Fnesco Car Care Center does not care about your car. I had brought my vehicle in for inspection and when I went to pick it up it had a large gash on the left side by the rear wheel. I pointed it out to one of the mechanics and received nothing but excuses and non-apologies in return. He told me there was no way to be sure the damage was done by the shop (it was in their possession for 2 days and the scratch was brand new) but agreed to try to buff it out.While I was waiting for them to fix the damage the mechanic working on it walked away and began helping other customers for around 20 minutes. If you mess up on the job, fixing it should be priority #1. Selling cars to walk-in customers should go on the back burner until you fix the situation. Needless to say this was a frustrating experience. The mechanic did not want to take responsibility for the damage and had a very dismissive attitude about it, like it was no big deal.After waiting for an hour the mechanic finished buffing the transferred paint from the damaged area but there were still scratches and a visible dent from the impact. It was passable so I decided not to involve their insurance agency.For the sake of a fair review the service they did on my car was decent and they were fairly quick getting it done, although at the end of the day I can not recommend you take your vehicle here. The nonchalant attitude after damaging a customers car outweighs the passable service they provide.

This place is a rip off!!Rod told me they honor factory warranties!!Then they charge you out of pocket for diagnostics covered by the warranty just to get extra money only to tell you they can t fix your car with a factory warranty.Like, what??!!Also the white man there has the most nastiest horrible attitude, very standoff ish and discriminatory, disgusting customer service skills.Run away from this place!!!You are better off hiring a Street mechanic standing outside of your local Auto Zone!!

I got ill treatment with them. I went there to buy a used tire and the tire the put for me was worst than the one I went there to change. When I complained, the young man said there's nothing he could do. He later gave me $5 out of my $35 and I ended up going to a different place to change the same tire. I told him I was going to rate him and he was like no problem.Note, tell them to show you the tire before they put it for you.

Prices not too bad. But they will not work with u on price.I only needed one tire and ask if I get 2 tires can u take a few dollars off?he said no my boss will not do that.he wouldn't even call the boss for me. That's crazy always give discounts on used items.

I never write reviews for anything except now because my experience was so exceptional.After dropping my car off I got a phone call within 24 hours telling me that the part was declared obsolete by the manufacturer but that he could fabricate the part. Within an hour I had a phone call that my car was ready (and it runs great now). I've never had service that quick and effective.Speedy service, I was charged a very fair price, and everybody I dealt with was pleasant. I'd recommend Fnesco to anybody.

Probably the most professional auto repair shop I've ever been to. The mechanic(s) here know there stuff. I recently brought my red 2004 Ford Explorer in for an alternator issue. They are very thorough in explaining the problem and nothing every bit of work authorized to be done. I love the fact that they offer financing for payments. This will be the only repair shop I will bring my car to

I highly recommend Fnesco! I had a problem with my car on a Friday night and couldn't get it towed until Saturday at noon. My friend recommended Fnesco since my (former) mechanic isn't open on the weekends. I called, fully expecting they wouldn't be able to take me until Monday but they told me to have it brought in and they started work that same day. Jessica was very kind on the phone and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Farrad explains in detail the work that needs to be done and why. I've never had a mechanic go over things with me to that extent, so you know they're not taking advantage of you. This shop made the whole experience as good as they could for me. Also, I needed more work than I first suspected but they still got everything done in a timely manner. No one likes to have car trouble or spend money but they are super helpful and fast. The have a nice lobby in case you have time to sit and wait for your car to be done. (Might not seem like a big deal but I've been to some places where there's no where to sit and wait.) Also they gave me a discount for being a Triple A member. I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them!

There s plenty good reviews on here buts here s what I experienced I been here 2 times since my power steering older guy fixed car both times overcharging me about $700 dollars total to replace a hose putting the wrong size on both times saying someone else did it which was not true yesterday my power steering went again which is the 3rd time took car to another shop they told me person who done power steering which was older white guy (heavyset) at fnescos auto put the wrong size part on it again charged me 450 first time 350 just for labor 2 time 300 bulk of that was labor this is beyond to much money for labor to put the wrong part on there 2 times guess how much I have to pay this time around??? I will never go to this shop for my car again I will update the wrong parts he put on my car which it was a way to get my money back.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very Nice Lobby/Lounge Area with the NICEST Customer Restroom that I have EVER seen at a repair shop anywhere! The Techs are very well informed and candid about educating the customers about caring for their cars. They took great care of my mother's car and my car and I would recommend them to any of my family or friends!

Don't take your car here if you bought it from his next door neighbor at 4 rides llc. the guy at 4 rides MAKES you go to him in order for the dealer to pay for work preformed within your warranty. was there and had work done. he dates the invoice the date it is paid (which is supposed to be paid by the dealer if your in there for work within your warranty). anyway. dealer doesn't pay until a week later. so your stuck with bills that are incorrect. he doesn't put date vehicle was in anywhere on it. which is illegal per the automotive code. so if you have to sue the guy you bought the car from, his bills wont do you any good. was also told "the dealer is cheap". a part that should have been put in my car, was not put in the first time, because the dealer didn't want to pay him to do it. great service. I was your customer, not him.

I ve been coming to these guys for almost 2 years after moving to the area and I have always been treated very well. Fast service, fair prices, clean waiting area. They have gone out of their way to try to save me a few dollars. I definitely recommend Fnesco.

Good and Dependable garage. Found them because they were one of the garages in the area recommended by AAA. Started going to them back in 2001 and have been going there ever since. Also one of the few places that has Saturday hours.

I came hear on Black Friday and they were opened at 8am. The service was fast and the issue I was having with my car was resolved. Friendly associates and quality service.

Ed was so disrespectful!!! Told me it was be 990 dollars to fix my 2001 Honda Accord what a rip off and on top of that he closed for the day with calling me to pick up my keys like he said he would.. who does that never coming here again
