Had our Escalade towed to the shop because it wouldn't start. Ed made sure we got in, got it fixed and got it back to us quickly. Love Delaney!! Ed always takes care of us.

My car had sat in another shop for 4 days and no progress was made on a bad alternator (which I believe is because the shop did not want to deal with my warranty company as they never filed a claim). I called a dealership that was closer to my house and they stated they do not deal with my warranty company, so I would have to pay out of pocket and try to get reimbursed. I called Delaney Chevrolet of Greensburg and they had no problems scheduling me the next day and dealt with my warranty with no issues. The car was finished the next day in a matter of a few hours. I had a pleasant, problem-free experience with Delaney Chevrolet from the minute I called them.

When inquiring about possible options for management of my newly deceased father's vehicle lease, no condolences were offered, my concern was dealt with on the showroom floor rather than at a desk or in an office, and the gentleman (I'm guessing a manager) simply sat in his office and projected his advice from behind his desk, which was at least 4 desks back. I didn't feel like I was important, I didn't feel like there was any care given, and my information wasn't even evaluated for further options. Upon reaching out to GM Corporate, I was notified that they could have managed my concerns on the spot. Needless to say, I'm frustrated. Bless their hearts.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke, there s no communication so one person says one thing when the next says another thing. I m also wondering if these people actually went to school or if they were just hired simply because they re a breathing human being. I do NOT recommend this dealership id rather drive to another state to get my car fixed.

I would drive an hour to come back to this Chevrolet dealer. The level of quality in the customer service area is over the top. It's hard to find friendly and helpful service now a days but these people were truly impressive...even my 13 year old son commented on how nice everyone was. Comfortable waiting room. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

I love the Delaney Service Dept. However this visit I think that I was not treated fairly. I felt like it was about the money and not the service. The girl when I came in asked what was going on so I told her some things that had happened to the truck on my journey. I believe that the service team never really looked into the actual problem. All they did was take what I told them and did a repair that never fixed the problem. After the did the first repair and charged me over $380.00 then they found the actual problem which they did under the warranty. I don't believe that the first thing they fixed ever needed fixed at all but when they fixed it and the problem was still there then they had to dig deeper. Every time I go to Delaney they always fix the problem. This time was the only situation that I ever had with them. I would continue to go there, I would just not share any information with them and just let them find the problem because they will find it and fix it.

The technician found damage to the boot on the upper control arm. He also found a bolt on the suspension which was extremely loose and about to come out which caused the damage to the control arm. He thought that it might have been done on purpose. The problem is the only people who touch the vehicle are you guys and it was just inspected two months ago. I hope no one from your service department would do such a thing, but I don't see how this bolt could have come loose by itself. The service from Nissan has always been great. Have used them for about ten years and never had a problem, which is why I still gave them 4 stars. I usually give them 5.

My 2022 2500 Duramax work truck with 8 ft service body and ladder rack. It's the hart of our company. It has been in the shop for 1 and a half months now. Still no fix date in site, If your looking to spend $80,000 on a pices of junk then spend it on a chevy. I'm going with Ram from here on out. Chevrolet has done nothing, but gotten us a retail truck 1500 with a 5 foot bed. That's great if I just went to the office but I don't.I NEED A DIESEL FOR TOWING, THING DAILEY, AND CARRING ALL THE TOOLS TO THE JOB SITE!!!WAY TO GO GMC

I came in with a trade in and Andy Mance got me into my dream vehicle which is a Tahoe! He made sure without a doubt I was leaving with my new SUV. I had my three little ones with me and the whole dealership was super sweet and very helpful with my children. We had an excellent time! This is the only dealership I will go too now! They have me for life! 10/10 recommend.

Scheduling service was easy online. Nichole, Service Advisor was cheerful and helpful as usual. Love the convenience of a shuttle service and Scooter the driver was pleasant and timely. Kenneth H, technician, provided excellent service and the lady checking me out was delightful.

Worked with Jonathan Maxson in sales. I really appreciated the non pushy sales approach he has. I was at the dealer for a total of about an hour, sure 30 minutes here to test drive and get an appraisal on my trade on 1 visit, filled the app out on line the next day, 2 hours later got approval and had to go give them paperwork them 2 days later, (my choice) picked up my new truck. Everyone there was very professional, personable, and friendly. Well done Delaney Chevrolet!!!

Despite a few difficulties with getting access to correct parts, the team was professional, extremely accommodating, and kind throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and I will absolutely be using Delaney for all service needs moving forward. They are the best Chevy dealer/servicer I ve worked with!!
