They are the best. Dropped my car off and they had it done in bout an hour. They are very kind! Try them out and you will see for yourself. They also have a tire store, best prices you will find!

The guys at Car Care 1 are amazing! My muffler had a hole in it and I needed it fixed right away! They got me in immediately and put a new muffler on my car!! They are also very affordable! I've already made another appointment to get my brakes done! Thanks guys!

They did good on looking over my car, but I didn't like that they weren't even willing to fix it over a little rust. That "condemned car" as they called it now has another 3000 miles put on it with no issues at all. Fixed it up myself and it only has 50k on it. So personally I just didn't believe them when they said it was beyond repair. And now update as of 1/11/24: took my Impala in for power steering issues. Wanted 106$ just to bleed the system. I said ok fine go ahead. Calls me the next day and says alright all good to go no more noise. I go over and try it sounds exactly the same as before. So then on top of that they wanted another 500$ just to replace the pump. It's not even so much the money but rather being lied to. I had to take off work two days plus pay for Uber rides back and fourth for nothing really. At the end he only discounted me to 63$. Tried to offer me a discount of 475$ if I would of let them finish the job never ever again at this place. Should be called car careless.

I hear these commercials on the about car care 1 and how much they care here's how much they care I took my car to a dealership to get inspected it failed for a catalytic converter so the dealership recommended car care 1 cause it would be $400 there instead of $1200 at the dealership they called and explained what I needed I go to car care 1 told the lady at the counter who I was and that the dealership called over and told them I need a catalytic converter she said ok an took me keys and said will call when it's ready this was around 8:30am at noon no call so I went there they said your car was ready I was told we didn't change the catalytic converter we just changed a sensor and changed the air filter that should fix it cost me $300 got down the road the check engine light came back on went back to car care 1 told them the check engine light is back onI said I needed a catalytic converter the dealership called over here and told you that I told the lady at the front desk and the guy said to me well nobody ever told me so all they care about is money not the costomer and the sensor they changed needed to be change again because it was defective so instead of $400 it cost me $700 buyer bewere

Only other mechanics to take the brakes apart on this car were car care 1, when the person was quoted almost 400 dollars for the job and said she couldn't afford it, they decided to put locktite on the break housing bolts. Ignorant and unprofessional. Terrible people from what I would say.

While I was driving back to town from a delivery, the dreaded battery light came on. It was Friday going into evening. I decided to call and tell them instead of waiting all weekend to get it addressed. They had less than an hour left before their closing time but told me to bring it in and that I made a smart decision. They fixed my car's broken belts and even allowed me to pay it back later since I forgot my wallet that day. Prices are fair, and so are wait times. If you decide to leave during your car's repair, they call you and tell you what the issue is and what to expect, as I've been here multiple times before. If you like Doc Quinn, there's a chance he'll be the one working on your car if you bring it here. If you need a good mechanic, this place has an entire team of them.

I always receive stellar service from everyone at Car Car 1. From scheduling service to accommodating a busy schedule for someone who waited till the last minute, they make everything easy. They fix what s wrong without tacking on necessary things as some shops do. They tell you what is advisable, but can wait. And they make sure you know what needs done to keep you safe from being broken down on the side of the road.I recommend them to everyone I know, because I know at Car Care 1 they ll be taken care of, not taken advantage of.**Special shout-out to Paul, Carmen, Bo, and Neil! They are wonderful business men! They get to work early, will squeeze in appointments, and are one of the few car shops around that will weld instead of do clamps on exhaust work. On top of that, they've beaten quotes of 3 other shops in the area and still do a better quality work. 10/10 recommend everyone use Car Care 1!

Do not go here. They price gawg you. Said it would be over 200.00 dollars to install mymufflers that I brought there on my Dodge charger. Got it done for 100.00 at another shop.

Car Care 1 took care of an alignment on my GMC truck and an inspection for my wife's Jaguar suv. Great place, great prices. They are very busy, especially this time of year - but they got us in and took care of us quickly. I highly recommend! A good friend who I would trust with my life told me about this place! Good people he said. Enough for me! I took my truck there. The owner Paul is great! He diagnosed the problem, explained what the problem was & I told him to do the repair. I happen to know two of his cousins that are fine men also. Take your vehicle here!

I brought my car to Car Care 1 because I could smell Gas from outside the car when it was running. Paul assured me they could figure out what was wrong with it and had me bring it in the next day. He gave me rough quote of what it would cost. Then upon completing the repair the final bill was 100 dollars less than what I expected. He even brought a wiring concern to my attention due to a rodent chewing on wires. I gave him the go ahead to fix that as well. My expectations we're exceeded. Paul came under budget by 100 dollars and I couldn't be happier with the repair. Car care 1 is a local, honest, car repair shop. Great Customer Service! I needed my brakes fixed ASAP and even though they were super busy they fit me in and got them fixed. They did not overcharge me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Completed the repairs on my car as requested in the time and price as quoted. During the repairs the mechanic found another issue which they called to my attention upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle. They gave me a quote on the repair, which was reasonable, and said they could get it done while I was at lunch. Needless to say the car runs like it did when I bought it. I am very satisfied with the service, price, and treatment.

Took my car in to get it inspected. They changed rear brake pads and rotors. Dust shields were dragging as I was leaving the store. Embarrassing noise coming from my BMW. I bring it in they fix the issue I get an oil change from them, They install a Chinese filter in a German Vehicle?? Then they did not change the O-ring in the valve cap so my car was leaking oil for a total of six days. Then my warning light came on to add 1 quart of oil. I call them up take it back in tell them my car is leaking oil. Embarrassing. Was a loyal customer for longest time. Don't cheap out on parts and Don't cheap out on the job.

These guys are great!! Quick, professional service with thorough and pleasant communication during the repair. They've given me the confidence and trust in them that has made me a repeat customer. Finally, a place where I don't feel like I'm being ripped off. Recommend!!

Always friendly honest will explain exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and how much to repair at a fare price. Stopped going to dealerships because they want to charge to replace and over charge not repair.

I used to come here when it was meineke. Came here the other week not realizing it changed. They were still incredible fast and have incredibly low prices. Would recommend anyone coming here that needs work done and doesn't want to spend a lot of money.
