan Financing credit application and said they'd try to beat my current rate.I explicitly said I will only do 1 run to try because Nissan Finance has a promo rate that might beat mine, but I don't want multiple hard pulls ruining my credit score. They say that's fine, and I fill out the form specifically titled for Nissan Financing.After spending over an hour waiting, I was not much surprised to learn they couldn't beat my pre-approval rate that I had before I walked in the door. Then, I use my own financing and purchase the vehicle.Then, a month later, I found out they ran my credit through 5 different additional companies in addition to Nissan Finance, which were never mentioned. My credit score has dropped significantly from the multiple hard pulls.They also never mentioned Nissans official extended warranty but tried selling a 3rd party one at a markup. I contacted Nissan, and they were startled.I thought it would be an easier purchase, and I like my vehicle, but I don't like fraud and dishonesty.

Tim and his Team are the best! I was visiting my son in Greensburg and on my way there I started having major car issues. Tim was able to fit me in on Monday and was able to resolve my issue that same morning.The level of service he provided was excellent. I come from a family of Nissan owners and this is by far the best experience I've had. Nissan needs to send all their service reps and service managers to Delaney so Tim can teach them how to provide best in class service.Thanks again Tim and Delaney Nissan for taking care of me and my Pathfinder.

The staff at Delaney are almost undescribable. No amount of positive adjectives gives an accurate depiction of their professionalism, customer service and quality of work. Tim has an incredible team and the guy who handles my account, Damien, is exactly what you would want from someone handling your vehicle and families safety in that vehicle. Purchased our 2023 Nissan Rogue Platium at Delaney earlier this year - super ecperience. Bring our Nissan back for regular scheduled maintenance- always a pleasure -- fron scheduling appt, waiting for service to be completed, being updated on progress of service, washing of vehicle -- great experience everytime. I sparingly use my 2014 murano cross convertible. I always look forward to seeing Nick Cain for my annual inspection and oil change.Nick has always been impressive in his attitude and knowledge about my Nissan and their products. He runs a very well run service department. I had some rust starting to appear on the inside of my passenger door. I took it to Delaney who had previously done a wonderful job on my car after hitting a deer. They fixed the rust and repainted in one day and the price was surprisingly reasonable! And, the work is guaranteed!

To get quickly to the point, Nissan (DeLaney) Service organization is one of the finest. They don t disappoint. So why do I say this? They have adequate manpower to service your vehicle immediately without having to say that the wait will be 2 weeks or more out. We had an issue in that our inspection was 6 weeks overdue. They understood and took us the same day. I call this service. We have another vehicle with the manufacturer starting with Hy and cannot get any responsive service at all out of the local dealer. In fact when you go there you might count 1 or 2 techs working on cars. The excuse is, we cannot find people How disheartening this is ..Our experience so far is wonderful and we highly recommend Delaney/Nissan Our 2021 Rogue is the best medium sized SUV bar none .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very bad experience today with this service center. Tim Cain, the supervisor, is not focused on customer service--nor is his team.Today my husband took our vehicle in for a warranty-related problem. Keep in mind, we pay hundreds of dollars a month for a top of the line warranty. The warranty company told us to take it specifically to a Nissan dealer, where it would be fully covered. The attendant took the car and said she would call the warranty company. While my husband patiently waited onsite, they fixed the problem even though the warranty company told them it wasn t covered. Then they came out with the bill. Never came out and told him it wasn t being covered under the warranty.Oh, and then they wanted to do an extra $300+ worth of work, which we didn t need done. Thankfully, my husband knows better. This car was purchased in May and in excellent condition! My husband paid the bill. He called later, and the supervisor was very rude and patronizing to him. Tim Cain said, Bring the car back in. We ll UNFIX the repair and give you the money back. REALLY???

My wife was about to leave for work when she realized there was a screw in her tire. I called Tim at Delaney and he said to bring it down, they would take care of it. He fixed the tire, gave my kids juice boxes & match box cars, and charged me nothing. Tim was nothing short of Superman for us today. I know where I ll be taking my car from here on out.Service: Tires

Horrible customer service. The truck was given and installed wrong A/c actuator. Had to go back . They returned the truck with empty tank. The truck had no diesel to start.
