Luke Vilella did an outstanding job of getting me in a new truck. Very down to earth and didnt push anything unnecessary on me. He and the finance guy helped me unload my kennel from my trade in into the new truck. The finance guy was equally outstanding and helpful, he made the process easy. We just leased a 2024 Grand Cherokee Overland from Krebs CDJR and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Matt K. was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, personable and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep Gladiator here. My sales rep Dave was very nice and worked with me really well. The finance guy, I believe his name was Matt, was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I think what was most impressive was the guy who oversees the detailers was out touching up the detail work on my brand new truck in his dress pants and dress shoes to ensure it was up to his standards. I spent a lot of money for service at this place in one month. Last thing was a front axle. After about a week, there was a big oil stain on my freshly cleaned and sealed concrete driveway. I took it back and told them about it, they called me the same day and said it was just residual oil left from replacing and completely disregarded the big oil stain I showed them and said I wasn t anything. Less than a week later, another big oil stain on my driveway. Took it back and said it was the axle seal. Now I have two big oil stains on my driveway. Don t go there unless you have have the knowledge to check their work

I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships over the years and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Justin and Amanda were very helpful and straight to the point. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they did not try to take advantage of that like a lot of other dealerships do these days using the lines If you don t pay the MSRP, the next person will. Or the It will be gone if you don t buy it today! The truck I purchased was a fully loaded 2022 Ram Limited with the Ivory white pearl tri coat and blacked out night package. I could not find that combo with all of the extras that I preferred anywhere within 200 miles other than at Krebs. With that being said, typically a rare top model fully loaded does not qualify for any rebates, incentives, or discounts. Being that it s the end of the year and I was agreeing to buy the truck on the spot if they knocked off what I felt was fair, Justin and his Finance manager Amanda agreed to the discount below MSRP that I felt was fair.The next day I went back to pick up OEM splash guards to keep any debris from causing paint chips and I had mentioned to Amanda about wanting the touch up paint. She ordered it for me at no cost.I would definitely recommend stopping in to purchase your next vehicle here. Nothing but a great experience!Thanks again for the beautiful truck and great deal!

I am an ex-Shorkey customer, I went to Krebs to get my 22 Dodge Charger worked on (transmission was slipping, warranty job) after being told by Jim Shorkey on McKnight Road that everything was fine with the car. It wasn't. I dealt with Chuck (HIGHLY recommend), who is as professional and friendly as can be. Chuck had my charger diagnosed within a day, turns out it needed a new transmission. He set me up with a loaner, and kept me updated every step of the way. They're a very empathetic team, they just want what's best for you. I will always return to Krebs and Chuck for all my future services. I'd also like to sincerely thank them for what they did for me, because if I stuck with Shorkey, I'd be on the side of the road right now. So thank you Krebs and thank you Chuck!

I love the people who you talk to at the front desk. Service manager and service representatives are great. They listen to you and take the steps to complete your service request. The problem is with the service technician working the shop. You must check their work and then recheck when you receive your vehicle. They have given my vehicle back and I have had to return it on more than one occasion. This is for simple easy things like oil changes, and fuel filters. What would it be like if the service is for breaks, transmission, engine work and so on? I'm not willing to risk it.

Took our Durango to 2 shops within the year for a sequel w new brakes n new rotors. It sounded like metal on metal. Was told elsewhere it was my breakdust covers hitting rotors. Didn't sound like it to me. The other garage said they were trying to bend my covers so it didn't hit. Well, my suspicion was spot on. It was a problem w the breaks. I had to get new pads n rotors again. Krebs fixed it and no problems anymore. Also, had the other garage check my fluids. They obviously didn't. My oil was low along w my antifreeze. Was grateful I had appointment scheduled w Krebs for a recall n check breaks. Especially since my coolant light came on 2 days prior to my appointment.Thank goodness for Krebs. Breaks are perfectly fixed, fluids are now perfect, air filters, which were horrible, were changed. Very grateful Krebs Service checked everything for me. Feel much safer in vehicle now. Been over a month and everything is still working perfectly. Definitely worth going to a certified Dodge Service Station to ensure everything is checked and fixed thoroughly. Especially with precious young cargo, grandkids, in car with me.Will definitely be going to Krebs for service here on out.

