They are miracle workers. So polite and kind. I adore Chris & Eric & Jeff. Thank you for fixing my baby. This is my purple benz and my car was in good hands. You would never know that I hit a deer. Recently took my car to Todd s, not a good experience. They told me work would take about 7-10 days. Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. Called but got no helpful answer. They ended up having my car 7 weeks. Though this may have been out of there hands there was no communication from them. Even when I called they gave no answer as to when it would be done or what the hold up was. After numerous weeks I was finally told it would be done on the following Monday however heard nothing from them that Monday. Tuesday came and I called them, was told, I don t know we will call you back shortly. Never heard from them till Wednesday, finally it was done.Got the car home, got it up to a decent speed when a it started making crazy noise. Come to find out it was plastic beneath. Which they charged me nearly $130 to replace . Never put on. Currently in the process of having this resolved.Update: Called about the piece before Christmas. Never heard anything. Called again talked to manager ended up taking it down. Said it was simple mix up they had part would be 10 minutes to put on. Waited 1 hour to find that it wasn t the right part. Waited another 30 minutes for them to get it off the lift and back to me. Said they d order part and get it within 5 business days. Waited 10 days heard nothing, called. They got the wrong part again. Waited another probably 10 days called again they still had nothing. Ended up getting a refund on part and labor. I will never deal with this outfit again. From the time I found that the part was missing and made them aware till the time I got the money was well over a month.

I had a fender bender and they did an amazing job installing the new parts and making everything match. They were super quick! Will definitely use again if needed.

My family came here after our Mazda SUV was rear-ended, and the completed work was very good. All told, the car needed a new rear bumper cover and new exhaust tips/ tailpipes. The parts they used as replacements were of high quality, and the paint was color matched exemplary. We received the car back washed, waxed and with the rims cleaned.A small inconvenience arose during the process of having the car repaired, and they went exceptionally above and beyond to ensure we'd still have a satisfactory experience. The staff was always kind, understanding and motivated to return our car to the condition it deserved.I cannot thank the owner and staff enough, not only for the quality work they completed, but also the thoughtfulness they treated us with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have been using Todd Autobody for all our body work needs over the years. Having a 4 driving household and 6 vehicles, we have had several insurance claims and they are very easy to deal with. Connie and the office staff are great! The employees communicate and work together well. Recently, I needed a loaner car for the 1 day for a minor fix and they accommodated me. The drive in estimate with Todds through my insurance company was great. Top notch Customer service!

Great job on repairs to my F-150 after getting caught in a hail storm last month only complaint I really have was I had to call to get information on updates to my repairs their lack of communication was a little frustrating but every time I called all my questions were answered by the girls in the front office very satisfied with repair work and the amount of time it took to do it very good quality job thanks again Todd Auto bodyService: Painting

Jeff and Eric are great in ensuring your vehicle is repaired correctly. Service is exceptional, and I have had to have two of my vehicles repaired here. Highly recommend them. Will continue to use them as needed. They are the recommended auto body shop by State Farm for the area.

Very Pleased!I dropped my Jeep off to them after a small accident. When I received my Jeep it was just like new. Then a few days later, much to my surprise, I popped open one of the compartments where my charger is stored and found $55 that I had forgotten about. That money was in my Jeep the entire time it was in the shop. Now, I cannot even take my car through the car wash without them taking all the change in my car!Todd's is an HONEST, Down to Earth, Dependable Small Business in Greencastle, and we are lucky to have them! Todd s Auto Body helped me when I needed some body work done on my new vehicle. They were very responsive and efficient with getting the initial quote to me. My vehicle was in their shop for a very short amount of time (compared to what I ve heard from other body shops.) They did an amazing job and restored my car to looking brand new! I hit a deer and needed to have some work done to my front end.my husband had recently met a gentleman while camping that owned Todd auto body. So we decided to try them out for the work that we needed completed. To say we are beyond happy is an understatement. They did an amazing job. Their customer service was impeccable. The gentleman who brought my car out to me was super nice to offer to assist me in moving my belongings from the rental vehicle back to my vehicle. Todd autobody has been the worst experience we have ever had dealing with autobody repair. The shop was tasked with fixing bumper damage at first, after thorough repair from the shop, they ordered the part needed. For perspective the vehicle is a 2022 Hyundai EV, going into this we expected LONG wait times for parts. After a not so bad month wait for parts we drop the car off, 10 days for repair, also not awful, however during this time we received 0 communication from the shop. Every attempt at updating was made by us to the shop, to the point that the shop began getting annoyed that we were calling them out on not meeting their own set communication deadlines. Fast forward, bumper is repaired however none of the safety features/software systems were working. They transported the car to Rockville MD per there shop manager Chris to get reset (they told us before we agreed to use the shop that they could do this in house, they could not). Chris set the expectation that he would call me the following tuesday. Today marks 3 weeks from then, I did not receive any phonecall from the shop, my car was moved to ANOTHER shop, thats right the 3rd shop, and I was never notified of this by Toddy autobody. I found out where my car was 9 days in from Hyundai's bluelink app, called the 3rd shop, and found out that Todd missed 2 more parts during their inspection. At this point we are beyond happy its out of this shops hands, do NOT take your vehicles here, drive 2 hours, pay for a rental, anything you can do to avoid these people is in your best interest.Service: Body & Trim

