First time in Walmart Auto. Staff was kind and helpful and thorough! The price is right after a lot of research. Online order with direct ship to Walmart! They do not offer tire alignment.

I needed a battery for my car. They have a 4 year battery for a reasonably price. What I have read, their batteries get a high rating. The counter associate was friendly.

The service is horrible! I talked to the care center receptionist on the phone and she said yeah we have time and your tire size come on in we take walk ins. I went down there and she proceeded to deny me service. Even though she said we have time and can get you in. Mind you I am driving on a spare at this point! I said ok I will be back tomorrow. She said sure thing. I came back the next day and I walk im to the new receptionist and told her what the woman yesterday said! She basically said her co worker was a liar and they haveappointments all day. She was very rude and ignorant! I would never recommend this place! Horrible service, liars and completely lazy!

Horrible service, no communication, refusal of service.They had me drive out two days in a row on a donut 45 mins away and refused service both days dew to being "booked" but then to make it worse they wont even let you schedule an appointment and continue to suggest walking in without and appointment.I'm tired of it, will never go here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.Not like they can handle more than one car at a time anyway, severe incompetence and lack of responsibility in the work place. Looks horrible on Walmarts name.

Been a customer here for a long time since our family lives so close and we all take our vehicles here, however if you get an older lady at the counter dont let her tell you anything she has no clue what she is doing, tried telling me I couldn't bring tires over that weren't purchased through them even though I do this all the time and found out it was allowed after asking another employee, then was told I couldn't leave my car there overnight, when I've done that multiple times, found out that was allowed also after talking to another employee. She's clueless. Otherwise service has been fine all other experiences with this place.

I came in at 5:45 pm to get an oil change and there were 2 cars in front of me. They said they couldn t do it because they close at 7pm. If you can t take vehicles after 6 pm then your hours should reflect that. I get it everyone wants to get home and there should be a cut off time, but don t say you re open until then. I wasted my time driving there to give you my money and was turned away. I ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Stopped here on a Saturday @ 5pm, they close at 7. There were 2 people working, I was told by a worker that they simply weren't taking anyone else. So if you actually want your tires on, definitely DON'T go here. Lazy, and ignorant, most likely shouldn't be doing anything on a car anyway.

Brought 4 Hankook tires from Walmart and thought to give this place a try for installation in convenience. It was a bad decision: multiple scratches and bites appeared on the brand new rims; one new rim was bent and unable to be balanced at all; the manager deceptively asked for inspection signature while hiding all the problems he and his team had created. Called a couple of times for the issues, all what I have received was, of course, denials. I wish my mistake can save you money and time: do yourself a favor and choose a trusted place to handle the car you really care about. I would rate this place 0-star if that is an option.

The Gibsonia crew helped my Genesis out with an oil change on Memorial Day, and it was one of the better oil changes the car has had! Thank yinz so much!

Terrible. Slow, slow, slow. I bought tires here because the price was right, but in hindsight, I never will again. Whenever you go it is at least an hour or hour and half (often 2) hour wait for just one or two people in front of you. They did a terrible job of balancing and I had to come back and wait an hour just to fix. My Goodrich tires were worn out at only half life, the guy took one look said, "I can't rotate because they are too low and I can't give you a prorated discount because they have too much air." I told him they were the ones that put the air in the tire and he said it isn't their fault if the inflation sticker is wrong. No accountability and truly terrible service. Not worth the cost savings.

I got new tires here and they stripped a lug nut which then cost me $35 when I went to get my tires rotated later. They also never answer the phone. Bad everything, as the rest of Walmart is (except price haha)

We got a flat tire on the turnpike, and came here because of the good reviews...and they were right! GREAT service. We got our flat fixed in less than thirty mins for $10 and we are back on the road again. Thank you!

The best place for easy and fast oil change! Ask for Felix he is one of the best employees! If there is something wrong with your vehicle he will tell you how to fix it for free!!!

Called in the morning to check for a tire sensor he said yes we have them so got there at 5 he said we don't have them we said we called he said ups truck didn't come yet wow your lying how sad because end of day if you don't want to work then tell your boss your LAZY so he can send you home

I stopped in with flat tire had to be at work in an hour tire couldn't be repaired new tire great service in and out in less than 30 min.
