doesn t respond to emails and seemingly impossible to reach. don t waste your time here there s much more professional and dedicated businesses. Same experience as Elijah unfortunately. Sorry guys.

Having a Mini Cooper, there aren t many places in Pittsburgh which will service my car. Still, Woods Werks always make me feel like they are thankful to have me as a customer. I appreciate them because they offer insight on the work my car needs. Their services are reliable and appropriately priced. I ve owned my current car longer than any other in my life and credit Woods Werks for that sustainability.

Nothing but great things to say about Wood's Werks. I brought my M2 in last week because I was having a minor fitment issue with my aftermarket exhaust. Although I probably could have went basically anywhere, I wanted to go to a BMW specific shop, rather than just a standard exhaust shop and I am glad I did. Mario, the mechanic that worked on my car was terrific, very talented, and extremely helpful. He listen to exactly what I wanted concerning the fitment and it was spot on. He even took me out the the shop to show me the finished fitment before lowing the car. A very respectful place. If looking for even simple fixes or upgrades for your BMW/Mini I would highly recommend Wood's Werks. I will definitely be back.

I was referred here by a friend and after my first time taking my car there, I won t take it anywhere else. They explain, in detail, the work that would need done, and explain what really needs fixed. After they re done, their sales invoices are extremely detailed, labeling everything that was done along with the cost/labor required for each part/repair. They always have my car fixed in a timely manner that works with my schedule. Very honest people, fair pricing, and high-quality work that you won t find anywhere else for the price. After getting my car back recently from the second time in this shop, I am surprised again by the service. They had my car back to me in no time, and fixed exactly what needed fixed. If you have a BMW or Mini that needs serviced, try this shop out and you will not be disappointed. I can t say enough about the great experiences I ve had when they have serviced my car.

*REVIEW IS ON INITIAL CONTACT. NOT ON SERVICES PERFORMED. ALTHOUGH I AM SURE THE WORKMANSHIP IS FANTASTIC HERE*In short: extremely patient, friendly, and down to earth. Tyler has his mind on helping his clients instead of stuffing his own wallet.I have been dealing with frustrating oil leaks on my 2012 X5 for a few weeks now. After not being able to deal with the intense engine oil smell in the cabin, I decided to call around to a few BMW specialists in the area. While I'm sure that they are all qualified technicians, no one was even remotely as helpful as Tyler Wood, the owner of Wood's Werks.Being an amateur car enthusiast, I naturally had loads of questions for Tyler to answer. This included anything from whether a repair is necessary, or if I can save money on overlapping labor costs. Throughout the entire phone call, Tyler remained patient and only recommended services that he knew I NEEDED. This is so refreshing compared to an average repair shop or dealership.Although I haven't brought my X5 into Wood's Werks just yet, I am sure that when I do, it will be a fantastic experience. Tyler did a fantastic job of putting me at ease and giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.Thanks Tyler!

Tyler is as meticulous as they get, but that's what you want in a high end mechanic. From our first conversation over the phone about what was going on with my car, he was up front and honest in his assessment. Another shop has told me I needed close to $5,000 with of work that Tyler correctly diagnosed over the phone as a $300 fix. Once in the shop his detailed inspection of my car found a few other known issues that he pointed out and we agreed were needing attention. Due to pandemic reasons it took a little longer to get my car back, but it's worth it to know that every aspect of it was addressed. Highly recommend!

I ve had the pleasure of doing business with Wood s Werks over the past few years and can t recommend them enough! I am rather meticulous with my 2000 M5 and am selective with who I trust to work on it. Tyler and his team are just the people I was looking for and I really appreciate the level of detail and care that they put into their work. Wood s Werks is the definitive place to go to in the Pittsburgh area for those looking for top notch BMW and Mini service.

Tyler and Joanna are good, caring no frills people who are proud at what they do. They, and their staff including Mario, were always very helpful at assisting in any questions, including discussing how to fix specific elements first hand as a moderately skilled DIY, provided great service on more complicated repairs, and as well as helping to purchase some products that were harder to find for vehicle maintenance. I recommended first hand to two friends with BMW's and am happy to post here a quality review!

Very knowledgeable, honest, transparent, friendly, timely. Works with you, explains exactly the issues. Great guy to work with. This will be my place for all my future repairs and services for my 328xi (60k miles)5 years and 60k Miles later - I still drive my 328xi thanks to Tyler at Wood Werks. best mechanic I ever experienced!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Joanna responded to my request for service quickly and was able to get my vehicle in within a couple days. The assessed my car and made sure I was aware of all costs prior to doing the work. They took the least expensive approach to a repair instead of starting at the most expensive in order to find out what was wrong! Tyler and his mechanics are very friendly as well!

Couldn't be happier that this place is now open. Tyler has been extremely helpful with both of my vehicles (2011 BMW X3 & 2011 Saab 9-3). Most recently had work on the Saab and it feels brand new. Although Rahal BMW is a stone throw away from my home, I much rather make the trip into Shaler to have my work done at Wood's Werks. Not only did I save a couple hundred dollars, I also got customer service that can't be beat. I highly recommend this garage.