I have taken my Jeep to other North Hills dealerships in the past because they were closer to me, but I am so glad I discovered Krebs. They were professional and took care of my issue in a very timely manner. I will definitely drive a little further out of the way for their great service.

I arrived at the appointment time and my car was quickly taken into the garage. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area. It took about 45 minutes for the service to be preformed and I was on my way. I was offered refreshments Amd was made comfortable. Great service and friendly treatment.

What an amazing experience! My wife wanted a Hydroblue Cherokee Trailhawk loaded. They had the exact vehicle that she wanted on their lot. We worked with Amanda and Luke. What a wonderful group of people! They were very personable and in tune with my wife's needs. Luke worked step by step in making sure everything was set up in the Cherokee for her and she understood how it worked. The finance manager was a top 10 also. Super courteous and personable. I feel blessed to have met these people. I will use Krebs for years to come. I give them a 100%

Absolutely AWESOME experience!!! Referred to Krebs, specifically Amanda, by countless friends/associates who all own a Ram (what I was looking for). They were right!! Amanda, Luke and John were great to work with. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Amanda was able to get me out of a lease, that I was in the middle of, and did not think was possible to get out of yet. Can't thank you enough!!

First off I purchased an Oil Change package that saved me money. 1st oil change they found a warranty repair, and the 3rd they noticed the inspection was due. They are really great folks to work with from when I made the schedule to getting my items fixed (past and present). I switched from going to Jim Shorkey on McKnight (many bad experiences)- to see these guys and it was the best thing I ever did. They have fixed it right the first time for all my problems. This is how customer service (and repairing something ) should be Definitely recommend if your looking for a service center!

The folks at Krebs are very friendly and cooperative in helping me schedule in for work on my Jeep. My wife and I have delt with Krebs for 40 years, mostly because of their personal approach in business, their courteous manner, and since we are in our 70's they seem to be even more caring.

Unfriendly and not helpful. Would not recommend this dealership.Story:I bought a new Grand Cherokee just before moving back to Pittsburgh. After a few weeks of owning the vehicle, I noticed small paint drip marks along the hood and trunk edge of my vehicle. The larger problem was that these small drips began to chip off. I went to the dealership to point out the problem and have it fixed as it was a brand new vehicle. The gentleman I spoke with did not care to help me because I didn't buy my vehicle from Krebs dealership even though I had just moved to Pittsburgh. Furthermore, when he looked at my vehicle he said there was nothing they could do and wasn't even willing to file a warranty claim. I have been to several Jeep dealerships throughout the years of owning vehicles and all have been pleasant experiences until going to Krebs. Definitely will never go back.

Matt is an informed and helpful salesman. He ordered our car from a different dealership to obtain specific features. He has since called us several times since our purchase to see if we had any questions. Weeks after the purchase he offered to schedule our desired rustproofing.Don, a service manager, facilitated us when one tire was gashed beyond repair from a road hazard.He stepped up and arranged the service which turned out to be excellent! Like Matt, Don put our minds at ease.

My wife and I arrived at Krebs 90 minutes before closing on a Thursday to test drive a Ford Edge they had on site. Matt Kershaw pulled the car up to the front of the lot for us to look at while he made copies of our licenses for our test drive. We ended up taking it out for almost a half hour. Upon return we went over the vehicle again and went inside to negotiate a deal. We made a deal that was fair to both sides rather quickly and left a deposit to hold the vehicle. We went back on Saturday to finalize the transaction. There were minor dings on the hood, possibly from hail and without asking the dealership made arrangements to have those repaired later in the week. They did not do any hard sale pitches for any extras, they went over the various extras like any dealership, but they did not try to trick their buyers in to them like other dealers have tried.. we appreciated the friendly, upfront, no pressure sales.. we highly recommend Matt. He is friendly and easy to work with.
