I was recommended to try this garage for collision repair on my car. I didn t mind the time that it took to repair it because they had to re-order a door that was damaged when they received it. They were willing to fix any mistake that I brought up to them no problem. My only issues was their cleaning job. They left some type or dust from them working on my car inside my cupholders, door handles, other front compartments, passenger seat and all over the inside of my back trunk.

I suggest you be aware of this place when buying a used car. I just bought a truck from them a few months back. I was told there was "no rust." "It was garage kept." "It's basically a new truck." Those were lies. The rust was covered over with bedliner. I was told there is nothing mechanically wrong with the truck. After driving less than 2000 miles both front O2 sensors went bad. I have a pretty strong suspicion the faults were cleared and not actually fixed before they sold the truck to my family. I have to get quite a bit of work done on a truck that cost me $14,000. When I called about the rust I was told they didn't have time for it and that they don't do body work like that.I trusted them when they told me it was a good vehicle. Always do your own research. Don't trust. I have picsUpdate-I had the the rust repaired from someone I know. I thought the issues were mostly cosmetic but I drove the vehicle into work today and it won't start. It's not the battery. We are thinking it's likely the fuel pump. I've driven the truck less than 5,000 miles and these are the issues.

Professional service. I had a 3-way call with my insurance company with them and it was very easy to set up an appointment and explain to me what would be happening. They do all types of services and are very quick. From the time I dropped my car, it was don't in a week. Even washed it when it was done. Would take my car here again.

I like the inspirational comments they have on their digital sign like fear is a liar be strong stay courageous. When I drive by there I like seeing things like that. Place looks well maintained and cared for the outside parking lot looks professional. I've never done business with him bit place Looks good and when I need to do business I probly will go to them.

I had a collision repair on a car that had front and rear end damage. It was an involved repair.First of all, these guys will answer the phone or get back to you.Before I got lucky enough to stumble upon GIS Automotive, 3 other well known local shops that I contacted wasted my time asking me all kinds of questions, said that they would get me on the schedule and then never got back to me at all. It was as if those other shops didn't want the business and did not care about the customer. Well, GIS is different. Their communication is outstanding.One of the most important things that they do for the customer is to work with the insurance company on the customer's behalf. The insurance company was giving me a big runaround and their adjuster failed to "notice" many damaged parts on the car that were clearly visible to me and anyone else who would take 5 minutes to actually look at the car. Sean from GIS spent countless hours on my behalf with the insurance company folks getting it all settled fairly and accurately for me.My car is a somewhat limited production sports car and many dealers who show parts in stock on their websites did not actually them in stock after all. Even with all of the backordered parts in the mix, GIS kept busy on the parts of the car that could be worked on and got the car done on schedule to my satisfaction. They are honest and show you, or give you back, all of the old parts so that you know exactly what they did and what had to be repaired or replaced.In the end I got a great repair. You could never tell that anything had ever happened to my car. It is as good or is better than new. I hope that I never need collision work again but if I do I am going straight back to GIS.

Glenn did a fantastic job on my car,had scratch marks on front driver side panel,Glenn buffed marks out,also did touch up on driver mirror. I went to see if I could make an appointment he took my car and said he would see what he could do. Came back said car was done. Would definitely recommend.

Brought my 2nd vehicle to GIS and the level of service here is outstanding. I tried taking my truck to get a few estimates GIS was the only place that would give me an estimate without having to commit to them. The work they performed on my 3 week old truck was fantastic, just like it came off the assembly line!!GIS also repaired my 15 year old Camry that had scratches from a block wall. They repaired it and it looks like nothing ever happened, the paint matched perfectly!! #thewifewillneverknow LOL.I will definitely be returning to GIS for any further auto body work. Thank you Glenn, Lexi and the remaining team for outstanding service.

Mark and his team are top notch. When someone talks about raising the bar on quality workmanship, these guy don't even see the mystical bar .... because they are so far above it. I have had three cars done now and each gets better. Most importantly, Mark and Glenn relate and become friends with all of their clients. These guys cannot be beat.

Excellent place to have your car repaired. Owner is on site and friendly. They also use PPG paint, local, high quality.

I was very pleased with my experience at GIS Automotive. The new paint and parts on my vehicle look great and my car came back to me clean inside and out and I really appreciate that.

Never accept their dead lines cause they are always wrong. I have been given 4 different dead lines and my car still isn't finished its been over 2 weeks. I will never ever use again!

Had to bring my car back as they installed a used window and in the light you could see a ton of small scratches. When we brought in a different vehicle, it had to be brought back 2 more times to have certain things redone. They did the fixes, but it was very inconvenient to be without a vehicle for a few extra days. This is just my experience, but I will not be using them again.

I called this morning to tell them caller ID left their number on my phone at 2:40 AM.The young man that answered said it was a place of business and no one is there at that time.I said I realized that but was telling them so they could see if there was a glitch in their system.He told me about someone saying he called them from his cell and he hadn't.I said I understand but thought I should let them know.He said, "I'M NOT GOING TO APOLOGIZE OR LOOK IN TO IT FOR ONE CALLER".I said, "WITH AN ATTITUDE LIkE THAT I HOPE YOUR NOT THE MANAGER".He laughed and I hung up.Dr. Berkowitz

I have called there seven times looking for information on vehicles they were selling. They called me back once to let me know she could not give me any information that I had to talk to the owner. Why didn't the owner call back to give me the information on any of the vehicles. I would not recommend this place
