Called for a front end alignment. Everyone else wanted me to schedule an appointment. Manager told me to come right in! Great price, quality work and meets the customer needs in a quick manner!

I selected the store because it received better consumer ratings. My phone call to make an appointment was picked up immediately. Appointment scheduled for the same day. Service was completed within the stated wait time. Jake and his crew are friendly and courteous.

These guys provide exceptional service and not just to their regular client but everyone that walks through the door. Both my boyfriend and I experienced this first hand. This level of customer service is rarely found and if found not recognized publicly. A+

Ive gotten my vehicles inspected here for the last 2 years. Always a friendly atmosphere. I normally drop it off the night before but anytime there have been any issue no matter how small they were quick to communicate and i love that they dont try to force anything additional. They touch on it let you know the problem exists and then proceed with the transaction.

It is important to be able to trust the person checking over your car that they will take care of what is needed and not charge you for something you didn't need. That's why I'm willing to drive a little bit out of my way to get my service there.

I have an older vehicle, and they have always taken great care for it. Great friendly service, done in a timely fashion. They really went out of their way to help me with an issue I had with my breaks my last visit there. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Needed a brake job before inspection. The service I received at the Wexford location is about what I expected. A worker or two in training like all over. Not the case in Gibsonia location. Jake the manager was highly knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the process. I will definitely be a customer here and will avoid the Wexford location. Also, service was very fast! I waited.

I would not recommend. They said I need brakes to pass inspection, when I told them I would take it somewhere else to replace the brakes, magically it was able to pass w/ the brakes as-is (6 months ago and the brakes are still fine??) Pressure sales tactics. Definitely would not recommend for anything.. needed windshield wipers & a headlight bulb w/ inspection & emissions cost $350...

Super nice people, incredibly helpful and kind. I have a Jeep that is problematic and they re always kind and patient. They will talk you through your options and were very supportive about the best solution. Also incredibly efficient!

Excellent service FastYou can sit and wait and walk to any of the local shops/plazas.The crew here are very professional and they keep your vehicle clean.Very happy.Coupons online and with each visit.Highly recommend this Midas.

I stopped at Midas on Route 8 in Allison Park since my car s oil level was down. Jacob Guy (manager) and John (technician) were extremely helpful in describing the issues KIA was experiencing with their engines and then topped off the oil level at no cost. Both are very well versed and experienced automobile mechanics, and very polite and professional in their conversation. I have used Route 8 Midas for years, and would highly recommend their services.

I stopped because I had a tire that kept losing air and needed filled every three days. They discovered it was the seal, not a flat, and repaired it. I did not have an appointment, but they fitted me in very quickly. Midas did this at no charge. I had been to another tire business that was unable to fix the issue. Thanks, Midas!

I went to Allison Park Midas for an oil change. Jacob Guy (manager) was wonderful. They got my car in right away. No waiting required. He also let me know what else would be needed in the future with an estimate. I have gone to this Midas for more than 2 years now. Home of the 2.5 hour oil change. When you take a car to a place for an oil change, you expect that to be the priority. I was even waiting on it. After an hour I asked what was taking so long and they said they were sill inspecting the brakes. I said forget it and just do the oil change. After another 30 minutes, I noticed the wheels were still off the car. They said they didn't have the filter and had to order it. I asked why they didn't check their inventory first and they said they usually have filters in stock. In the end, it took 2.5 hours and the car was leaking oil, so I had to go back for them to tighten something up. Never again.Service: Oil change

As anyone can see there is a HUGE selection of auto repair locations riddled in this area. After visiting quite a few (and unfortunately not having the best experiences) i landed in this Midas with Jake Guy being the manager and leading a really good crew. Whenever i need service that the dealership won't cover or will change 3x+ for i come here. Jake is extremely transparent and provides excellent communication from the start of any job to the absolute end. His technicians there also provide excellent service as I've never had to go back to get anything tweaked or fixed. They also aren't afraid to talk to the customer and explain what exactly they are doing (something the dealerships will never do). I had the unfortunate experience of having a nail in my tire. Not being from the area I pulled into the first place that I thought could repair my tire. I was greeted by Bryan and was told the repair would be no problem. He and Jon had my tire repaired and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. Many thanks and hats off to those two. They offer free tire repairs here. I had a pesky tire that kept setting off my sensor. I brought it in and they were super busy, but they still got to the repair even though they needed to take it off the car. After that, the sensor continued to trip. I brought it back in and the guy took it completely off the rim, sealed the rim heavily, and put it back on... all for FREE because it's considered a tire repair. I totally would have just bought a tire off of them the second time but they thought I could get some more life out of it if it could be sealed. Clearly these guys aren't out to sell unneeded repairs. I consider that a great sign of honesty.Service: Tires
