The only complaint that I have with them is that when they have done a DOT annual inspection, they somehow forget to put the inspection papers for the trailers in the permit box. Other than that, they have done a great job. It was all good since they took the time to track down a copy so I can put it in the box.

Amber, who works the front desk, basically I think she runs the operations all operations here... Absolutely five stars I would give her 10 at this thing went that high! Super impressed they've got the nicest cleanest facility with a trucker break room has all amenities delicious coffee at no extra charge... All for just having your truck serviced here! I think I'm impressed mostly because my overall encounters with the service tech, mechanics and Amber we're all above and beyond, even just witnessing them interacting with each other, super impressive morale all the way around. *I had to drive 230 miles to get my specific service done to my truck and I would drive 230 mi again anytime for any kind of service if it meant I got to come here!

Excellent service especially with a technician there that works during the day named Brian. He has done quality work and repair on my husband's trailer. He serms to always go above and beyond and is very detailed oriented. I hope his bosses/owner of the company realizes what a top notch employee they have there.

Excellent overall experience ! Our motorhome broke down on Rt 81 so, their service crew arrived within 15 minutes, found a coolant leak and did temporary fix so we could drive to their shop. Took us in right away found deteriorated clamps and coolant pipe. We stayed overnight got the part needed and we back on the road by 9:30 am. They went of their way to service us and the bill was amazingly fair. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

Beautiful facility in Grantville PA off of 81. I was greeted with a smile from the first moment I pulled in. Driver s Lounge looks like a 5 star Hotel very clean! Everyone went out of their way to try and get me back out on the Road. No hidden fees, no pressure, just genuinely trying to get you back out Drivers if you break down on 81 and get a tow take it to these guys, you won t be disappointed.

I pulled in with an electric/air valve leak on the tag axle on a Mack. They were very busy and still immediately worked on my issue. They had great attitudes and Anthony was the best!!! Had me on the road in 30 min.

I worked for Fleet Repair for many years and was treated like family. I didn't do the review that was posted by someone who is trying to make us sound bad. Miss all the employees and hope to see you all soon. Seems I did 11 more reviews I don't know about . Sorry to you. Rock on Fleet. Your the best. Thank you.

Had a breakdown in rig and they we're on the scene very quickly got me going and the service tech followed me back to the shop and a more permanent repair could be completed.

When I called, Jillian answered all of my questions and directed me right to the shop. Then Duane took over and what an expert he turned out to be! He was outstanding. My seized brake on one wheel was no challenge for him. In and out in a hour! That guy is fast. When I asked about other issues I've been having he was very knowledgeable. Best shop I've been to in 6 + years! Thank you! Anytime I'm in the area I'll be back.

Luckily when I experienced problems with my truck it was close by Fleet Repair Solutions! They were able to diagnose and fix the issues within a few hours. The Owner, Daniel Kemmerer and his staff gave 110%!! The repair technicians are certified and definitely know their stuff! I would highly recommend using them! Greg Rogers, GCR Transportation

With Covenant, awesome experience they were very professional, knowledgeable and expedient I would highly recommend they're services.Replaced our windshield fixed our Qualcomm and a mud flap, fastest quality work I've had done by any previous shop barnone.

Took my trailer in, had frame cracked on bogie it wasn t repairable had too many cracks and one was too big, getting a new one would take too long to get I was going away on vacation that Friday they helped me out found a bogie of a wrecked reefer 2015 in great condition gave a price and told me it would be done by the time I got back from vacation and it was and done right they put on all new s cam bushings 2 slack adjusters one brake chamber new mud flaps and transferred chrome I had on my wheels new pins and slide rail clamps and at the end it was converted to air slide over all more than grateful I will definitely be back for my trailer repairs

5 yrs 6 months I ve been coming to fleet repair , I must say I don t think they deserve 5 stars from my experience with staff and service combined it s my pleasure to give the whole team 10 stars everyone here is customer friendly and respectful special shot outs to DAN, Monica,DEB, BRENDA &mani more that wasn t name it s by far the best REPAIR SHOP THAT I WENT TO !!I I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR NEEDS HERE !! You guys ROCK

My appointments was for Monday for a Qualcomm change and they worked me in on Friday so I could get rolling instead of having to sit nice people aswell

Been to several truck repair shops, but I can tell none compares to Fleet solution based on ; PROFESSIONALISMCUSTOMERS SERVICES WITH HIGHLY QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES.IT CANT GET ANY BETTER THAN HOW CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE THE CUSTOMER WAITING AREA IS . You should visit whenever need be.
