I recently had a flat tire and needed a new one. Bob's Tires was so helpful! They didn't have the tire I wanted in stock, but they tracked one down and ordered it for me. They kept me updated the whole time and quickly attached it once it came in. I hope I don't get anymore flat tires, but if I do, I'll definitely go back to Bob's.

Came in with a flat tire, they took care of it incredibly fast. Done in 15 minutes. Polite, honest, fast service - couldn t ask for better! Tire is working great.

Bob s Tire is a friendly and professional shop. They are honest and fair. They do excellent quality work at affordable prices! Barry and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The older man that answers the phone is not very nice....wow all I need was a new tire...Went to Walmart and no issues !!Update: needed all the tires replaced now. Creamery Tire in Skippack has great service and pricing!! Kinda glade this old nasty man at Bob's scared me away

Went in for tire change with my own tires. They removed a front brake pad retaining clip which has nothing to do with a tire change, over inflated one of my tires to over 50 lbs. of pressure which damaged my new tire, then over tightened all the lug bolts so I couldn t get the wheels off. I had to use an extra large breaker bar to loosen the lug bolts after breaking a � inch drive ratchet & bending the lug wrench. The only thing I can think of after this kind of service is that they intentionally wanted me to have an serious accident.

First time being a customer here. They took me right away and only took around 45 minutes for all 4 new tires. Even had a nice conversation with the owner during my wait. Extremely professional and will be going here for all my tire needs. Thank you for your professionalism and genuine work!

I was leaving on a camping trip with the grandkids and found a nail/leak in my trailer tire, took it to Bob's and they repaired it very quickly. Saved the day!

I needed tires for the jeep. They got me in on short notice before the snowstorm. The technicians were right on it ! After I selected the tires, they got the jeep in and went to work. The owner is on site and explains the process. He takes tires seriously. Hes proud to be in business 30 years. He seemed very genuine in his departing words, thank you for coming in, be safe driving and have a wonderful holiday season. Not many places give you this five star treatment.

Bob s Tires ALWAYS comes through!! I can t count how many times they ve saved the day. Tires, brakes, inspection, batteries, you name it. They worked on my car the same day when the dealership couldn t fit me in for weeks! They re honest and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Prices were good people were nice but after we got our tires done on my wife s car we immediately started having tire pressure signals. There was nothing wrong before they replaced tires. We called them they told us to reset sensor we did it came back on they told us to bring it in they couldn t fix it then told my wife she would need to take to dealer. They wanted us to take to dealer andhave us pay to have it fixed. Not good business. Disappointed in a local business that has been around a long time.

I just went to Bob s Tire Co and was very pleased with the interaction. The staff was very attentive and quick to assist. They immediately fixed a tire for my snow blower. After a few minutes they gave me back a perfect tire and I walked away a very happy customer. Will be coming back for sure

I got a flat tire this morning on my way to work. Someone very nice sent me to Bob's tire. I was in and out of there in probably about a half an hour. They were very nice to me and very accommodating. I did not expect to be done so quickly. Thank you to the guys at Bob's tire oh, and also to John for helping me this morning!

Fair prices with honest assessment and superior service. They do it all here from new tires to expert patching of salvagable tires, to oil, lube, filter and rotate. This is a great independent business that will match and/or beat anyone in the industry. And they stand by their product with complimentary tire rotation in the spring and fall with the purchase of 4 new tires. Go here, not the chains. Worth every penny. Value +.

The prices are absolutely fantastic! I have always been given very professional service at this establishment. My family and I have been going here for years for various needs. If your looking for tires this place has a large variety of tires in stock as well. I never had an issue after getting any services done and have always been completely satisfied!

I was never in Bob's Tires and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly with no problems. Tire prices were also competitive. Definitely better than the big chains.

I went in for a screw in my tire. My car was taken back immediately, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The service was prompt and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Bob's Tires!

Bob's was great! I took a boat trailer tire in that was leaking. My husband wanted 2 see if they could repair it....of course they could!! I thought I'd drop it off, no, they repaired it while I waited!! The price was rt as well!The guys are all great there! Glad there still in business w/all that's goin on during the covid times.

You must really have to hassle them to get specific alignment specs because they saw my car was already in spec and didn't do a single thing. I examined to them why I wanted 0 toe in the front and needed camber correction in the rear. They took notes of everything but didn't give me what I wanted. I actually have more positive toe now. Taking it elsewhere. If it were a normal daily car that isn't being built for cornering, bobs will be fine.

I was a faithful Ceeamery tire supporter. However, after having a bad Friday the 13th and having two tires popped at the same time, Bob's got me in immediately to fix my tires. I was in and out in 40 minutes, service and price were outstanding!

Great place to take your vehicle when you have a flat or leaking tire! A 20.00 flat fee for finding and repair a leak. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had me back on the road in under an hour.

Great knowledgeable staff that was able to diagnose a tire that failed unexpectedly, patch it, and get me back on the road for a very reasonable price.

Started going to Bob's for all my car repair and tire needs a few years ago when I moved to the area. They are always professional, offer fast service, and are fair priced. I recommend them to anyone in the area.

Called to get 2 sets of tires (8 tires) and was asking for peices. Probably $2000+ worth and was told " this is a waste of my time and I will never get this 5 min of life back"!!!! Then hung up on me after giving me one price and then not finding the second set....... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I hope you retire or just get out of the business you old POS!!!! I I will never do business there again and will tell as many people as I can to do the same!!!!!!!
