Probably the worst experience you could imagine buying a car. Got a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander and first day I got it the transmission overheated. I had to have the car towed and I was stuck for an hour. Apparently nothing was wrong with the car and they tried to give it back to me. Thank God i refused and was able to get them to take it back. I wouldn t trust this dealership they will sell anything. Kevin the sales manager also is terrible at keeping in touch and is never in the dealership. AVOID THIS PLACE ITS THE WORST. Got a beautiful Volkswagen Tiguan from Keyser Miller Ford instead.

I received a 2011 Jeep Liberty as a gift from my family. They acquired it here. The first 3 miles I drove it I noticed the transmission shook going into second gear. I understand this is a used car dealership but they never told my family about the transmission!! My family spent 10k on a car worth 5k. Almost three years later I have finally saved enough to replace the transmission. This place is a scam.

Andy was one of the honest and best salesman I have ever come across in all my time of buying cars Kevin was just really good they're like family I love doing business with them and I will continue to bring my car there for service I give Andy 5 stars

Salesman are nice but the prices are too much for what they're offering. The dodge rams are there most sold and they're alright, but they sold a sports car with an antifreeze leak and didn't want to fix it or tell the customer about it until they came in and found out about the problem themselves. If you buy from here, make sure you cover all bases and ask about any sort of issues it may have and get it on paper. Don't go just off of their word.

At least Heather was honest when she tried to overcharge me. They have a 2015 Honda Pilot,for sale at $18,964. Stain on the front seat and door dings chips missing paint on the doors, 85k Miles. KELLY BLUE BOOK has it listed between 14,500 and 16,600. When I asked why so much, she told me there are no new cars out there and the market demands this price on a used car.Good Luck with that Honesty, I'm sure I'll find and buy another car somewhere else. Maybe I'll be lucky and find something new.....

Buying my new car couldn't have been easier, the sales team took their time getting me into the car that was the best fit for me and I couldn't be happier. The prices are great and the service is second to none, highly recommend.

I was very happy with the professionalism, helpfulness and honesty of the staff. I was interested in a car, and they allowed me to take the car to my mechanic and have it checked out. The car was in good condition, and I purchased it.

Tried selling me a truck with a rod knock. Found out all the cars that won't make it at tricounty dealership, get dumped here. Nice salesmen, but you know what they say about used car guys!
