As parents of two young kids, our cars are constantly littered with crumbs and trash; even slime! Ok, can't blame the kids completely, we had a share in the mess. :-)We took our two cars to get the interior and exterior detailed. Glenside Auto Spa has awesome and professional customer service. Assured me that they would take good care of our vehicles. They kept me informed on when our cars would be ready and let me know 30 minutes in advance, so I can arrange to pick the cars up. After we got our cars back, we were shocked at how great they looked. THEY GOT THE SLIME OUT! I don't remember the last time our cars looked this great! Will be taking our cars back!

So I usually don't like to leave such bad reviews of small local businesses, but this was just unacceptable. I brought my sister's car here to get an interior auto detail after borrowing her car for some time and didn't feel like doing the cleaning myself. You'd expect it to be at least a decent job with making sure everything is wiped down and vacuumed to almost perfection regardless if they're able to clean the rugs really well. At least I had that expectation knowing how old the rugs are in the car. My sister picked up the car and she immediately noticed a few dark spots on the interior side of the doors. She pointed this out to the guy working and he did wipe it off. HOWEVER the male employee first tried playing it off that they were unremovable stains and only after my sister used her finger to smudge it off proving it's not unremovable, did the guy start wiping. He also tried giving lame excuses saying "well we're not gonna be able to catch everything, you gotta tell us what to focus on." THAT'S THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF (interior) AUTO DETAILING. You're supposed to do a full clean of the inside of the car. My sister sent me photos of the interior, shown here, that make it very obvious these guys didn't bother paying attention to the details and did a quick wipe of everything thinking that's a passing job. I wouldn't recommend this place. Two words to summarize the whole experience: awful job.Service: Auto detailing

Well, I posted a great review a few days ago and now I am taking it back. I'm a busy person so I don't often get to pay attention to detail. But, stopped at a traffic light, I was able to get a look at the interior windows. Here are the photos. I now have to go and spend time doing myself. My car looks (and smells) amazing. I got the total serenity package and it s so worth it. My car had sap all over the hood and my interior smelled from a food spill and now you d never know either happened. Super friendly and fair pricing.

I've used Glenside Auto Spa multiple times and I have yet to be disappointed. I took my old daily driver to get a full detail inside and out. It s never been in a garage and I don t wash it regularly so it was definitely extra grimy. Wow! Eric is a magician. I m in love with my car all over again. I can t believe how well it came out. I feel like I m driving around in a new car! I got an interior detailing service. Vacuumed well but left a removable stain on the seat and dashboard. Left a whole soapy droplet mess on all interior windows, including front windshield. I expected better results for this price.Update:After talking to Glenside Auto Spa, they kindly scheduled a new time and fixed my issues at no cost! Thank you!

I brought my girlfriends car here for an interior detail this week after someone rummaged through it in the city leaving it a complete mess. Given the sensitivity of the violation of space it was awesome to hear someone as professional as Brian get back to us and get me scheduled up. Eric handled the cleaning and he was just as professional and pleasant. The work they did at the auto spa was amazing. I've never saw a car interior this clean. Better then new. Absolutely worth every penny. I think I'll be using this service again in the future as a gift idea because my girlfriend was so thrilled to see how beautiful the interior of her car was.

My car is 12 years old. I was informed by its dealership of the strong possibility that rats had nested in/around the engine area. Due to their droppings evidence. I was encourage to have it detailed sooner rather than later. So that when I returned to for further servicing, the mechanic would not face a disagreeable stench. I called Glenside Auto Spa. Fortunately they were able to schedule me an engine detailing the very next day. Which took all of 5 minutes. Based on the short time it took to clean, I wondered if mydealership might say it needed to be cleaned more than was done. They did not have any negative comment about the cleaning.Service: Engine detailing

Glenside Auto Job did an UNBELIEVABLE job detailing my car. It looks like a brand new vehicle. The inside started out completely gross, I have a dog that gets car sick, and now it s spotless. Price was very fair and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. I can t even believe it s the same car I started out with.

