If I could give 10 stars I would. JR was our sales person. He was always patient with us even when he knew we weren't ready to buy a camper yet and we kept changing our minds on what camper we wanted. When the time finally came He helped getting us the camper we wanted. We absolutely love our camper and can't wait to get out and enjoy life. I can't thank everyone enough at Keystone RV for your kindness and patience. A huge thank you to JR for everything you have done for us.

This review is all about the Service Desk / Manager. (5 month Ordeal) Nothing on the Service technician assigned (Kevin). Call in Aug 23 to get on schedule for repairs. Told Schedule full until Nov 2, Bring the unit in then. call a few days prior to ensure the schedule did not slip. Called on Nov 1 to ensure schedule still held. Brought unit in the next day Nov 2 as scheduled. They will call me back with Estimate. 3 weeks later not a peep from Keystone RV Service Department. Drove in to see them, 2.5 hours waiting at the desk for the Service desk to give me a response that unit was not in the shop yet. (so much for calling ahead to get on the schedule) Collectively, 4 individuals from service team tell me they can get unit into shop and order the required parts on Dec 1. Unit will be completed on Dec 8. Didn t want them to push through the repair so I told them Dec 15 is good. (So MUCH for taking their WORD WORTHLESS) NOT a PEEP again. Jan 13 Drove to see them again. Again, waiting over an hour to get a response of Unit not in the shop yet. So they have not even looked at it They stated, We can get it in the shop on Jan 22. Needless to say. As of that day, the unit is NO LONGER on their lot for them to look at and will Never Even be there again. TO another shop- repair complete 2 weeks later.Again- Nothing on Kevin -He never had the opportunity to work on the unit.

The sales man Brandon was ok. Not good communication. The walk through and introduction to my new unit by brandy was very good. She went into great detail and answered all my questions. Overall keystone in Greencastle is a great dealer, depending on your sales person. Finance was very easy and the shop did a great job setting up my Tacoma. I would recommend this dealer. Ask for brandy.

Bought a brand new RV a little over 3 weeks ago on Saturday. After the inside walk through the person asked if the TV was on? We said we can hear it but no picture. Didn t think much about it then. Just powered it off just like we did the refrigerator since we were done inside. Got home only to discover it didn t work. Called LG and they couldn t do anything since the TV was made 12/2021. Brand new RV. With a 2-1/2 year old TV that doesn t work. Called Keystone to let them know. Should be simple right? Sent pictures texts Emails. Followed up to find out what they was going to do. Will they send me a new TV or can I buy one and they reimburse me up to a certain dollar amount? I d prefer that since I m going camping soon. I ll get back to you. Nothing. Followed up again. I ll call you back. Nothing. Asked for the manager. Got a call but not from the manager but service again saying they will ship one. Called again where s the TV? I ll get back to you. Nothing . Called again. Thursday Forest River will next day air it. We should have it by Monday and ship it to you. Called Tuesday. I ll look into it. No call back. Called Wednesday. FR didn t give them a tracking number. I ll look into it. Asked for the number for Forest River so I can call them directly. I ll call you back with that. Keystone is terrible at following up and calling you back. Paid $898 for what they call dealer prep fee. A fee for them to not check that the TV doesn t work. For wood shavings all over the floor and a ton on the slide out. Scratches on the paneling. The bottom of the glass door frame. The Solera topper prep bracket that was put on crooked on the one side. Was told that is an easy fix. They just need to unscrew the 5 screws. Straighten it out and screw it back on. That will not work because it will oval out the holes and not be secure. I suggested You might be able to flip the bracket upside so the hole pattern is different but that s 5 more holes in such a small area. Keystone still hasn t addressed how this issue is going be resolved. I realize some of these things were done at the Forest River factory but I bought the RV from Keystone. Paid them the Dealer Prep fee. What was that for? Keystone is the one that NEVER calls me back. This weekend the one storage lock stopped working. Had a hard time getting it unlocked and now it won t lock. Told them Tuesday about it. Haven t heard a thing on how to handle that. I ending up calling the mfg of the lock and they were great. Getting that part handled by them. Bought the extended warranty because I was told I could take it to any authorized repair shop. Called the warranty company and they said the first year is under the mfg warranty unless they don t cover it or can t do it. Not what I was told by Keystone. Anyone can sell you a trailer. Service is what brings you back and I won t purchase or recommend Keystone RV Center to anyone. Still hearing crickets.

