He helped me find the right car for me and i love my car so much! It was my first time buying a brand new car off the lot and felt smooth and hassle free It was all around a great experience and i would 100% recommend Antrim Way Honda and Jake Gregory

We couldn't be more happy with our Hybrid Accord purchase; Greg made the sales experience fast and easy - highly recommend working with Greg if you need to make an auto purchase, the best! Top notch dealership that we've dealt exclusively with for many years and will continue to do so in the future.

I have no patience to sit in a dealership for hours. We were able to do the majority of our transaction online and Jake was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our purchase quick and painless. We got a used car and it looked immaculate.

This is the second Honda our family has bought from Greg at Antrim Way Honda and the experience was great again. Professional and friendly without feeling pushed into anything, and the service center is super convenient with minimal wait.

Greg is the BEST!!! He is very honest, helpful and not at all pushy. The vehicle I just purchased was my second that I bought from him. I will always drive 40 minutes to do business with him. Thanks again, Greg.

A friend recommended Antrim and I am so glad she did. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, everyone was honest, and everything was explained in an upfront fashion. I got a great deal on a car that I really wanted. I know where I will be buying cars from now on.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new CRV. Our salesman was very courteous, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to work with. The same can be said about the person who handled the paperwork and financing.

My experience buying a car here was fantastic - The service and parts department is a completely different experience. They'll basically sell you a car then do shoddy warranty work on it.I bought a brand new 2022 Civic from here and it currently only has 20k miles on it - so its under the full 3 year/30k mile Honda warranty.I've been having intermittent issues with the car starting, primarily when using the autostop/start feature, but it also happens sometimes on a cold start as well. Due to this, it's left me stranded in intersections on a few occasions, where it takes 2-3 minutes to get the car running again - A definite safety hazard. Due to the intermittent nature of the issue, I knew they wouldn't be able to replicate the issue, but I expected them to go a bit further than "plugging the computer in and checking for codes." I could have looked at the dash and told you the engine lights weren't on before I brought it in.On top of this, the USB port in the car has always sucked and they ordered a part for the wrong vehicle (initially agreeing to replace it), then realized that they have to replace a portion of the center console and not only the USB port in my car. Due to them not simply being able to replace the USB port, they basically told me they will not replace it due to the cost of the part and that it was "fine in their testing."In fact, there's a multitude of things on my car that they refused to fix, and used the quote - "well we're not going to throw parts at it" on multiple occasions. It honestly sounds like someone who has no idea how to do their job.Note that this was just the repairs, and not the quality of the repairs or the quality of their communication. The first time I had my car in here, they reprogrammed my car or something and completely broke the automatic headlights, so that they'd always be on (even when light outside). Why this was an issue is that it would dim the dash and screen during all hours of the day, making it very hard to read. They then talked down to me like I was a baboon who doesn't know how to operate basic functions on a vehicle. Suprise - It turns out THEY broke it.In terms of communication, it's like they're in a rush to get you off the phone ASAP - Then they get mad when you write them a list of items and leave it in the car when you drop it off. They also won't call you when parts are received for your car so it can be fixed. This happened on 2 separate occasions for me (not only recently). The guys in the service department bragged about "how long they've been doing this type of work," yet they lack any form of customer service skills and most likely spoke down to me due to my age. I've seen better communication skills from inept autistic children.I've basically spent $200 on Ubers going back and forth the past month to deal with the circus they call the "service department" and my car still isn't fixed. What a joke.My dad was actually going to buy another Honda in the next few months, but I'll be strongly suggesting that he does not come to this business. What a shame considering my immediate family has bought 5-6 new cars here over the past 10-12 years. I read through a few reviews and I can see that I'm not just a one-off case. My same sentiement expressed here is littered throughout the reviews. The service team is constantly amazing at delivering a garbage experience!

Prior to going to Antrim Way Honda, my daughter's car was having difficulty starting and rough idle. I used a code reader, which said I needed a crankshaft position sensor. I replaced the starter and crankshaft position sensor. My daughter's car started without any issues but continued to idle rough. I took the car to the Honda dealership to see what I missed. They told me I needed a new start and crankshaft position sensor (which I had just replaced). I informed the guy of this but he continued to push me on replacing this again at a cost of $1100. I replaced it for less than 400. I took my vehicle across the street to Majestic Auto Repair and they fixed my daughter's car for a total of $140 dollars!!!! Yes this is correct. I will send you Hondas estimate and Majestics bill if you want to see. Majestic re-learned the crankshaft position sensor and solved the problem.

