Friendly, happy folks. They where glad to answer any questions I had. They found a customer for life. My last bike wasn't a good experience. The people seemed bothered by questions.. only good vibes at 3 rivers!!!

Great experience here. Dealt with pete stan and homer. They got me approved and in and out in an hour. There was a food truck there, a live band and a mini bar. We got a free shirt for purchasing the bike.

Homer is a fantastic representative of Three Rivers Harley-Davidson as he demonstrates in-depth product knowledge, a professional demeanor and an extremely likable personality that makes one feel good about their transaction. Homer understands the very audience that you want to attract and keep because he emulates that customer. He is that customer. Moreover, his follow-up and availability the day after the transaction was recognized and much appreciated. Homer is a TREMENDOUS ASSET. Recently picked up a nice Road Glide. Have been back a few more times for parts, accessories, and 1000 mile service. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable here. Will definitely be back for all of my Harley needs.

Mostly disappointed. Love Harley-Davidson my entire life but the store has really changed my perspective on Harley-Davidson as a whole. They don't work on bikes older than 2005. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. The sales floor people don't greet or help you out at all. Was looking at bikes for 10 minutes nobody came to help me. Not that I want to buy a Harley anymore anyhow. Customer service the lack there of parts and care to help you with your bike after your bike is 10 years old has lost a customer. I mean when Harley-Davidson tells you they can't work on their own bikes anymore on simple things like oil changes and little repairs. That's a sign they're going in the wrong direction. No doubt why their stocks are plummeting faster than imaginable.

The workers here are SO NICE!!! We came in to get shirts for family and they were more than welcoming that we were there. They even showed us their 75% off sale rack while we were looking at the pricey shirts. Definitely worth the trip across the tracks!!!

I had an issue with my 2022 ultra limited. I called and spoke with Todd Levenson the sales manager who assisted me with the purchase of my bike. He talked to Rick in service department and they sent a nice gentleman out to my house to pick up my bike.They repaired the problem, did a state inspection and a 1000 mile service. I have met everyone that works at Three Rivers Harley from apparel to parts and service and I think they have an exceptional team.

My husband and I purchased a 2023 street glide beginning of summer and took it in for the 1k mile service recently. After getting the bike back it started acting up and we were told nothing was wrong with it even though my husband knew something was definitely wrong. Someone else in service rode the bike and they realized what he was talking about. The bike was in service for 1 month and there were maybe 2 instances where we were called and given updates unless we called them. We were told that the sales manager was supposed to be the one contacting us and he had no clue about the situation or bike and had to look it up. We got to the point we started calling Harley Davidson customer support instead so they could read the notes to us put in by the service department. The motor was taken out from what we were told. We just got the bike back yesterday with grease residue all over the chrome, the heads of the bolts are chewed up that are put into the motor, there was one bolt between the two heads that isn t even put in the whole way and you can clearly see threads, and better yet-the shifter was obviously taken off to access the side case and the bolt holding the shifter was barely threaded on. This is a motorcycle that could easily kill someone and there are loose bolts and we are at the point we don t even feel safe riding our bike and it is parked in the garage. Nothing like paying for something that isn t going to be used now. We will never be going back for any service here. Such a shame for it being such a nice store.

Return policy is horrible, nothing after 30 days...service department is total garbage, almost ruined my bike. Do yourself a favor and travel further, this place is a joke ever since Gatto took over

I called around to several area dealers to get a Rider to Rider transfer completed same day. After numerous calls to many area dealers, I found out that most dealers didn't want to be bothered with that transaction, or offered me an appointment several days out. Three Rivers Harley told me to come out that day. Marcie in finance was my first contact over the phone and in person and she was above and beyond in every way. She took care of everything efficiently and in a super friendly way. Anthony and Rick in the service department were awesome and explained the service process for a Rider to Rider transfer. During the bike inspection, it was determined that my 2016 Heritage Softail Classic needed a rear tire and brakes. In my head, I thought I would have to either leave the bike or make an appointment for another day. They knew I was excited to ride my new baby and after I asked, they were able to get the service completed on the same day even though it would require a bit of overtime. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, I checked out some accessories and was immediately helped by Leon in Motorclothes. He too, was super helpful and knowledgeable. In fact, EVERYONE I spoke to or had an interaction with was TREMENDOUS. Three Rivers Harley Davidson should be a model for which other Harley dealerships should strive to for how to treat customers. ULTIMATE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

Stopped in a few weeks ago to look at some used bikes and was very disappointed in their selection. Bikes that were supposedly through service and ready to go looked like they just came off of an extended road trip. Bikes were dirty, oil wasn t changed, and bikes were being sold with dry rotted tires with date codes from 2015/2016. These were bikes with new inspection stickers and road ready. If they are not completing the obvious services do you think they are doing any of the other services they claim they are doing? They did have some nice low mileage used bikes but the majority of their used selection looks like it came straight from the auction block to the dealership and listed for sale. Now I understand why they keep their used selection in a separate building off limits to the general browsing public without an escort from sales staff. No way any dealership would want these bikes on their main showroom floor. The sales staff will pull bikes outside for you to look at, but for the most part you are stuck checking out the used selection in a dark metal building with a sales person hovering over top of you. These bikes are coming from auctions with no idea of their history. No money, no service, and no repairs are being put into these used bikes and they are still asking top dollar. All the while they are trying to low ball you on your trade. Do yourself a favor, shop around. There are plenty of dealers within 30 miles of this place selling better quality bikes.

First off service blows. No one greets you or talks to you. They don t ask if you need help finding anything. Second off They just sit in their little cubicle and stuff their faces with pretzels. This is our 2nd trip there and will be our last. Just couldn t find anybody to escort me to look at all the used bikes. So I just helped myself hoping somebody would notice and still nobody came and talked to us. There were at least a hand full of sales people in the store and in parking lot and they were not overly busy by any stretch of the imagination. Do your self a favor and go to Z&M , they treat you like family and you won t be disappointed.

Best place to buy a Harley in the Pittsburgh area! Homer is the man! I wanted to test drive the new 2023 road glide before I made a purchase. They didn t have a new model available to test ride so Homer just had the guys push one of the floor models out the door and filled her up with fuel. Easy experience with financing and parts department as well. Had them add what I wanted to the bike (exhaust, sissy bar) before I left with the bike the same day! Only took a couple hours. Highly recommend

Called Three Rivers to participate in their Rider to Rider program, left 2 messages for Josh in Finance, no call back. Called a third time and went through the sales channel who transferred me to Josh. He was extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Funny thing is.. Prior to this - my husband said "you buy that one through their rider program and we will trade your current bike on a new one for me". Covid shouldn't have killed your customer service. If I could do a zero star, I would. Never would I give a red cent to this dealership.

No stars beat me up w nickel and dime stuff on my inspection cause I wasn t local. Garage at home NEVER Would have run me over the coals like that. Typical Harley dealership and attitude. Would not recommend find a small shop, always better.

Worst harley dealership I've been to. Staff knew nothing, nor was there a tee shirt wall with the store logo. I wanted to spend money but the staff could care less. They were more concerned with their conversation they were having.

Horrible bad service rude workers... dear owner it never said how many credit cards or how much u could use on them and we called before coming and they said we could the fact remains you take visa and mastercards..Mastercard... but not all the sales person and sales manager were cussing at each other infront of everyone. They made me wait over half an hour to get to me when they weren't busy. Your staff talks rudely to their customers not just my brother. We heard it.... if I could I'd give u no stars... read ur other reviews people are same basically the same as me... if I could you would be shut down... matter I have an appointment with attorney on Thursday... I just might call the better business bearu
