It was refreshing to find an honest Auto Shop. Larry and Beth couldn't have been nicer and so helpful during my car crisis. They were attentive and helpful and even fixed my car the same day without an appointment. I was back on the road with confidence. I'm new to the area and I was sent to B &W Auto by my neighbor who told me they do great work. They've been in business 53 years and are a family owned place. They do great work! Highly Recommend!

I am very pleased with the team over there! I have a green '99 Jeep Cherokee that they take care of when it needs some repairs. While its an older car they help me keep it well maintained and safe. I drive my sons to all their travel baseball games in it and my daughter is learning to drive in it. I certainly recommend them. They provide quality service!

I needed a new starter motor for my 2010 BMW X3 and they fixed the car at a very fair price and turned it around quickly. These are great people, they've been fixing my cars for 20 years and I have always had total faith in their professionalism and value. Not to mention they're fun to deal with, give you the straight scoop, and you're not paying to support some dealer's showroom.I keep cars for a long time, and after the warranty honeymoon you need someone who is prompt, fair, and knowledgeable. I've taken six different cars (land rover and bmw) to them over the years and have always been happy with the result.Service: Engine repair

I got a flat tire this morning, dropped my car off at 10am, new tire by 2pm! I ve also used them for oil change & state inspection - no complaints! B & W is great. For over a decade I've relied on their honesty, reasonable pricing, and quality of service. Anyone who can keep a Ford Focus running for as long as they have is truly skilled. And they are all a pleasure to work with. That's important.

A Dutch proverb says, "Honesty is the soul of business." This maxim is no more appropriate than describing B&W Auto Service. In a suspicious age of unscrupulous business practices, it is comforting to know you can take your vehicle to B&W and expect integrity and superior service. Over the number of years I have taken our vehicles to B&W I have never once questioned their analysis of a repair, servicing, or cost. They are scrupulously honest, skilled, and efficient. We have such absolute trust in B&W that even my son still brings his car down from upstate New York to have important work done on his vehicle. I cannot recommend the business highly enough.

I have never had such a positive experience and trust in people who care for my car. Larry and the team take the time to approach any problem in a considerate way and have always explained what they are going to do in terms that I can understand. They have kept my car (2010 Lexus SUV) on the road despite its advancing age and high mileage. I cannot recommend them enough and appreciate their honesty....

I first went to B&W Auto because it was recommended and convenient. Now i will go nowhere else. I got so tired of them showing me the failed part (never has anyone done that before) that I asked not to do it any more - I trust them. Great care, service and prices. Kept my old cars working well and my newer ones in good shape. Not many shops like this around any more!

My best friend, John Slowe (RIP) worked there 52 years ago when Nick Waters (RIP) was boss. Nick's partner, Will Brock tragically passed too young in a car accident in Erdenhiem.I have a low mileage 1988 Iroc that needs to be refreshed that's been sitting in my garage for about 8 years. Hopefully you guys would be interested in getting it back on the road. Don't know when we could do this but sooner than later. Still recall that cool 55 Chevy race car with the Cuba license plates.Services: Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I m a business owner myself so this is an honest review. I never leave reviews out of anger like a lot of people. I called for a simple tire repair and the secretary that answered said that s only for members. She then told me good luck and hung up the phone without even waiting for a reply from me. The owner should train this woman in customer service. Customer service is so important for a business to survive in these times. I hope he reads this an addresses the situation.

B&W does a great job of keeping my family s two elderly cars on the road! I so appreciate their friendly and efficient help in scheduling appointments. But what is probably even more important, they are honest, trustworthy and they get the job done! Thank you B&W!

I have been taking my Subaru Foresters to this family business for years, and they are just terrific! They are great to work with, and I know they will do only what is needed, and they ll do it well. I trust them completely and am very grateful to have such nice and competent auto mechanics! Highly recommend!

Great family owned business. They ve done several of my inspections, and if my car has needed work, they have always been cheaper than the big, name brand shops. Definitely recommend!

Excellent family run business that takes care of their customers! Everyone there is very kind and professional, and the mechanics know the ins and outs of all the cars I've brought to them. Recently, I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I thought there was an issue. They found a problem with the computer system and told me I needed to take the vehicle to a Jeep dealer since it was covered under warranty. The technician at Jeep insisted their was no issue but when I told him with B&W said it was, Jeep called back and said they were right. Although B&W did not service my car this particular time, they were able to diagnose an issue not even a certified Jeep technician could find. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone take their vehicles to B&W for service.

Have been a customer if theirs for about 15 years. Very honest about what the car needs done and gives a heads up of what will be needed in the future. Moved out of the immediate area three years ago but still go there for repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend them!

We live right around the corner and have been going to B&W for some time. We recently got an estimate from another location just because we were in a different city, and then came home to get one from B&W. B&W not only came in less, but 90% of the others things recommedned to fix weren't necessary. We are lucky to have them here!

Not only are they NICE to deal with, but the work is top quality and they are always honest about what services you need. They have come through time and again for us in a pinch - with great customer service and great car repair and maintenance.
