I m a retired automotive technician and I ve known Bill Kenna for over 25 years. Bill is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled technicians I ve met. Being I m not able to repair my own vehicles any longer I rely on the team at Kenna Automotive. They have always been polite, and professional providing quality work at reasonable prices.

Great Place!Mr. Kenna and his staff are a pleasure to visit. Everyone is courteous and willing to answer questions and discuss the work they've done on your car.Appointments are easy to make online or by phone. They do their best to get you scheduled when it is convenient for you.

Bill fixed my car in four hours and corrected the steering issue that two different Honda dealers could not do in five visits to the Honda dealerships. Both Dean Honda (who had installed a brand new steering rack) and Baierl Honda attempted to convince me that the steering was a non issue. Not the case, anyone that drove the car could tell right away that much more effort was required to turn counter clockwise than clockwise. Still, both all the dealers insisted that the car was proper. Bill documented the effort required in both directions with the car running in the car, not running. The method he used was to remove the driver steering wheel airbag and use an inch pound torque wrench to measure the required effort. With the car not running the required effort was at 10 inch pounds. With the car running counterclockwise require 18 inch pounds clockwise required only 9 inch pounds. Bill verified. There were no binding mechanical parts. The next step was to calibrate the steering with software. Note: Honda in West Mifflin Dean Honda. Claimed to have calibrated the car numerous times, and that it was correct.After Bills calibration he retested using the same method with the torque wrench. At this point the torque required was equal in both directions at 9 inch pounds. Bill kept the car two more days and test drove it numerous times to ensure that the issues have been resolved. We picked the car up two days ago and it is steering correctly. Can t say enough good about Bill Kenna. Bill is one of a dying breed, not just a parts changer looking for the easiest and most profitable way out.

I just got my breaks fixed and inspection. I was having an issue that was making my car unsafe to drive, luckily Kenna Auto is a minute from my new home and a friend recommended them to us. I called and they told me bring it down and we will get to it as soon as we can, which was waaay before their next available appointment. That was very kind of them to take my car in since it was a safety issue making it unfit for driving. They did an honest job and the price was just fine. Bill Kenna is a great guy. They do very good work. Try not to abandon your vehicle here for weeks on end, though...that's just not a cool thing to do to a good mechanic. A parking lot is only so big, right? But very good, honest people here. Also, Kenna makes and programs keys! Much less expensive than going to the dealership. Not many people offer this service.

I highly recommend Kenna Automotive for all of your automobile needs. Mr. Kenna and his technicians helped me out of a big jam, stuck on the road far from home in need of a car repair. These gentlemen are courteous and professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mr Kenna answered my call for help when I was in a pinch. The rate was extremely fair and reasonable.In this simple review I literally can't recommend them enough.If you ever need any kind of car repair look up Kenna Automotive for sure. I just wish they were closer to me here in Ohio! Thank you again gentlemen, you guys are the best of the best and give a new meaning to the words honesty and professionalism. Very much appreciated.

Kenna Automotive always does an amazing job. They fix up your car so that you don't have to bring it in for the same issue again.I brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at the brakes as they were grinding.They were able to replace the rotors and brake pads within hours... My brakes have never been smoother! And the price was incredible for the quality of work.These guys have my business for life!

Bill is the best mechanic around, no question. His work is top of the line, but more importantly he is honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I was tired of taking my vehicles to shops where mechanics would constantly try and take advantage of me because I wear a suit and tie everyday. Bill is not that guy. Kenna Automotive is a place where your wife can go to get an oil change, because the team at Kenna Automotive do not see dollar signs when a pretty girl walks through the door.I have nothing but good things to say about Bill and his team. I highly recommend Kenna Automotive.

I chose Kenna automotive because they had great reviews and they did not disappoint. My car needed a new transmission. They found me a an used one at a great price with a 6 month warranty, and had my car running again by the end of the week even though I brought it to them without an appointment. Will definitely be using them for all my future car needs!

Bill Kenna and his staff have been servicing our vehicles for over ten years. He is by far one if the most honest mechanics in the area. Their work is thorough and completed in a timely manner. I will not go anywhere else.

Bill and his team provide the best auto care service I ve ever found, hands down. Prices are completely reasonable and the is never any up-sell. They do all the little things service providers should do included - topping off fluids, rotating tires, torquing and retorquing lugs, etc.

Do you dread taking your car in for inspection, fearing that they always find "something" wrong so they can take advantage of you? After all, you have to get your car inspected, right? You won't have that experience at Kenna Automotive. Kenna's number one goal is to make sure your car meets or exceeds the PA state inspection criteria while at the same time ensuring that your vehicle is safe for your family. There's never any pressure to do things that your car doesn't absolutely need. Honesty and integrity are the foundation of their business, and I strongly recommend Kenna Automotive for all of your vehicle service needs.