I honestly expected better quality from Keystone. a large company should have better quality. The finish of the trailers is very bad, you can find defects everywhere and when you access some part that are hide like a cabinet you are impressed by the quantity of dirty that the employees leave behind, a real piece of dirty work. I hope this company can improve the quality of the products that they offer.

We bought a new Crusader 5th wheel here to celebrate the sale of our business and take my parents on a cross country RV trip. Turned out to be a disaster as it was one issue after another. Keystone eventually gave us a refund if we upgraded to a Sierra. They said they tested everything to avoid the issues we experienced with the Crusader and they found the thermostat in the bedroom did not work. They got it working, but only because they took the ground from the main thermostat. When we got it home, we were living in it FT while our home was being restored from a fire, the main thermostat did not work. They would not send someone to look at it so we had to hire a mobile RV tech who found the ground had been disconnected from the main thermostat. Cost us a couple hundred to fix it. We traded in the Sierra at another dealer. Will never go back to this place.

So impressed with the service staff at Keystone RV Kevin, Andy, Larry and the top gun Hunter really came through for me. Receptionists are always in a positive mood when the answer and transfer me to service. Had trouble with DC current and they helped me with great patience over the phone and via pictures. Learned a lot along the way. Great journey. Yes, was able to get it to work this afternoon! God bless Keystone RV center. Will be sure to head back and see them when we upgrade our RV in the future. Forever thankful!

The experience with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. In September 2023 our Harley went through the floor of our 2022 Forest River Toy hauler while coming up the highway. Upon inspecting the hole in the floor after we were able to get our bike out we found there were no supports in the floor, only the thin plastic underbelly. We took the camper back to the dealer the next day. We were given a complete run around about if they would even fix it at no charge. I had to call the manufacturer myself to get it fixed. Our camper sat at the dealer lot for over 2 months and was never fixed. We took the camper back and made an appointment to have fixed when they had everything needed for the repairs. We took the camper back to the dealer on our appointment date of February 10th. I called yesterday to check on the repairs and was told they have not even started working on it. In addition to the hole in the floor, the fireplace never worked, the jack quit working, the shower leaked and there is an issue with the brakes not working. This was our first camper and this whole experience has been beyond stressful. I have now had to contact an Attorney to see what we can do to just give this camper back and never deal with the dealership again. I would never recommend this Dealership to anyone.

Keystone has been our go to dealership for all things for almost 5 years. From sales to service they HAVE BEEN great. JR is still the best and literally the only thing Keystone has going for it. Now for the BUT. Since Pete's RV bought them two years ago (or so), the service department has trended downwards and all you get are lies. This culminated with our last service visit, scheduled for 1 March in which we picked our travel trailer back up on 20 March. The receipt states that we dropped it off on 20 March....Hmmmmm! Heck of a way to prop up your metrics! All you get are excuses, lies, and runarounds from these folks.Everything about this service visit is WRONG. This was scheduled six months prior for routine stuff, check the roof, wheel bearings, etc., as well as install a bedroom TV bracket. Ended up being a three week visit (that was a first)! When we called the 2nd week to find out when the unit would be done, we were lied to (blatantly), when the guy on the phone realized that his lie wouldn't work he doubled down on the lie ending up with us calling the regional service manager for Pete's. He refused to address the lie's but did make some promises. Those promises included a call from the on-site service manager which happened, sort of. I say sort of because it didn't happen when we were told but did happen 24 hours later. Communication seems to be a problem with these people. We were then told that it would be ready and that to help remedy things they would detail the camper (inside and out) including wax). We ended up being delayed picking up the camper by a day, honestly we didn't care at this point as we had to cancel a camping trip and eat the deposit because of these folks. We get there and the camper was ready! Detailed, NOPE! Dead flies in the camper (not a big deal but it sure as crap wasn't detailed, inside or out). There is no evidence of any checks of anything....roof, wheels, brakes, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as the checklist / notes were not attached and at this point I am not listening to them anymore! After consideration, I do not recommend doing any business with Pete's RV at any location after hearing these people talk. They are clueless and do not want our or your business! Now we are going to have to pay someone else to do the work that these folks were supposed to do since we can't verify that they actually did it. Add to that there will be the standard response of "We are sorry for your experience, please give us a call to our customer response team so we can figure something out". How about Keystone / Pete's actually answer's with some honesty! We know we have gone downhill at this location. Since we purchased a great dealership that had a loyal customer base, downgraded great policies to crappy ones, we have had a hard time keeping good people due to those decisions and now find ourselves in a bad position and you, the customer, are now experiencing the brunt of those decisions. Period! Be up front and honest and then go back to what was working and maybe roll out the policies that work in your other locations and see what happens!

