I seriously love this place, they always do great work, explain everything along the way and are always friendly and fast! We bought our car 2 years from another dealership and had taken it back there for our first inspection and they had tried to sell me $1700 tires so we found Joe ball and we haven t gone back to our original dealer since!! We took my husbands car for maintenance and inspection today and they had told us our aftermarket air valve covers had fused and they didn t want to cause unnecessary damage and advised us to try once the weather was better to see if they could come apart without breaking and then gave us a few covers for free so we could recover it with the appropriate ones to prevent the issue in the future, this is the kind of service that creates loyal clientele. Eventually we want to get some window weather defenders for our car and once I order them I will be making an appointment with Joe ball to install them because I trust them! I will always recommend Joe ball to everyone!

My diesel Isuzu NPR was requesting a manual regeneration that I was unable to initiate myself, resulting in a significant decrease in power. Steve was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the topic and was able to fix this issue and ensure all cylinders were actuating properly after clearing the codes on the same day I dropped it off. I rely on this vehicle for my business, and I was extremely impressed with Steve's professionalism and communication. He even attempted to work with warranty even though I cleared a code myself, so there was no issue to report. Will definitely be taking my truck here if any issues occur in the future. Highly recommend

Service advisors were more worried about eating their McDonalds than helping. Looked at me like I was an inconvenience when I walked in to drop off my truck.Told me to fill out my own paperwork as they stayed seated across the room. When I came back to pick up my truck it was the same way. In addition to the bad people skills they didn t offer any help on the actual problem I had. My rear view mirror camera is allowing moisture in and it s foggy until it dries out, a few days later. I only have 8k left on my bumper to bumper and they offered no solutions. Talked to me like there was nothing wrong and said pictures on my phone weren t good enough. Simple hose and some effort and they could have seen for themselves. I was able to get the camera fixed at a different dealership.Skip this service shop. Pick another, it s worth the extra drive time.

I came in after buying a car in November and was told that I would love getting my car serviced at Joe Ball so I drove 30 min to get my tire which has been running low on air for a month in.A lady came out, told me that there is a nail in my side wall facing out and I needed a new tire. I said I had been driving on it for over a month and a trip to NJ and back and had it looked at. I asked to come into the garage to talk with the tech. I walked in - the tech said there wasn't a nail, it wasn't in the sidewall, and I didn't need a new tire. Had I not asked to walk out there I would have paid $500 for a new tire instead of $20 for a plug. I don't trust or have confidence in this dealership. I walked upstairs to share my feedback with the sales manager and rep who sold me the car and all they had to say was thanks for the feedback and that's wrong. Yep it's wrong and they did nothing about it. I can only hope that this was a miscommunication and I was not treated this way because I'm a woman and they were trying to take advantage of me. Very disappointed.Not to mention when I picked up my brand new Yukon Denali it had tiny scratches all over it and the team said it was from the car wash they had put it through. The team offered a hood buff which got rid of the scratches on the hood but they were still all over the rest of my brand new car which I had to take care of.Two strikes you are out.

Went in for a scheduled oil change, when dropping of the vehicle, I let service desk know that that the vehicle had a hard time accelerating and if they can check for a possible leak. They said yeah we ll take a look . They call me a few hours later asking if I wanted to run further diagnostic and that with my oil change I was looking at $280. I declined the further diagnostic to be told my total will then be $180. I then asked well how much is this oil change that my total is 180? They said $80ish for the oil change and $100 for the first diagnostic. They charged me for something they never told me they were going to. Any other dealer I ve been to, they ll tell you that it s going to be a diagnostic fee where the customer can then decide to do it or not. I spoke to the manager after I said I wasn t going to pay for it and his main argument was well did you think we were going to take a look at it for free? An argument back and forth and so just know that these guys will charge you without telling you. When I picked up the vehicle, he gave me a note with a diagnostic rate from Mazda, to prove the point that every dealer charges one. However, I never said dealers don t charge one, I gave examples that Mazda has never even once used the word diagnostics when I ve gone for service and Ford has told me, it will be a diagnostic to look into XYZ to then I can decide to do it or not. Petty move on his behalf to leave the note with a service desk member, and which by the way I have reached out to that same Mazda, Ford and the GMC in Wexford and they have all stated that they always let their customers know when a diagnostic fee will apply BEFORE they do it. The first diagnostic was apparently to see if there was a leak. Which auto zone could have done that for free and it takes 1 min. The second one was I guess to locate it. It s a robbery what they did.

