TA/Petro is my least favorite truckstop because I think they charge too much for parking and showers yet majority of their stores have dirty, disgusting restrooms/showers BUT this place right here is one of the very very few exceptions! Clean facilities! I do know how to give credit where credit is due! Thank you TA Greencastle! Keep it up! Two thumbs up!

Place is falling apart. Strangers walking the lot. They want $22 to park in this unsecured lot? TA is sinking bad. More interest in wooing their investors than they are in running a fair business.Bigger population, more product demand, more truckers, need more parking.Instead of fixing the problem by making larger lots, greedy TA decides F them, and charges them knowing drivers don't have a choice. Hope they sink with their greed.

NO INTERNET! You cannot do anything, no text, no email, no load board, nothing. But on the brighter side, guys at the shop were professional and knowledgeable getting a part we needed. Shower was very clean with a lot of hot water and excellent pressure. Gentlman back in the shower area cleaning was friendly and does a great job. Country Pride was open which is fantastic as many are still dragging their feet to open more than ( seems like) four hours daily. The staff are friendly and talkative which is always welcome. Store is a bit small, but would rather a restaurant than a huge store so thanks for that TA! There is a MASSIVE amount of reserve parking which is incredibly greedy and drivers complained about it on the CB. TA, you need to stop making so much off the driver's backs with reserves. Have maybe 20 or so for those of us who have to roll in at 0300, but not the literal ONE HUNDRED FOUR places for reserves at I'm assuming $25.00 each. That's $78,000 per month and $936,000.00 per year. A bit shameful.

It s okay every now in then. Clean showers. Washers okay but the dryers don t really work. The food is good where the truckers go at for their fuel. The wings and Mac & cheese was good!!

Did a 10 here 80% of the parking is reserved.The lot attendant does go around and check to make sure people have paid.If you have Verizon then you will have ZERO service. I didn t even have a single bar. Don t wast money for the Wi-Fi either. It did not work at all. It would not pick up in the store or in the parking lot.There is a country pride inside the store.There is a Subway and a Taco Bell within walking distance. There is also a McDonald s across the street. Their showers are small but clean. The bathrooms needed some attention. They have a small gym, a game room, a drivers lounge, and laundry services.There is also a laundry mat within walking distance by Subway. There wasn t much in the hotbox for dinner or breakfast. I did not walk to the fuel island, so I m not sure what is to offer there.Many clean spots to walk dog

$8.99 for a hand full of chips and luke warm qeuso?? Brought out cold. Ordered the Grande Burrito, guess what? Came out cold, but the plate was hot, lol. Ever wonder why these restaurants are closing down? Bad quality food with outrageous prices, took a couple of bites, left hungry, and $31 less in my pocket!

Really good food. I had lemon pepper whitefish, salad, and a perfectly done baked potato. My friend had the Cajun whitefish, broccoli, rice pilaf, and hashbrowns. All of it was delicious!!

TA one of the best truck stops on American highways with good food, service and shops. The only problem, especially on this location the lack of free truck parking. Its no good anyway:Why TA invests money in all the services to lure more customers, but don t provide free parking (you don t have to invest more) it s right there. Its ready to receive more customers (truck drivers) but its not full. Why? Because more than half of the parking lot is reserved parking. I understand if you get full reserved parking and you make money for staying overnight. But now you guys loosing and also don t give drivers some sleep on your unused paid parking lot.Please reply me back. Thank you.

Good amount of RV parking out front. Also room for bobtails and expediters. Greatly appreciated. Inside store was well organized and laid out. Men's room clean. The attached Country Pride restaurant has great meals for reasonable prices.

Both stores were clean and well stocked. I had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The menu photo didn't do the actual meal justice. Far better on the plate. I had a good visit.

Has to be one of the nastiest parking lots I ve been to in years and that 40+ yrs of experience.. every single trash can had not been empty in what appeared to be days.. literally trash everywhere you look and for what this corporation is make on the reserved parking (alone) seems to me they could find someone to keep up with trash can detail

Clean easy access gas station and travel center - the travel center is always run very well attendants are great restrooms clean no problems with the gas or entrance and exit

this is being posted through a drivers point of view...if the place is not going to provide a decent wifi signal THAT IS BEING PAID FOR disconnect it all together dont show it as "TA gold star" there is nothing exclusive about this!....it is robbery...cell phone signal at this dump is bad enough without taking someone's money...food is decent, parking is mostly paid...and that stupid lottery ticket machine needs to be removed from the drivers lounge...the server device on that machine is too loud you can't hear yourself think...

