Warranty fraud? Purchased a warranty for paint and dent, was never told a coating was to be applied to our new 2023 Equinox. Sold the vehicle one year later and requested the refund on the remainder of the warranty.Was told because this treatment was applied to the vehicle they can't refund anything.When the New Cars Manager was told and checked to find out it wasn't applied he offered to apply it to our New Vehicle we purchased somewhere else but could not refund even though this was something we didn't receive as they turned in the paperwork saying we did receive it. Wouldn't this be fraud? Spoke to the owner and explained this. He rudely refused to do anything about this and hung up on me. Will never return here again. Tell all your family and friends to be careful dealing with McQuillen. Ron the Sales Manager admitted and apologized to us that we don't get the treatment and it was their error. Was going to backdate the paperwork for treatment he wanted to apply to our new vehicle, we refused as it would be illegal to do so as it was not the same vehicle, not the same year, make or model. Be careful dealing with McQuillen.

Purchasing my new pickup truck was a breeze. Ron Lockwood was super helpful, but not pushy at all. After a quick test drive he quickly evaluated my trade and made me a deal I couldn t pass up. Highly recommend him and this dealership. Easiest car purchase I ve ever experienced.

I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Brian Phillips. He was very friendly. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and he was able to answer all the questions I had. He was able to hold the car for a week for me while I waited for my settlement from my old car being totaled. Brian was also able to get the price down, and he had a second key made for me.On my way home from the dealership, I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I called right away and they said they d get me in to repair it the following week. It was unable to be fixed, so they replaced the windshield for free. Zero charge to me, no questions asked. The customer service is amazing all around, and the whole experience was great!

I just think they have gone down hill. And I have lost all respect for the business. I was just there and there was a lady outside just using the F word like she was drinking water. I don't think that very professional. And looks bad for you and your company.

I am very satisfied with the way the service team handled my first oil change and its inspection. Although, this is the first vehicle I have purchased from McQuillen's, they have treated my GMC Terrain and me very well. I especially liked the little room where I could sit and have coffee while I waited for the work to be done. Very Nice! Thank you.Jean T.

You have a new customer for life!! My car wasn't running correctly and I couldn't drive it. I tried to get it in to my regular shop and they were over a week out and couldn't fit me in. I called McQuillen and spoke to Marc in service and he said if I could leave it the next day he would fit me in. He did and got everything taken care of. Thank you for such Great service!! You guys will be my first choice in the future!

My husband and I were looking for second vehicle to fit our family on our tight cash budget. I saw a vehicle they had online and stopped in around lunch time. I had less than what the vehicle listed for and they quickly made a deal with us in our budget and we were owners same day! I have never had such an incredible experience with a car dealership. I am beyond blown away. Salesman Brian Phillips was SO helpful and kind to us and our kids. He is one of a kind. I will always recommend them from now on. Thank you so much for your help!

The service department explained everything that I needed to know about my car in terms of oil changes and tire rotations. Mason and Dan answered questions about my heated seat sensors and when I could expect those to arrive. Ron Lockwood showed me how to use the GMAC app to see how many points I ve earned. That s why this is my 4th Terrain I ve leased here! Friendly people, great service and competitive prices.

First, I want to start off by saying I highly recommend McQuillen! This is mine and my husband's second time going through them and we won't go anywhere else ever again! We were greeted by Brian Phillips we loved him! Such a genuine, funny guy who made the entire process comfortable and easy minded. He was straight forward and listened to us on how we wanted to go through the process. Both times that we came into McQuillen we walked out with the vehicles we wanted and with decent payments! I'd also like to include the finance lady, Erika, and how awesome she was at explaining everything and getting us great payments! Such a great team here! I've never been more pleased to car shop!

The level of service and devotion exceeded all my expectations. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of automobiles to choose from and listen to our needs for our family. They worked tirelessly at getting us in just the right car. They truly cared that we were happy and satisfied before leaving in our new vehicle.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Mcquillens for years. I just purchased a 2022 chevy equinox this time and this is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. The staff is easy to work with and make it easy to purchase the vehicle you want. Their staff has many years experience and have been with this dealer for years and always gets you the best deal.

First place we stopped to look at cars. We found the one we really were interested in. We were greeted by Gary Chrostowski who was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. He even held the car for us while we thought about everything. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Gary! You will not be disappointed!

Took my car in for a code on the dashboard and it smelled like it was leaking oil on the engine. They did pick me up and drop me off from my house which was nice, but the error code is still there and the worrying smell still persists.

I recently purchased a 2014 Encore... Steve Mannuchi was GREAT... my overall experience there was fantastic. I purchased on a Monday and was promised the vehicle by Thurs for a lil bit of TLC to the paint... I received the call Thursday morning and was driving my new beauty (Stella) by 11am... Thank you Mcquillen for EVERYTHING!

I have these people a bad review by accident. I looked and looked to find and correct it. I have needed parts from here and service, and every time the departments have gone above and beyond to help. You can tell that they like their job and it shows. It is a great staff and I call them first for my parts or when I have a question.

I have been talking my trailblazer here for years because my Dad did, Darren in service is one of the big reasons I continue to go hear. It's great to have someone at a service station be so straight forward with you and reliable when you need help.

The worst dealer I have ever had to deal with. I am 37 years old and have owned 12 new/used cars. All purchased at different car dealerships. This is by far the worst. Most reviewers with positive reviews are family members.

Took my 3500HD dually to the maintenance shoppe. I made the appt Friday. Today was the only time. When I arrived. I was taken care of. I waited about an hour and some, then I was given the word and I was sent for payment. I was treated well. .
