My experience was very positive! Scheduled an appointment to have my trailer tires balanced. Dan worked with me to get 4 good tires and wheels on the trailer! We were also able to have an acceptable spare tire.The appointment was on time and on a very rainy morning I was in and out very quickly. The cost was less than expected and the trailer was very smooth on our trip to Florida.Thanks

I encountered a major challenge shortly after purchasing a used car when it unexpectedly broke down. Thanks to DR Automotive and the incredible support from Heather, they guided me through the process with my warranty company, ensuring the best possible outcome. They even provided a loaner vehicle while they worked on replacing my car's engine. The level of service provided was exceptional, and now my car runs smoothly again. I highly recommend DR Automotive for any car-related issues or services.

It s been a blessing finding this shop. All repairs are fairly priced and fully documented. They also have been really honest with what my car needs and what can wait. This helps a ton to plan service before it becomes a major problem and leaves me stranded.Customer service has always been very polite and upfront about everything.I trust this shop and would go out of my way for their service.

DR Automotive did a great job replacing the tires on my car! They suggested an alignment and also found some light bulbs that were not working. I had them replace everything. It's great to know they will look out for extra things like this. Highly recommend them!

My headlights were completely opaque with yellow stains. Totally unsafe to drive at night. Couldn't see any light from headlights shine onto road/surroundings ahead. And now look how new they look! Look brand new but they restored them for a fraction of what I would have paid for brand new covers. Thank you so much!!

It's a nice family owned garage. Friendly people and a beautiful cat(Sparkplug) who "works" in the lobby. Definitely will take my car there again.

One of the finest automotive repair stations I've encountered. The staff is friendly and informative . The staff is honest and trustworthy. DR auto. gives the customer a printout of what is needed in the future of what your car may need to ensure your car lasts. They provide a loaner car free to the customer at no charge!The labor charges are fair and upfront . I'm relaxed and assured that I'm in good hands at DR automotive.-john donahue-

All I had done was an inspection, but I can say that my interactions with the staff at DR including phone calls with Tiffany and at the desk with Heather in person were very positive. Everyone was friendly and courteous and I'm very happy with my experience there. I will bring my truck back to DR the next time I need anything I can't do. They were great!

I totally appreciate the regular communication and am pleased to support a local family run business. I am happy with the work that was done on my car and will return in the future. The only negative I had was the price quoted to replace the spark plugs. We thought it was high and fortunately my husband was able to replace them. If possible support your local business men and women.

The staff was lovely and they kept great communication with me, as the part for my car was difficult to find. The online inspection and estimate was very thorough and super easy to navigate. I would recommend them to others and I ll be coming back with my own vehicles.

I can t recommend using their services. From failing inspection on a taillight being chipped on the outer edge with zero impact on the lights lens to failing to note a side marker light was out to vague and inaccurate descriptions of problems which were nonexistent to misdiagnosed they throughly disappointed me. But the real let down was instead of offering to charge me for explanation in detail my questions were sent to the trash can because our mechanics don t get paid to talk to the customers a simple 30 second answer is all I needed. But none came as I waited till 30 minutes before close and when I called I was told they left for the day.The biggest real negative was the owners attitude to the situation which left me sure I chose right to cancel the brake job I had offered them. I think they have potential but it s a long way off with a lot of self reflection and management training.The girls up front are super nice and there are definitely positive aspects to this shop but really shaded by negativity.Double check or second opinions are a necessity if you come here.For example I was told I needed new rear rotors because my pads were metal on metal nope, they were very close but not there so thankfully I went to Monro muffler and brake where rear pads cost me $303 Vs Dr auto wanting over $1000 to do rotors without needing to be replaced. As well I was told my Front Axel seals were shot. They aren t and when I got a call from the owner I was told this and that could mean other things and blah blah blah I don t have time or money to be mislead and info about my vehicles kept behind closed doors.If you have a diesel, go to fleet pride where you and your vehicle will be treated right by local people.I could not take the time to list everything bad or good but take my review in mind as they need an eye to scrutinize their work and words.Lastly they are short staffed in the garage. From my perspective it seemed like they would need at least two mechanics and the lamest part was being told a story of sickness going around as a cause. I m not buying it.Hopefully they get some good help and take my words here to improve rather than put their backs up and chest out with pride not deserved.It was hard to give three stars from both both positive and negative. It took me several days to finally put this review to print.

Great 1st time experience. Good honest mechanics. Great customer service! Fixed what I wanted done and let me know of other issues that needed addressed. Fairly priced would highly recommend to support local business. Will be back!

This place was fantastic. On our way home from New York to Virginia, my car had a meltdown after we got off 81 because of an accident. We called 8 minutes before closing and they stayed open 5 minutes to check out my car. They diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road in no time. Very appreciative and great customer service. :)

They are amazing, the staff and techs are super friendly. I have been going to this shop for years and I have never gotten ripped off or treated rudely. They always take care of me in a timely manner. I also never have to make return trips because something was done wrong. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I am very pleased with the service I receive at DR Automotive. (Furthermore, I am very particular about who I allow to work on my vehicle.) The atmosphere at DR Automotive is friendly and inviting. Technicians have the highest standards and credentials. If you are looking for an automotive home , I wouldn t hesitate to choose DR Automotive.

I was recommended to DR Automotive from a friend. The service is top notch. I love that they integrate all estimations online and that you are able to pick and choose what all you would like done. I appreciate how thorough they are and that they take time to explain everything. Can not recommend them enough!

Glad I found this place. They were very friendly and were able to service my car the following day, whereas other shops had 2 or 3 week waits. They communicated with me every step of the way regarding what needed fixed and provided timelines. They also texted me pictures of the problematic issues. I will certainly become a regular customer going forward!

A work colleague referred me to DR Automotive when my 2011 Mercedes was leaking oil, among other things.I called the garage and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady who listened to my lengthy back story about my suv and quickly scheduled me to bring it in for an assessment.Once the mechanics were able to look under the car they quickly reached out to me with their thoughts and also sent me a list of concerns and photos of things they saw.Sadly, oil was covering most everything and although it must have been quite an undertaking, they de-greased everything and gave me an estimate of what needed fixed.I was impressed with the professionalism and helpful team as I spoke with the owner at one point and he could not have been kinder.I highly recommend DR Automotive for their customer service, prompt correspondence, detailed feedback and affordable prices. Amazing!! Kind!! Fast!! I showed up at 4:45 and they close at five and he changed my tire!! With a smile!! This is a great place to get your car taken care of!!

I worked all night down the street at the US postal service processing plant and after I worked all night I discovered I had a flat tire i googled tire service and found DR ... I changed the tire and came down here and to my delight I met Dan who advised me that It was company policy to plug Flat tires for NO CHARGEhe even replaced the donut spare w the now repaired regular tire ...This is really amazing plus I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dan is a fellow u s marine corps brotherI would like to thank Dan and his staff as they were so very friendly and even though I was a stranger from off the highway, they treated me like a friend.Thank you so much for your help todaySemperFI

Took me in immediately on a day where most other shops were closed to check a coolant leak / overheating issue.Within the hour of arriving they pointed out a misplaced hose clamp and will get me resolved and on my way.First class service all around!

Great shop! Went to get my state inspection done and they were very thorough and addressed any concerns they had. Also had toys, books and snacks for my little one to keep him entertained while we waited!
