Great experience with Oscar and Zach! They were very helpful as I haven't purchased a car in 15 years! They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to do a full check before I signed anything. They even came to my house to fix a minor problem with the stereo. Highly recommend! Love my Nissan Versa! I'm adding an update! I cannot reccomend these guys enough! They were so helpful to begin with. Then I had a minor issue that they allowed my mechanic to take care of and Oscar brought a check to my house to reimburse me!

BEWARE. Don t get a car from here.Pro:I had very bad credit and a recent repo. They still found a way to approve me without an extremely high down payment. Cons:After I got the keys to my car, shortly after leaving the check engine light came on. They had me take the car to one of their shops, the shop said that it was my Cadillac converter and that it was fixed(did not give me any paperwork which was unusual.) they supposedly give a 90 warranty but did not respond to any of my phone calls when problems occurred with my car. The Cadillac converter was never fixed and it was just welded, and here it is now that the car needed a new exhaust system and motor mounts, the whole company is shady and their car shops as well.Beware!

Went to buy a car yesterday on an approval call from them drove over an hr to pick up the car got there things very quickly fell apart from there was told I needed this an that which I brought nothing with me other than my down payment ... Had I been told over the phone I would need this document or that document I woulda came prepared they seemed more concerend about the stuff going on in my banking app then actually tryna to find a way to fix the issue they caused by not telling me what to bring other then my down payment. Very disappointed an strongly suggest not goingg here... Threw my phone at you I got the information you wanted an your talking about my wife after you were told 4xs she wasn't an had nothing to do with the loan or paper work but you keep focusing on her an her income when it was me applying for the loan for the car an when it came time for my info u weren't having to hear anything I had to say after I pulled my income up .. and every toke i bought brand newcars they always told me exactly what I needed before I came in when making an appointment on an approval your website claims alot of things even if my wife was involved her very little income is supposedly one of your specialtys but again next time maybe focus on the person actually buying the car also how come the car was listed at 7500 an now it's listed at 12999 were yous tryna to push a lemon on me at this point im kinda glad it fell apart cause I woulda gladly got you physical paystubs an came back an maybe we could a talked about your lack of professionalism but nvm have a great day

Inquired about a car and asked a question about the price, "is this the price or the down payment?". Seemed too good to be true so I had my friend,(a man) call and they had lied to me. They told me it was the price of the car. I would have driven over an hour to buy the car but the amount advertised was the down payment. They should have been honest when I literally asked if that was the price or the down payment.

Such an amazing place and one of the best experiences I have ever had. Very knowledgeable staff and they really do care about their customers. Easy loan process and overall payment process. Lot of good cars here in this place. Tom thank you for explaining everything at my visit. I originally wrote such a good review on this place.. until 2 months after I got the car, my cars engine light came on. This car has significant problems that definitely were not new. There was nothing done by American auto to rectify the situation as their claiming it s my fault for not buying the warranty. now I am left to deal with the mess after buying the car with all of my money.

If I could give less than a star I would! I purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan from them in February and it has been parked outside my home ever since! I am stuck paying $530 plus dollars a month in car payment and full coverage insurance for a LEMON. They sold me a vehicle with a bad thermostat and had me take it to their Mechanic Shop on Kedron Ave THREE TIMES for the same problem which they NEVER fixed. They kept taking my vehicle for days at a time and pretending to fix it. A thermostat would cost them NOTHING to change. Instead they chose to scam me! I wouldn t recommend them to ANYONE. A month and counting of tryin to come to a resolution and they ve been nothing but rude and conniving with me. I ve contacted the BBB and the Lemon Laws, hopefully one of them could help me at least get a different vehicle! Oh and if your think I m exaggerating ask Tom why he posted severest new vehicle owners just days before and after my purchase but, has yet to post mine?

Being a woman, I'm always nervous going to a dealership to buy a car. Philly Auto Center is by far the best of the best! Ron is the one I dealt with mostly but Luke jumped in to help when Ron wasn't available. I was treated with respect and kindness. They went above and beyond to help me get the car that I wanted. I met a couple there that was also buying a car and they too said that the customer service is unmatched.I will be happy to tell all of my friends and family that if you want to buy a car, there's no better place than Philly Auto Center.respect. I didn't feel like just another customer. They went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. And their technician Keith was awesome as well. If you want to buy a car and know that you're being
