I dropped my Jeep off to Don and thinking an oil pressure sensor, that was recently installed at the dealership I purchased it from went up again, I asked Don if they could install a new one. After Don looked it over he realized that I was just low on oil which was making it throw a code for the sensor. Honesty and great work is what keeps these guys going! Don was totally honest and told me about the oil being low. That being said he saved me over $1,000 of unnecessary work!! Just needed some oil and a filter change!! If you want honest work at reasonable prices, take your vehicle to Cain & Sons!!! Don and the crew will take good care of you!!

New to the area and found this shop while searching online, good reviews, so I made an appointment for my Acura service check and then got a coupon in the mail- perfect! No fuss, no upselling- did only what needed to be done! My husband will bring his truck in next!

Wife s car was making a horrendous sound. Called, and Cain and Sons took my car into the shop the next day. Within that time I got new brakes, calipers, and some other routine maintenance that had been missed by other previous shops so happy my wife finally agreed to let me take the car to the Cain and Sons team they ll take good care of you!

First time having my Volvo XC60 serviced by Cain. The first positive impression I gad was the easy of scheduling an appointment and how well they accommodate my time frame.Secondly, Cain staff very friendly and willing to answer all questions pertaining to service on the vehicle in a way that is understandable, especially for someone who knows little about cars.Service: Oil change

Best mechanic organization I have ever experienced. Amazing modern book online options with electronic estimate fully detailed descriptions with photos and prices for repairs. Very fast service with concierge after-service follow-up. I am new to the Glen Rock community and SO pleased to have an excellent organization for all my automotive needs!!!

For a Telluride, $128 for an oil and filter change and $65 for a tire rotation. Took an hour and a half. Never again.

I've been using Cain and Sons for about two years since moving to the area. Everyone I've interacted with is friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Love the way they use digital communication (scheduling, paying, approving work, etc.) and after hours drop off/pick up - makes it so easy with with our schedules. What a great group of guys and business. Very professional and thorough. I had my truck in there for intermittent issue that no one could diagnose. Cain and sons diagnosed and repaired in 1 day!!! Definitely best around the area compared to local competitors. Electronic notification system is great and updates during repair and diagnosis. This will be our go to spot for all automotive repairs in future. Highly recommend this team!!!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes

I had a fantastic experience with Cain's service and wish I lived closer so I could be a regular customer. While driving north on I-83, my car had a sudden issue. I googled to find the closest auto service, and lucky for me, Cain's was the closest. They immediately checked out my problem and I was back on the road for the remaining 7 hours of my drive. Their grounds and building are very well kept. The interior was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. I would have happily waited for hours, but they promptly got me situated and back on road. The back of their business car states: "The highest compliment I can receive is the referral of your friends, family, and business associates. Thank you for your trust." These guys walk their talk and I am impressed!Service: Tires

These guys really care about customers! I had many things needed done to my car last week, they fixed them up quickly and got everything done. I didn t have a ride to get back so they picked me up and took me to the shop themselves ! These guys are the best around! Will definitely come back next time my car needs done. I had recently purchased a RAV4 from CarMax and the alternator went bad. It was still under the 90 day warranty. Since I live more than 45 minutes from CarMax, they suggested I use a RepairPal facility. They recommended Cain and Sons Automotive since they were only 4 miles away. They scheduled an appointment for me on a Monday. I spoke with Todd Cain on Friday and he said I could drop it off anytime before Monday. I had the car towed to their shop on Friday morning and received a text in the late afternoon that the car had been looked at and the necessary work completed, three days ahead of my appointment.Cain and Sons will be my go to place for any repairs or inspections in the future. I ve taken two of my vehicles to Cain & Sons, and they have always treated me very well. They explain the problems/services recommended, in good detail, and they are honest with what needs attention immediately vs down the road.Always received friendly service from their whole team!I believe it was Don that gave me a ride home while repairs were being done, so I wouldn t have to leave my wife and newborn son alone at home for too long. I had a great experience with Cain and Sons Automotive!I had been struggling with multiple mechanics over the past month, including my own Chevrolet dealership servicing department, before coming to Cain and Sons Automotive. I received other service from the few others that was NOT up to par, and was not fixing my issues, thus causing me to spend more and more money just trying to find a fix and solution to some of the problems I was experiencing, and having other repairs done that were not necessarily fixing the root problem. With just 1 conversation with Cain and Sons Automotive, and dropping my car off to their shop, I was able to get my issues resolved AND within 1 visit, they provided fast and honest service! I was able to pick up my car in less than 48 hours after dropping off. Unlike my dealership, who had my car for a total of 3 times (for a full week and half), over the last month....Cain and Sons was able to resolve my matters with attention to detail and precision all in 1 visit. I admire their level of expertise and knowledge while working with my vehicle, and working with me to explain everything each step of the way. Todd Cain and his mechanics have provided many services to the multiple cars I have had within the past several years and should expect to see me around for many more years to follow. While maintaining professionalism, Todd has created a personable environment. The employees show kindness, gratitude, and compassion to the customer from the moment you walk in the door. The work performed is just as exceptional. The mechanics are knowledgeable in all services provided and are willing and able to explain things in more simpler terms for the customer to understand, which to me is important. I've been using Cain & Sons for 11 years. Always great service & fair pricing. Convenient drop-off & pickup. You won't go wrong using Cain & Sons Automotive. (As of now, I have been using Cain & Sons for 15 Years). Annual state inspections every year & any work to be done (that I don't feel like doing myself). These guys have a GREAT online presence! I received a text with the results of the state inspection. The link showed all the inspection results, including PHOTOS of brake pad thickness, tire tread depth, battery condition, coolent condition, etc. Very detailed and thorough, I would highly recommend!They are also great with folks like me that work odd hours. I was able to drop the car after hours and when the vehicle was ready, I received a text and the link had the detailed amount due. I was able to pay online and they locked my keys in a box that I was able to open with a code I was texted to pick up my car after hours.I was looking for a new garage after the gentleman I used for 20+ years passed away. I think I found my new garage for my three vehicles! Thanks!

We were referred to Cain and Sons a little over a year ago when we moved up from MD. They have been wonderful! Helped me out of a jam when I had a flat tire, and they've now performed routine maintenance and inspections on my vehicle and my husband's truck. Honest guys and fair pricing. Down to earth and friendly. Extremely flexible with scheduling! Absolute best auto repair shop around. Fair prices and solid professional work. Do what they say they will do, speedy, responsive, polite and courteous. Always getting the text or emails updating your work. Always flexible to work you into schedule during emergencies.Not many around anymore like this anymore that I know of!They have my service & repair work for good!

Todd and his team are always honest and helpful. I have been using their services for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Quick service and honest assessment of vehicles. I would recommend to all. I actually moved almost an hour away and still travel to Cain and Sons for service. It is worth it!

Always friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. I have known Todd for a couple years now and I always feel like my vehicles are getting great service. I have called several times and needed an appointment, Todd is always able to accommodate me. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, look no further than Cain and Sons.

I highly recommend Cain and Son's. They always schedule quickly and provide great service. I took my son's car there last week knowing it needed new brakes. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the brakes were fine. Todd (the owner) said we would just check them again at inspection. Todd has always proven to be so honest and often saves me money. I have been using Cain and Son's for over 5 years and wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else.