I ve taken my vehicle here multiple times for various things and never had an issue until my last visit. I had taken it down to get snow tires put on. About 2 days later, one was completely flat. I took it to a different shop and was told whoever installed it damaged the tire bead on the inside. The tire would need to be replaced entirely.I picked up my car with the tire and saw the tear to the bead. I called the service department and explained to them the issue. I offered to stop in and show them the damage. I was told I would receive a call back shortly.After a few hours, I called them again to be told it wasn t them. The location of the damage on the tire could only be a result of the installation when getting in on the rim. I barely drove it and did not drive it at all on the flat. Very disappointed in the garage for not taking responsibility for their mistake. I would strongly consider taking your vehicle somewhere more truthful.

Let's see where should I start from the technician untaping? The washer bottle that I taped closed because there was rain x deice washer fluid in there. Or someone messing with my dash cam. Which I've had in my truck since I bought my truck a week after or my key pouch. Being ripped apart on a keyless entrance and keyless starter The keyless pouch was ripped open and no reimbursement offered.

I was looking for a new truck a year ago. My 2002 Silverado I bought new finally gave up. So I looked for quite a while until I found a truck in the price range and options I wanted. Everyone local around me here in Connellsville PA was several thousand dollars more for the equivalent truck.So we made the trip to see Joe Ball, and we were not disappointed. It was a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.We had the truck for a year now and it has performed flawlessly. I believe these guys have sold me a truck I'll be happy with for many years..

Spoke with Brad to set up service on our car. We spoke about three different problems I had. I dropped the car off and later got a call that it was finished. The woman that call said told me they fixed one of the problems. I asked about the other issues. She said she wasn't aware of any other problems. Apparently, Brad never wrote them down. She did have someone look at and correct the other problems.

The team is very helpful and has the customer's best interests at heart. The dealership called me to make sure that I wanted an inspection done at my last visit. I forgot to list that on my online booking and they followed up with me with a phone call.

I went there for inspection of my truck and I waited. It took just under a hour I waited in the lounge which was clean quiet and had plenty of magazines to brose through. I had a cup of coffee that was fresh and tasty. The staff at Joe Ball was friendly and professional.

Bill was ultra attentive and because of his vigilance I was able to get into a truck much sooner than waiting for my build. Bill never complained when I reached out to him about my order - he was always pleasant and understanding. This experience was far better than the one I had with Ford.

The Joe Ball Service team is fantastic. I had a lot of work that needed done on my GMC Acadia. They took care of everything quickly and were very professional. Friendly staff, and quick service. I had to wait a couple days to get an appointment but it was worth it. I had read multiple good reviews on Joe Ball GMC, and they were recommended by a few people that I personally know. I had gone in for brake issues on my Chevrolet truck that I bought somewhere else, when I called for an update I was informed my truck was done and ready to go and was all covered under warranty. When I went to pick it up I was even more happy with a courtesy detail that was done! I will be a returning customer and will recommend them to others.

They offered only 7500 for my truck and would not pay it off. I went to Jim Shorkey immediately after I walked out of Joe Ball and Jim Shorkey paid off my truck and put me in a toyota tundra with low miles. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Joe ball in the past and I will never return. They lost a sale today.

Service was great. Staff was helpful. However the cost was higher than other GM dealers. We had the exact same service on our truck at GM dealer in TX and the cost was less even though we had $10 discount for Joe Ball. This was very disappointing as we get all our service there.

I was satisfied however, really disappointed that I was not able to take advantage of a coupon I had for service. I had forgotten to bring it with me when I picked up and paid for my vehicle. When I got home, not even an hour later I called and asked if my transaction could be adjusted. I was told no, that all payments are final and there was nothing that could be done to adjust the charge. I had just paid 1700.00 for work, but you will not allow me to save any of that with a coupon that you sent me in the mail? Come on Joe Ball...

I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 from them with higher mileage. I heard a noise from the transmission shortly after I left the dealer, and within 3 days the transmission went out costing me almost $3,000. They didn't even offer me a 30 day warranty! I should have realized they were trying to get the broken vehicle off their hands! They did have great service, and nice people to work with but the outcome wasn't quite what I expected from a GMC dealer.They dont get back when I leave messages and when I call them they say they will call me back but they never do.

Stay away no customer service,Low ball on trades. I ordered a GMC Yukon in April. I was notified it came in when I googled the vin I saw it was the wrong color (black when I ordered blue). The dealer never took responsibility on the mistake. I was willing to accept it since I waited so long. I was told in April my trade in would be approximately $30K. No significant changes to miles or condition. Upon driving 45 minutes to the dealer. The lowered the trade in by $5K. The finance manager was completely rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.