Woods Werks is the best automotive service place out there. Very friendly service from Joanna and Tyler. They spend a lot of time explaining exactly whats going on in an easy to understand way. Great expert advice on how to care for my older BMW. Fortunate to have this business in the area!

Just picked up my Mini R61S from these guys. First off I wanna say these guys are the real deal excellent work, great pricing, knowledgeable mechanic, great turnaround time and exactly how long they said it would take " We all know how rare that is" and a friendly outgoing staff. My paceman is running top notch and I couldn't be happier spending my money there. Would highly reccomend any and all BMW and Mini related repairs. I will not take my Mini anywhere else after dealing with these guys.

Only great things to say about Wood's Werk where I took a used BMW 328i for a pre-purchase inspection. Amazing customer service: available on the phone, friendly, and most importantly very serious and thorough with their work. One thing I particularly appreciated: Tyler took me in the shop and showed me in person what he inspected and what he had found (or not-found in this case, the car was in excellent condition). Also he went through the trouble of writing down everything he saw during the inspection. Overall, terrific experience!!

If you own a BMW or Mini, this is the place for you. Tyler is very kind and friendly, he'd rather help you than hurt your wallet like the dealership. He gets the job done at an extremely affordable price and does amazing work. Look no further, Wood Werks is the place for you!

Have used this shop for years - easily the best mechanic I've ever used. Their rates significantly less compared to dealerships, and they have a ton of experience with the cars they service, so they usually know what's going wrong and how to fix it before they even look at the car. They also have never recommended fixing anything that didn't need to be fixed.

One of the best car experiences I've ever had. I live about 5 minutes from a BMW dealership. But I drive 35 minutes out of my way to get my car serviced at Woods Werks, which is more accommodating, has better prices, and does nice work.

Great shop. Great people. I had to take my 3 Touring in for suspension work from an accident. We discussed what was needed and what the options were. The work was top quality. They dealt with the insurance company hassles. Very fair. Anyone with a Bimmer or Mini should be going here first!

Best service I've ever received from a shop. Squeezed me in within 24 hours and worked well past regular hours to finish the job. Prices much better than other shops I contacted. A+ team and I will certainly be back for all of my BMW M needs

I should start by saying that I am overly particular about my car - to the point that I've tried just about every local shop for my M3 and been let down in one way or another by all of them. Woods Werks broke the trend. When my car is having work done here, I feel like they are being just as careful and thorough as I would be if I knew what I was doing and could do the work myself! If you're a BMW/Mini enthusiast and want a place that appreciates your car as much as you do, Woods Werks is the only option!

Woods Werks is an amazing shop. The owner and his mechanics are all very knowledgeable in their craft, and take the time to tell you what's wrong, and they'll give you an honest price Highly recommended to anyone with a BMW or mini.

Tyler, Joanna and their technical staff have the ideal independent shop for the BMW or Mini enthusiast. They are inviting, fair and practice a form of auto repair that is modern and transparent. They do things that most antiquated shops dream of: email communication; WiFi, refreshments and snacks in a comfortable waiting area; photo evidence for the work that was done to fix your ride; and they source quality parts that are more reasonable than you can find on the internet. And they do it with patience, and a smile.

We couldn't have been happier with our first experience at Wood's Werks. They are responsive and explained everything clearly and went way beyond what was required. As someone who is not especially literate in "car", trust is important and I felt good about what we decided on. I felt that they appreciated our business. And they KNOW MINIs! We will be back!

Tyler and his team are very honest and professional at a very reasonable price . I had my 2011 BMW 550xi in for service and they went above and beyond explaining what was done and provided pictures of findings.

This is by far the BEST BMW service in the area. Before any work, they tell you what is wrong and the cost factors involved. They are as well very timely and extremely polite. Never going anywhere else again!!!!

Ive been in the automotive business for 20yrs, most of that with BMW and MINI. ive worked with all of the gentlemen at some point. i no longer work in the biz, but when i need service, i wouldn t take my bimmer anywhere else! these guys are the best. they re enthusiasts and full of knowledge. dont look anywhere else.Cheers

Fair labor rates for a specialty trained BMW mechanic. Meticulously detailed shop notes with explanations of exactly what was found and repaired. Everything was done to BMW specifications using genuine parts.

I can t say enough good things about the owners and employees of this shop. They always make sure I m taken care of in a very timely manner and are always able to tackle any job I can t complete myself. Highly recommend this shop for OEM parts/repairs and better attention to detail than any BMW stealership.

Top notch...5 star all the way...very professional...great work done in a timely manner!!! My go to people!!! Rate them an AAA+++++++ 12+ OUT OF A 10 in all areas. You won't find a better place to take your vehicle, nor will you find a better group of people from the owners to their mechanics....