Recently purchased our 3rd RV from Keystone (first two were travel trailers, the last a motorhome). Staff was very friendly, selection of RVs was good, and most of our questions were answered knowledgeably. Only giving 3 stars because of the poor dealer prep on our unit. Despite a pre-delivery walk-through, most of the identified items had not been addressed by the time of delivery (including excessive driver-side wind noise, incorrectly installed passenger desk, insecure latch on one basement storage door [which opened in transit], missing remotes for the smart TVs [rendering them essentially useless except when connected to a laptop or tablet by HDMI]). We also found that the deadbolt on the unit s door does not work. Warranty work for this is scheduled in May, so the rating will be changed if/when the issues are finally corrected. As things stand now, though, it s been a disappointing experience.

Recently had my camper down to keystone for a couple of small concerns.. JR my sales guy setup a convenient time for me to bring in my camper.. I wound up having to leave it there for a few days for a couple of warranty issues. Greg Habina in-service was super helpful in getting everything taken care of and keeping me up to date with all matters. hands down great people and great customer service..

Absolutely hands down the best service I've come across. My wife and I bought a Jayco travel trailer at the 2023 York RV show. We were approached by "JR" a Pete's RV Salesman. Again hands down the best knowledgeable and personable salesperson I could have come across. Had the proper answer for every question we had being new to the RV world. Never where we rushed nor were we pushed into purchasing something my family and I did not need. Jr made it exciting and pleasant for my family, As did the whole Pete's RV team all the way down to the finance department.. would not hesitate to recommend Jr and the keystone / Pete's RV center to anybody looking to purchase a new RV, fifth wheel, travel trailer.THANKS AGAIN JR, AND PETE'S RV CENTER. HOPE SEE YOU OUT AT A CAMPGROUND!!

JR was the main reason we bought the trailer from Keystone at the Hershey show. We spent a lot of time all over the show. In the end he was the most knowledgeable and got us in to the Trailer that ultimately was rite fort for us. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and professional. A great buying experience.

Steve D., Service Manager- 5 starsSales Department Experience- 1 starSteve D., the service manager and service department should get 5 stars. We had problems with receiving our very first camper on time, and Steve stepped in after our salesman stopped communicating with us. Steve went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue to get us our camper on time. His communication with us was great, which made up for the lack of communication and customer service from the sales department. Our overall sales experience should be 1 star. Our salesman said our camper was supposed to arrive at Keystone from the factory the first week in October. We had an orientation/pick up appointment set up for October 13th. After taking off from work and having a camping trip planned from there, we were notified by the orientation department the day before, on October 12th, that our camper was not going to arrive in time. It was at the factory due to supply issues for parts. Things happen, but at least notify us sooner than the day before our pick up date and camping trip. The most concerning is, the last we ever heard from our salesman was October 7th. We saw him in the office on November 4th, our new pick up date. He never spoke to us or acknowledged we were there. It is now almost a month later, and we still never even received a simple Thank you for your purchase from our salesman or anyone from the sales department.

Our salesman Brandon was awesome. They had my travel trailer ready when I got to the lot. He explained everything from top to bottom. Also would like to mention Tyler in financing that worked diligently to find me the lowest interest rate possible for me. And Amy in financing that executed all of the paperwork. I 100% recommend to go see these guys at @ Keystone RV Center.

Camping World in less than 30 min away and they are way cheaper for parts. I'm talking about 20 bucks on average. Customer service is good here though and Camping World as well.

We bought a brand new trailer at Keystone RV Center last July. We found the trailer online, called them and they made a great price for us. Since we live in Toronto, Canada, we were concerned if everything would go well with the sale when we travel all the way south (ca. 8 hours drive). The entire process of making a sale contract from Canada with those guys was really effortless and easy. When we arrived there, all paper work was finished, and our trailer was well prepared for the long travel back home. Everyone who we dealt with was knowledgeable and very friendly. All in all, we had a great experience with these people. If we ever decide to buy a new trailer again, it will definitely be at Keystone RV Center! Thanks again for the great service! We love our trailer!!!