Response to owner's reply: The detailer most certainly told me to forward the quote to you. The insinuation that I'm trying to pass off a preexisting problem to you is outrageous and disrespectful. I have had many repairs throughout the years, and this is one of the less expensive ones. And the problem has nothing to do with removing the handles. I initially asked that because I was trying to think of an explanation.They were likely pulled back too far when being cleaned. The chances of 3 handles breaking at the exact same time naturally is astronomical. In no other situation outside of the detailing is the same amount of force being applied to 3 handles.*$225 in detailing cost me over $700*The detailing work was decent. Not great, but the car certainly looked better. Unfortunately, this is not why I am writing a review. After picking up my car, I noticed the interior door handle was loose and almost popping out. It is an older car and things wear down and break, so I did not think much of it. Later, my son noticed the passenger side handle was also loose and felt like it was about to break off. I then checked the back door handles and one of them was loose as well. It was then apparent that something likely happened during the detailing, perhaps the handles were pulled too hard when cleaning. Having 3 handles fail at the same time is too much to be a coincidence. Brian (presumably the owner) told me the detailer would take a look. I brought it back and the detailer didn't think he did it, but Brian advised me to take it to a mechanic and send him the quote. I sent him the quote via email and text, which was over $500 as the handles were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I have yet to hear from him. I will not be using their services again.

Super easy to work with, great job on the window tints, great neighborhood spot. Made an appt 3 days before bringing in my truck, arrived on time, truck was done in 90 mins. Too easy! They even buffed some scratches out of the rear panel for no charge. Don't listen to the karens on here, these guys are legit and seemingly stand by their work. Will be back!

Wow!! Unbelievable! Way exceeded my expectations from my 2000 impala that has been sitting under some pine trees, been waiting and waiting to get it done so glad I got it done!, This will help me get top dollar for my car , now that I can put it up for sale since the detailing was done, Brian and his crew did a phenomenal job, my cat used to use the hood and the trunk has a sliding board!!, Tons and tons of little scratches which are no longer there!! Don t bother taking it anywhere else, Very convenient very punctual Brian and his crew did an awesome job, Brian was so considerate and talking through all the steps and gave you any and all options available, didn t sound like a pushy salesman or anything of the sort he put it out on the table the ultimate decision was yours he s a very very easy-going guy to deal with if I could give them 10 stars I would, Brian knew I had an appointment at about three or 330 on Friday and make sure the car was ready for me although I had another vehicle that I could ve used Brian and his crew went all out!, So satisfied!!Services: Full body wash, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

My daughter recommended them to me last year. I have taken different cars/suvs to them for their "Serenity Detail" package. I am always completely happy and the vehicle looks great!. I went this past Monday and the car was done 2 hours earlier than expected. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Took a 10/year old car that was very dirty and made it look fantastic. Great work. Very detailed cleaning. Got stains off seats. Wheels cleaned. Car polished. Interior completely cleaned. Looks great. Very well done.

My wife and I took our SUV to Glenside Auto Spa to get it cleaned and detailed - What a fantastic job they did! The people were friendly and the service was fast, which helped with our family plans that day. The car looked better than it ever did (being a used car) and they even cleaned portions of the back and hubcaps that have been neglected for a very VERY long time.Excellent service!!! I will definitely return.

If you want to get your car tinted, this is the only place you should go. Brian set me up to go to the Philly location and it was well worth it. Betino did a superb job and I couldn't be happier. I was initially going to go with 35%. Then was convinced to go with 20% and I'm so glad I did. Excellent job all around- Got both windows tinted and my rims painted and both look spectacular. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in the shop was kind and receptive. Also very quick- set an appointment up two days in advance and was able to drop it off in the morning that day and pick my truck up same day in the afternoon. Good prices on window tinting and rim coloring. Plan to do business again and I would definitely recommend.

Here's a great place to get your windows tinted. They also washed my car & boy did she need it. With the tint to my windows & sparkling washed, it look just like I bought her, New! Great bunch of men that look to serve you with your car needs. I'll be back with my wife's car for a full treatment.Would recommend this business to everyone who wants a great professional pampering for their vehicle.