BEWARE!!!Stolen packages & broken seal were what I found this morning when I did my pretrip.If you only have a plastic seal on your trailer doors make sure you put a metal lock on it before you go to sleep.

Do NOT take your truck here!!!! Some mechanic named Dan. Damaged a truck he was fixing and the manager (4 eyes) was trying to make a customer pay for it smh I m definitely going to write more but they definitely don t even deserve one star

Verizon's signal here is almost non existent and logging into their wifi took me almost an hour to figure out. Verizon should have a better signal here. Shame on you Verizon.

I can't rate lower. It took the sorry idiots in the tech shop every bit of 5 hours to replace my mud flap.*FIVE HOURS*** FOR A MUD FLAP**I COULD HAVE PUT IT ON THE TRAILER BLINDFOLDED WITH MY TOES IN THAT AMOUNT OF TIME.Avoid like the plague.

Excellent TA truckstop. Old, but they keep it clean. Staff crew outside picking up all the trash these modern day sorry Truck drivers leave in the lot. Great breakfast. Fresh hot cooked to perfection.

Not much of an option with hot food, and bathroom can use a lil upgrade, however there are plenty of parking spots, unfortunately the smell of urine is very noticable

I waited 9 hours for an oil change, I stood at the dock for another hour and they told me that they do not have a filter, I do not recommend contacting here

Still has a sit down restaurant and a new menu. Food was good but getting expensive had corned beef hash and eggs and that was $15.00

Reserved parking is not painted or marked me and 10 others got the knock on the door at 8pm saying this half of the parking lot is Reserved and it cost $22 I ask the gentleman who knocked where it says that and he just said it's a legit argument that everyone brings up but nothing is done about it at the ta either pay or leaveAsked the cashier inside how is anyone to tell where reserved parking is with no signs or paint and she responded with " well they are going to repaint everything but you know how TA is"

Just wanted to say to the guys in shop and counter thank you again I blow airbag out on trailer they had the parts to fix it iam back rolling again nobody in the area that would fixed it but ta guys was a little of of pain for them but they got it. .thanks again. .

Don't let the outside fool you, this place is a fantastic stop! Clean rest rooms, albeit small. They had a good looking buffet, which was listed at 8.99. We didn't east, but it smelled FANTASTIC! WOULD DEFINITELY stop here again.

The process of even getting checked in was abysmally slow. The person at the shop side was nice enough, even though I stood in line for almost 20 min with only one person in front of me. I checked in with very simple issues and was told it would be about four to maybe five hour wait. I accepted that and put oil on my work order. I then got food and was immediately confronted by who I assume is the manager making a big deal about me grabbing oil off the shelf, and argued with me about a problem that was fixed by the shop simply replacing it (which should have been the obvious thing to do for a customer.) instead of arguing with me about something so easily solved.After this I returned to my truck and waited about four and a half hours with no call. I returned to shop to then wait in line for another 15 mins. I asked where I was at in the wait, and was told there were two more trucks ahead of me and it would be another 2 hours. Even though I was frustrated, I accepted the new eta and returned to truck. Two hours later I was again left with no phone call. I did not want to stand in line for another 15-30 min so I called. After several calls trying to get someone to answer I final got someone on the line. I again asked my position in line and was told there was still 2 trucks ahead of me and it would be another 2 hours.At this point I cancelled my service request and decided this place did not deserve my business and if this is their business model they don t deserve yours. The trucking industry runs on a schedule, often a very tight one in today s society. Sleep and time management is very important and if a shop is giving multiple eta s that are off by hours and hours, it completely derails truckers livelihood.Some things are out of our control, but from the moment I entered this store I felt tension in the process and way I was received.My recommendation is to go somewhere else if you can. Too often these ta s take our business for granted, and it s up to us to decide to hold them accountable. I hope this helps.