Kevin from service along with the white team there is phenomenal! Took my 2023 263gdk in for service and they took care of the problem quickly. Considering it was a water leak and furnace issue, I was surprised how quickly they turned it around. Thank you, team!

We would like to thank Brandon for making our experience at Keystone feel very comfortable. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted until we started looking around. He was so patient with us while we were trying to make our decision. He was so knowledgeable about every question we had. I would recommend everyone to ask for Brandon!! When we went back to do the final walk through, everyone from service was great to work with as well. So thankful we had this experience with Keystone.

We purchased a 2024 Catalina Legacy from Keystone RV Center at the Hershey RV Show. We picked it up at their Greencastle location and were assisted by Greg, Brandy, and Jacob for orientation and set up to travel. We received excellent service, they went above and beyond to make sure we were towing safely, knew the ins and outs of our new camper, and were satisfied with our purchase. I would highly recommend Keystone RV Center especially their service department! We drove away very pleased with our experience. Thank you Keystone RV!

This place must be the most toxic workplace I have ever made the mistake of patronizing. The employees are angry, and tension is soup in the air. I feel bad for the couple of really nice employees there who you can see the negativity is just eating away at them. What should have been a super fun time to buy a camper (I know we are not the easiest customers having changed our minds a couple of times) but the salesman, Frank, became angry, verbally abusive and then physically abusive to the point his boss had to step in and give us another salesman. We had already signed on the dotted line so no way to back out at that point. The other sales guy was great though and gave us a great tour of our new camper. Then a year later I scheduled to have the trailer inspected and also a recall completed while the camper was being inspected. There was a 3-month waiting period, no big deal as we were not able to take the camper out much this year anyway. We dropped the camper off and said we would pick it up next day and that was agreed upon by the service department. They said they would call if issues were found but otherwise would be ready. The next day after receiving no call we went to pick it up and were told they hadn't done the work and that we had not in fact scheduled the work, only scheduled to "discuss" the inspection. I have never in my entire life of having vehicles inspected have had a "discussion to inspect" before the inspection. What are we going to discuss? Are they going to allow something that would not pass to pass. When we questioned this and asked why everything was ok yesterday and not today, the service person became verbally abusive, threatening and even when another person was working with us that person was still yelling and cursing and threatening physical harm. Warranty or not I will never go back to that place. The tension and anger are like a heavy cloud affecting all their employees. I really hope the camper doesn't fall apart on the way back to storage as I'm worried what might be done to it in spite. Will definitely have it gone over by another dealership even if I have to drive three states away to do it.

My girlfriend and I went to several different RV dealerships - some big, some small - before finally landing on Keystone. We had a wonderful experience buying from them. The salesman we bought our trailer from, Junior, was extremely knowledgeable about the operation of the various systems on our trailer. We didn't feel any pressure to buy, and he was very forthcoming about all the details of the trailer he sold us. I know it might seem like a small detail, but I loved that he pointed out the minor hail denting in the trailer, as it was so small we would have likely not even noticed it if he hadn't said anything! That's the biggest thing we noticed with Keystone that we didn't get with other dealerships. They clearly place a high value on sales integrity, which for some reason seems to be rare with RV dealerships.Drop-off was also a breeze. It wasn't very expensive, which was nice. Junior showed up on time and backed the trailer into our uphill spot on the first try and made it look easy. The owner of the campground was even impressed, as apparently these things (showing up on time and backing in properly) are somewhat rare.I 100% recommend Keystone. If you're going to get an RV, this is the right place to do it.

If you are interested in a new 2022 or 2023 RV, look no further. Everything they sell is new, and right now they are having an end of year clearance sale with up to 45% off the MSRP. They have a gigantic inventory. This is absolutely the biggest discount I have ever seen at any dealership, anywhere in the US. Brandon, Erin, Jennifer, Laura, and Brandy are all great to work with. You won't be sorry, believe me.

After 18 months traveling the country in an 18 year old Class A, we re now 2020 fivers thanks to Frank Ferro and the fine people at Keystone RV. They have an extensive inventory to fit all needs and budgets with a no-pressure attitude working up a deal. Frank s 30 years of service as a manufacturers rep was good for us because we had done a ton of research and could have an intelligent conversation, unlike other dealerships where we knew way more than the salespeople. The service department installed the hitch and a few other upgrades same-day and with Amy s paperwork prowess, we left happy campers.