Todd Auto Body ruined 3 of my Mercedes Benz with auto body work that ended up leaking, causing mold and wiring harness problem.The owner was rude and hung up when I approached him with the problems. I contacted the BBB and my attorney. He pretends to be very religious.

After hitting a deer 4 hours away from home, our insurance company had us towed here. Once we were given an estimate from our claims adjuster, we decided that we would want the car towed closer to us since Todd Auto is 3 hours away. We had not yet approved the work to be started but they had already started taking my car apart. We didn t want to deal with the hassle so we just let it be and stayed with Todd. Big mistake. We were quoted at 12 days for the repair. The entire time we were never kept informed and had to repeatedly call in to find out the status of the repair. We were told several times when the car was estimated to be finished and it kept getting extended. After they broke a part trying to install it the time was extended even more. We were never offered a loaner car or given any compensation. It ended up taking 40 days for my car to be fixed and we were never even given an apology and they refused to take responsibility for the time it took to repair my car. At the very least they could have kept us better informed since they knew it was a 3 hour trip one way to come pick up my car and we urgently needed to get it back.Update: after trying to use my remote start after getting my car back, it is no longer working.Service: Body & Trim

This review is long over due. Back in Jan/Feb Todd Auto Body worked on a vehicle that my insurance company wanted to claim as a near loss. Todd Auto Body found used body parts to compensate for what the dealership would have charged. The vehicle was saved, repaired and looked great. Even though there were a couple changes of the final pick up date, the final product was everything I d hoped for. The only complaint I had was that communication is not their strong point and they don t do a whole lot of cleaning up of the inside of the vehicle, however that s a quick fix. I would recommend this business to friends and family.

Over the years, I had two of my cars (Mercedes CLK320 and E350) repaired in Todd's body-shop after minor collisions. They did a fantastic job in both cases: the cars looked like new after repairs, including the metallic paint (quartz blue, in both cases), which is difficult to match.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I can't recommend this business enough...... beyond 5-stars. I stopped in for a trim replacement, on my 2004 Volvo V70 R, and they did the work, perfectly, on the spot, and in less 15 minutes. Got my car back with the check engine light on when they were suppose to only replace the headlight and repair the bumper. So i took it somewhere else to get it looked at and they said the wire harness was not put back properly. This cause my car to have acceleration issues. My foot could be on the floor and my car would take forever to accelerate. Do your job right and don t cut corners smh! Never again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Tundra was involved in a fender bender. Took it here and had a detailed estimate and scheduled drop off time in minutes. The staff were very friendly. All I had to do was drop off my truck and hop in my rental with no paperwork, hold ups, or headaches. I picked my truck up today and it looks brand new. Not just the repaired area, the entire truck looks to be cleaned and detailed. Very easy business transactions and very pleasant to deal with. Todd Auto Body has my business! Thanks again guys. Very professional staff and quality work. Had a 2019 ZR2 that needed repairs after an accident. They were able to replace the frame on my 2019 ZR2 along with many other damaged parts involving the front suspension. Truck drove like new after they completed repairs. The shop also offered to correct any issues that arise months later which I took them up on 2 months after driving. The guys at Todd Auto Body corrected an alignment issue and repaired my offroad lights with no questions asked months later. Awesome service and quality work! I would never go to another shop for collision repairs.

Hit a deer several weeks ago. Took my vehicle here to get fixed and it really did come back looking better than it did when it was new. The white bumpers didn't quite match the car from the factory, now they match perfectly. Outstanding work and would definitely recomend them to anyone looking for a quality job. This car was my wife's Christmas present last year so thanks for keeping out of the dog house.

Absolutely wonderful body shop! I had to take my truck in for an estimate and I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy! He even had me bring it back down for photos to send to the insurance company when the insurance company contacted both him and I saying they needed photos of the truck, he was one of the most understanding people I've ever met! Thank you Todd Auto Body! I recommend you to everyone! You all are awesome!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS They overcharged me for the repair and then tried to milk my insurance for additional payment when they failed to repair it properly the first time. The contract was for a cash job, they agreed the work wasn't right but they would not make it right like their slogan says.
