Scott Pink's auto shop is amazing and always treats their customers right. I dropped my bike off for inspection and Scott was nice enough to call me and let me know the valve stem on my bike was dangerously rotted. I'm new to motorcycles so I would've never known, but I really appreciate Scott looking out for me and telling me how dangerous it could've been. Services is fast, honest, and dependable. I will continue to be a Scott's auto customer for as long as I can drive. If you're looking for a down-to-earth real auto shop, this is your place. You won't regret it.

I needed an inspection for a trailer. Had trouble finding anyone who inspects trailers. Lined up an appt for Tuesday. Dropped off trailer Monday afternoon. Received call Monday night with a detailed list of problems from Scott. Very insightful and thorough. This enabled me to make the right decision about fixing or scrapping the trailer. A day earlier than I expected. Thank you Scott Pink Auto!

My wife took her street bob m.c. for inspctn. and tires to Scott Pinks shop first time. Very nice people, didn't try to sell anything other than what she wanted. Better price than the H. shop.

I've known Scott for almost 20 years. I trust him implicitly with my car because I know he'll do the job right the first time. Even better, he won't charge am arm and a leg for his great work.

Happened almost 3 years ago but I'll still share my experience. Brake lines on my car went out in early May. The shop I usually took my car to at the time was totally booked for nearly a month so I decided to give this place a try - it's nearby and my neighbors had good things to say about them.Took my car down the day after the brake lines went, told them I needed the car by June 13th to drive up to Erie. They said that they'd be able to get it done the week before. Ok, fine - I could arrange for alternate transportation in the mean time. The car sat at their shop for weeks (I'm used to shops looking over the car upon getting it and at least giving an estimate before working on it, but everyone operates differently so I wont fault them for that). I will fault them for what follows. The day they claimed they'd work on my car came and went, no update, so I go down there, car still sitting where it was parked several weeks ago, and asked what was going on. They told me that they'd get to it June 17th and claimed that's the date they told me initially back in May and decided to "school" me in how they can't just work on my car when I say so out of respect for people who booked appointments in advance. What about my appointment for my car that was sitting outside your shop for a month? IF I NEEDED MY CAR BACK ON THE 13TH AND YOU HAD INITIALLY SAID YOU COULDN'T GET TO IT UNTIL THE 17TH LIKE YOU CLAIMED, WHY WOULD I HAVE LEFT IT? They probably thought they could get away with lying because I'm in my early 20s "and don't know better"- I doubt they'd try to pull something like this if I were in my 40s.Fed up, I cancelled my appointment here and ended up booking an appointment with my usual mechanic, who now couldn't get to it until JULY - thankfully I was able to borrow a car to drive up to Erie while I didn't have mine.I should've just booked with my usual mechanic off the bat. They may have been backlogged but at least I'd get my car back when promised and not be lied to. Maybe Scott Pink's does good work, but I don't have a month and a half to leave a car sit in order to find that out!

I had my car inspected at Scott Pink's and I would recommend them to anyone! They were fast, friendly, professional, and best of all, willing to work with customers on a budget without sacrificing quality. Nice to finally find a trustworthy mechanic!!

I made an appointment to have my camper inspected, after doing my own pre inspection i found i needed 4 brake assemblies. I called and asked him if he could sell me brakes for my camper and he agreed at $416. I got home and out of curiosity wondered how much they really were to order the same brakes, i found all 4 brake assemblies for $120, exactly the same! Asked if i could return them, said no. Tried telling me he didn't mark them up that much?!

Dropped the car off for inspection, already knowing that it needed tires, front struts, and some body work. He had the car for 2 weeks, I called almost daily asking for updates, was told things like "we can't find just one strut or just the front struts, all four have to be bought" for over 600$. Within less than 5 minutes of searching on the same website he said he looked for over 45 minutes on, I found single struts available for my model, and suspension, for less than 120$. Conveniently they were on back order. I was told body work had been done over the phone, only to pick it up 5 days later and find out that that was not the case. And after an additionalternative three days of waiting for him to order my struts, I found out he had still not ordered them. In total, i paid $572.92 and waited two weeks.. To have my tires changed.

Took a car there...my lights would not go out, he said he fixed it but didn't fix it but still changed for it. Over $200 I had to take it to a dealership and they fixed it and was a lit cheaper.