Great job! Made an appointment over the phone, dropped my car off the night before by using their key drop box. Car was completed the next day. Interior was cleaned very well, even those hard to reach areas between the seats. Exterior completed equally as well. I had them re-finish the headlights as the plastic lenses had become cloudy. They now look new! Highly recommend Glenside Auto Spa.

Excellent inside and outside detailing. Brian was really accommodating, getting my (NASTY) car scheduled within 48 hours and totally detailed in less than 8 hours. It came out wonderfully - looks new. Neat and courteous staff. Reasonable price. Engine steam cleaning came out perfect. I will be back here for my wife's car.

Called the Auto Spa after a recommendation from Pep Boys - looking for a fair priced remote starter install.The team at Auto Spa was friendly, explained all the options required based on my make & model, and were helpful in finding an install time/date that worked with my schedule. The price was extremely reasonable compared with a dealer install.I even received a courteous appointment confirmation call the day before.When I arrived I found a great facility with clean bathroom, free coffee, wifi and spacious waiting room. I was even offered a voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe since I was waiting a couple of hours.Following the install I was given a helpful tutorial to explain all of the features of the new system.Would definitely use the Auto Spa again.

I just had a remote starter installed in my car at Glenside Auto Spa. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Price was the most reasonable one I found after researching many shops, everything was explained up front and a detailed tutorial was given on how the remote starter worked when I picked up my vehicle, everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was very close to the Glenside train station so I could easily get into town. Planning on heading back to get my car detailed next!

Great interior and exterior job done on my Mercedes! The car looks brand new and glistens very bright. The mechanics and other employees are very friendly and make the experience that much better than the usual visit to the mechanic shop. In terms of interior and exterior detailing and headlight restoration, I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone in need of such service!

This was my second time working with Glenside Auto Spa for window tinting. Very pleasant experience both times. Brian Smith was courteous and accommodating throughout.The one thing I noticed, however, that my tinting done 4 years ago was impeccable. Near perfect. It also included a lifetime guarantee, which I'm confident I won't be needing given the condition and lack of problems. However, Brian said they are now using a different tinting product which did not install as flawlessly as the product they were using 4 years ago, and the new product has a 7 year warranty. Immediately I noticed small air pockets (bubbles) near the edges of the windows and rear. There are also some cutting issues around the edges. Not a terrible job, just not as clean as my first experience. Admittedly, I'm a bit of a perfectionist with my car, but I certainly expected Glenside Auto to do the same quality of work as they did before, but unfortunately, while my experience was good, the quality has suffered.

Called on a Saturday late morning without an appt & they said come on in at 1pm! I had Amazon $25 for $50 coupon. I opted for the interior only cleaning service. They treated me very well. Jenna & Mark were especially friendly as well as the other guys. My car's inside is sparkling. I accidentally left some blankets & car supplies in the back & they folded it all neatly for me after cleaning even the far back reaches! They have a comfortable air conditioned lounge in the back with streaming tv so your wait will not be a dull experience! Nice, friendly, quality customer service and of course a great thorough detailing & cleaning of my car's interior. Thinking of returning with my fiancee's car for interior cleaning & maybe a remote starter installation.

[Living Social Deal for detail]. They have great customer service. I easily made an appointment then dropped off my car before they opened using the key drop box. They called me when they opened to let me know they received my car and were working on it. They called again to let me know my car was done and I could pick up by 5pm. When I arrived to pick up, they showed me the car in their service area (out of the rain), explained what they did, and let me inspect it. It looked great! I would use them again.P.S. My car had been dented the day before service and was all scratched up. They got out all but one tiny scratch in the crease of the dent. Amazing.

Great experience! As a mom of two, my car was in not so good shape when I took it in. Not the worst it could be, but not great. They were able to get it to showroom quality in half a day. There were update calls to let me know when the car was being worked on as well as a call to tell me when it was finished. It looks FABULOUS! Thank you so much!
