Finding a good, competent, trustworthy shop/mechanic is worth its weight in gold ! Glenshaw auto is one of those places. I ve only had two experiences with them so far, both times I was very satisfied. Their customer service is second to none. They keep you constantly informed of issues, problems, costs, and your options. They were in contact every step of the way through texts, photos, and yes, even person to person phone calls explaining, every detail of what work needs done, why it needs done, and your options.I m no mechanic, but I have a pretty good working knowledge of vehicles and how they work. I usually know what the problem is, and the basics of what it takes to fix it. And with a couple of google searches I have a ball park figure of what it should cost to repair. I have been working on cars and motorcycles my whole life. Many thing are beyond my skill level and sometimes I just don t feel like the aggravation. Everything I knew the car needed was addressed and even other items I did not know needed addressed also. Every detail they explained to me made perfect sense and I was great full they found those smaller unknown issues before they became big issues.During the process I had two family emergencies in two different states. I was very stressed and on the road back and fourth for a couple weeks. They were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. When the car was finished, I had no way of picking it up,yet when I got home, it was sitting in my driveway, ready to go, good as new !I highly recommend giving these guys your business. I m giving them all of mine from now on.You won t regret it.

The staff is always so friendly and judgement free, and the most accommodating auto shop I ve ever seen! They ve offered to take me to work and even drop my car off to me when it s finished if I couldn t make it back to them before close. They do excellent work, they re trained to fix hybrid vehicles (where other places are incapable!), they re very thorough and keep you informed every step of the way. Huge thanks to Glenshaw Auto for keeping my car on the road (and fixing my car s clock when the time has been wrong for like.. 8 months haha!).

Walking into Glenshaw Auto is like visiting family. Staff are always friendly and engaging. Additionally the service is upfront, well documented, completed timely and well priced. I recommend Glenshaw Auto to literally everyone I know. They really go the extra mile in customer service.

I have been going to this auto shop for several months now after moving to the Glenshaw area in August. They have been great with my car, and have been very communicative to me about any issues. Most recently, I had some issues with a malfunction of my spark plugs. They got me in as soon as they could and provided me with photos and an explanation on the issue. Definitely would highly recommend this shop, everyone is extremely nice and helpful!

I had my first experience using Glenshaw Auto to service my brakes on my 10 year old Enter Van and I was very impressed overall. They have a profession staff who provided an estimate with pictures and details about the brake parts needing replaced , including costs and fit me in their workflow. After the work was completed they delivered my Van to my house using their pickup and drop off service which is very helpful! Highly recommend Glenshaw Auto.Raymond TomerAllison Park, PA

I have been looking for a place to go for my automotive maintenance and repairs. The place I was going changed ownership and declined. Glenshaw Auto Services treated a relative of mine well so I tried them. I have been impressed by their efficient and organized approach to scheduling service. Recently they replaced a part on my car and after about 1,100 miles there was a noise coming from that area. On my way to the appointment the noise stopped. They could have given me a hassle. Instead they took some reasonable steps and treated me well.

My 2nd service with Glenshaw Auto would get 10 stars if there were that many to check! I felt cared for as a client especially because they have achieved the best blend of using current technology to manage and enhance working with them AND the right amount of personal connection through face to face contact and phone calls.When I made the appointment on line, their software walked me through all of the steps to make the appointment as you would expect but was enhanced with a section that allowed me to choose to add service that was recommended previously that I declined. THIS is very important especially because my 1st visit recommended a coolant flush. I wanted to check my service records to see when the dealer previously performed this service. After that first service with GA 4 months ago, I forgot about it and this time their software reminded me and soI added that to my oil change.While servicing my 11 year old Toyota Rav 4 one of the hoses for the coolant broke - completely understandable (surprised it lasted that long). I received a call as well as a detailed photo in my service report of what occurred and an apology.Mike gave me a ride to and from home while the team serviced my RAV 4 - he was so pleasant to talk with. From check in to check out and all in-between I'm happy to call Glenshaw Auto my trusted service provider.Thanks team!

My grandfather trusted Glenshaw Auto. More importantly, my family trusted Glenshaw to keep my grandparents safe right up until he stopped driving at 87 years old.I know that the work will be done properly here. I know that if my truck passes inspection here, it is safe. As long as I'm around, they'll be trusted to take care of my old trucks. 5 stars

I taken all my vehicles to Glenshaw auto repair shop. Wouldn't take them anywhere else. They are reliable they are professional they're courteous and they explain everything to you about the problem you're having with your vehicles. Would recommend them to anyone.They also have loner cars and they will pick you up or drop you off if you need that. As stated before reliable and very professional. Glenshaw Auto is a GREAT Auto service provider. They explain everything to you about your vehicle in such a way that is completely understandable. I also appreciate the emails that also have images that explain what needs addressed and what can wait. I have spent thousands of dollars of the past years with Glenshaw Auto. Extremely nice personnel and quality techs. I just bought a new Jeep out of state and needed a new state inspection. The inspection cost just under $100. Much higher than the local dealer. Although i was told my Jeep was emissions exempt because it was new there was a $25 charge. What i am extremely upset is the $6 supply fee. What supplies can a brand new car use in a state inspection? When questioned they could not give me a direct and specific answer. Very disappointed from a longtime customer. They lost my 3 car business because of a $6 b.s. fee.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I thought it was a good reputable place but I find that that seems to be more of a rip off the fees that they were gonna charge me to fix some thing. I went to two other places and got it for less than 1/3 women. beware it s not a good place for you to go. Seems like they were just out to make the money. I ll never go back again.

All staff are friendly & quickly respond to questions or inquiries. This shop has loaner cars and a vehicle pickup/drop off service available. They also send you a detailed report, with pictures to document, of any issues found while doing diagnostics on your car. The report is color coded for things that need addressed sooner & items that will need upcoming attention. Other shops may tell you that, but this is the first shop I've experienced that sends pictures of the issues on your car to help you decide what to fix now & what to plan for later. Made an appointment, was greeted by friendly staff. They sent me a comprehensive report with pictures of vehicle issues for me to decide actions needed. Total communication made the services easy and uncomplicated. Had new windshield put in so needed to replace inspection stickers. Called and they said come in whenever convenient and when i arrived they took care of me right away. Always polite and efficient.

Glennshaw auto service is one of the best Auto service I have ever been to. Have had excellent experiences with them. They keep the customer well informed of the procedures they will do or schedule for your next vehicles service. Only mechanic I'll trust. Used them for years when we lived up the road, then we moved out of state but kept the cars registered in PA, and made a point to drive all the way back just to use them. The loaner cars are a great touch, makes it hassle free. Usually when the cars go in something needs done, and I fully trust their opinion on any work. Many reviews mention the prices are higher than comps. Personally, this isn't my wheelhouse so I don't know. But I do know how expensive a car is, so if I'm paying a little more for quality work, honest mechanics, and 5 star customer service, I'm happy to support this business. Live in Cranberry now and don't think twice about driving to Glenshaw as I won't let anyone else touch the vehicles. Keep up the great work for years to come.Services: Transmission, Tires

My first time at Glenshaw Auto and I was very impressed! I loved the text message with a full report on my vehicle inspection including pictures, recommendations, videos and information. I spoke with 3 different employees there ant different times and all of them were very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely go back!

Always extremely friendly and reliable. Reasonably priced for the quality of service. Have had tire and brake work done here as well as inspectionsThe reports they give are very comprehensive and include pictures which is a big plus and adds a nice level of transparency.
