My Mom, who lives in Glenside, has been taking her car here for years. I live in Philadelphia and after an unfortunate experience with a local mechanic, I took my car into Automotive Solutions. They went over the work of my previous mechanic and made some adjustments. They also went over my car thoroughly to ensure it was safe to drive. They are extremely reasonable with their pricing and very honest. In the future, I will bring my car here to be serviced.

Really wonderful shop with great service. This place is walkable for me and so I've taken my car here a few times. They're always very honest, and have sent me home free of charge if they don't find something wrong with the vehicle. Most recently I brought my car in for a second opinion after a dealership tried to charge me $5k for a repair. They were very busy but still took time to look at it for me- gave me their opinion and pointed me to another dealership that would be able to help me. Saved me a lot of money and stress and were super kind and communicative! Exactly the type of garage everyone wants in their neighborhood

Great customer service and an honest mechanic-something hard to find these days. I appreciate their integrity and fair pricing, my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.

Both Dave & John were nothing short of incredible. I was in a major jam, being an out of towner with a car that broke down. They diagnosed the problem immediately, gave me their honest opinion, held the car for me while I cleared up title problems, showed incredible patience and understanding and waited for me to come up with a solution while my car sat on their lot taking up space. Honest and compassionate. I would give them more stars if google allowed. I am incredibly grateful.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Today my car wouldn't start and I was super lucky these guys were right across the street. Dave came and jumped my car for me. We thought it was working until my car wouldn't accelerate. After Dave notice we were sitting there for a long time he came back over to help us out. He drove my car across the street and fixed it for me. Everyone there was super sweet and even offered us a ride back. Thank you guys so much for everything!Service: Auto battery maintenance

John King and his crew at Automotive Solutions always exceed my expectations! Not only do they provide phenomenal service but they are honest, fair and timely with their repairs. This shop is by far the cleanest I ve ever seen. My father works in the auto industry (for over 40 years) and deals with hundreds of shops. Automotive solutions is the only place he ll let me take my car! I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take my car here, I can t recommend them enough !!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've been coming here for a few years now and they have been honest about pricing and what I really need, they work quickly, the work is always done the right way the first time, the owner is great at communicating with customers and I've gotten reliably great prices from the start. Love this place, highly recommend to anyone and will continue to come here!*They've done my rotors, brakes, inspection. Emissions. oil changes, etc.*They attempted to fix a leak I had for a few hours- they didn't even charge me for this but had to recommend getting a Toyota dealer to narrow down the specific issue bc it wasn't very common. Toyota then charged me $150 to do exactly what auto solutions had already done, and then told me they couldn't figure it out but offered to charge another $1000 to find out- I ended up fixing it with $10 in parts and YouTube help. This experience made me appreciate auto solutions even more bc they were up front and honest about how expensive it could get trying to diagnosis the issue, many auto shops would have just drained my bank account. Auto solutions always calls me with price updates on parts before they do anything so I have the option to find a used or cheaper version for them to install- they value the customers time and money, which is hard to come by these days!

John the owner is truly a good and honest guy and his employees are all kind. Had a problem with my car with the check engine light constantly going on and off. They fixed it but it came on again soon after and he fixed it again no charge. 100% would trust and reccomend this shop

Where can I start? I've been a customer since approximately 1994 when a young John King drove all the way to my house to see why our Ford Escort would not start. We've never looked back. Honest, dependable, extremely knowledgeable and fair in price. Now my children are his clients too! All in all, John and his staff make you feel like you are a valued customer, always. Give Automotive Solutions a try. You will never regret it!

Started coming here when my mechanic moved to work here. Service is always prompt thorough and fair. This building was an eyesore for years and now it's a clean, organized location providing quality service to the area. Five Stars and Two Thumbs Up!!

Great place for all automotive repair and inspection. Super clean shop, easily accessed with safe key drop off box. Mechanics are caring and very knowledgeable. They treat my car as if was their ownI highly recommend these experts

Stopped in the other morning after hearing strange noice coming from under my hood. The shorter gentlemen named David helped me out! He said something was loose, fixed on the spot. David also noticed that my inspection was due next month so he made me an appointment. I m now a loyal customer.

Simply the best! John King and his staff work diligently and accurately to address your car problem (or just for routine care.) You won't find anyone better. Knowledge, attentive as well as fair. Automotive Solutions is the only car repair place I recommend.

I bring both my car and my work car here for inspections and repairs. The owner is always fair and kind to me. I never feel taken advantage of, which as a woman, is extremely important. Would definitely recommend

I dropped off my Mercedes Benz E550 4Matic sport (a substantial and complex car) to Automotive Solutions today on the recommendation of a friend because of a persistent knocking noise emanating from underneath. Several hours later when I returned to pick it up, I was charged nothing.Not only was a comprehensive examination of the car completed for free, but also a minor adjustment resolving the knocking noise.Needless to say I will be bringing any and all vehicles to John from this point on. I Highly recommend.

I've been going here for a few years now. I switched when they were able to diagnose a steering issue my previous mechanic couldn't figure out. My car is always repaired correctly the first time.