I am only rating the enterprise renting section. I was impressed with how fluid the process was.I was EVEN MORE impressed with the lounge setup with food, sofas, and essentially a cafeteria built in for the service area.

I highly recommend not buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a vehicle that was under 50,000 miles & experienced many problems shortly after purchasing that added up to roughly $2,000. Now I have to put in $5,000 worth of engine work into this vehicle & haven't even owned it for a year. Save yourself the time, headaches, and money by not buying here.

Took my car in because my 2021 crv black strips around windows were warping and needed replaced and 4 months later I was notified that the car was done went to pick it up after hours and after being told keys would be in it there were no keys black stripes all over the white pearl paint and battery was dead. After finally getting it home the vehicle still had marks all over it and the car had to go back the second time it came back to me there was a dent and 2 scratches in the passenger door and Honda proceeds to tell me that there is nothing more they can do! The dent was pulled out but now I am supposed to deal with touch up paint on my door! The car was not damaged when it was taken to antram way Honda! Called in to speak with owner and never received a call back .someone needs to take the time to watch the cameras to see who and what damaged my car but apparently that s to much to ask! It s a shame that I will need to go through the insurance company and let them know what happened to try to get my vehicle fixed! Can t trust anyone anymore! Take pictures of your vehicle before dropping it off!I spoke to the GM and he was searching for the pictures that were taken of my vehicle by their staff and have been waiting on a call back and that was a week ago. I wasn t given any options to even settle on an agreement! My only option now is to contact a lawyer! I don t deserve to get my car back damaged!

My family has been coming here for years. Haven't bought every car here but a few for sure and had some service done as well. I usually get my parts from them too when working on my accord or odyssey. They've always treated me well, very honest dealership. Oh, and Dwight in service is the best!!!

Can't say they don't get the job done as far as the service dept. but you will pay through the nose! Probably relative to the economy but @ $150 an hour for labor? Recently had a A/C issue addressed (part $51.00 labor $1050.00).It is what it is I guess but when I leave there after dropping that much can't help feel like surviving 1st week in the penitentiary.Jake is an awesome salesman btw!

I have purchased many cars and this was by far one of the easiest and simple transactions! My salesmen Tom was super helpful as I came from out of state he adjusted his hours so I could come up after work to see the vehicle. So happy with my purchase and definitely recommend Tom at Antrim Way Honda for your car buying needs!

My wife and I were in the market for a new Honda Civic when we came to Antrim Way Honda. Each and every person we interacted with at Antrim Way (Greg, Chad, Ron, Tammy, Tyler & Jennifer) were ALL fantastic to deal with and CLEARLY customer focused in ALL they do. I HIGHLY recommend making your next automobile purchase at Antrim Way Honda.

Terrible experience, if you have a vehicle that needs more than an oil change an breaks dont bring it here. My car sat there for a month because of a misfire. They ended up charging me $1,000 for work i already had done and did even have the decency to put the correct valve cover bolts back on.. just some random bolt they thought would fit. They scratched my wheel up pretty bad when they put the lug nut back on. Long story short, they have no respect for your stuff, they'll over charge you, damage your property, and wont even figure out the problem with the car. 0/10 if i could.

Car shopping should be a pleasant experience and Antrim Way Honda did not disappoint! I was going to visit several different dealerships, but after test driving a few vehicles here I knew I wouldn t need to. I d like to thank sales consultant Tom Detweiler for his time and expertise. Also a shout out to finance manager Jennifer Vance. Both of them were helpful and informative. I highly recommend Antrim Way Honda.

Great deal on a certified pre-owned Honda Civic. Customer service was overall very hospitable and flexible with our schedule. A few minor issues were higher than expected interest rate (than listed on website) and a push to buy unwanted warranty. Nevertheless, it was a mostly painless process. Our salesman greeted us in the parking lot, gave us helpful advice, a tour of the car, and even helped me connect my phone. Would recommend Antrim Way Honda to a friend.
