Very helpful. Needed a new battery in my key fob and the guy at the counter did the whole thing for me. Really appreciated seeing how to do it and will be able to do it myself next time.

The first time I came to have my rear wiper replaced. They broke the arm off of my car. Then I had to wait a week to come back and they bought the wrong part. Had to wait another week and finally it was replaced. Stopped 2 days ago, thinking hey that's probably a one off situation. Wrong! Had my wipers replaced and they installed wrong. They are about to fly off my car. I'm going elsewhere as this store is a liability at this point.

Highly recommend! I needed a good new car battery and they explained all the options and got me the cold crank amp that I wanted and did an excellent job installing it.

Had a little emergency New Years Eve. Pulled in and got everything I needed with help from Forest from behind the counter! He went above and beyond with his knowledge and service and I was able to get back on the road safely.

Sam and Ed at the commercial counter are great at what they do. Between these two guys they know just about everything about vehicle parts that a person could know. Also, Sammy has the BEST haircut I've ever seen. But these guys know their stuff. I trust them to get it right. And when mistakes are made they go above and beyond to set things right again.

The sales clerk was so helpful. I wasn't sure how to check my brake fluid. He showed me and helped me get the right fluid to add. I was grateful!

A bad experience at this chain has been very rare. I went in the store and explained my issue, and the counter person got me exactly what I needed. A quick fix in the parking lot and I was on the way again. I have to hand it to them, great experience.

Advance Auto Parts always helps me. Today I needed air conditioning recharge, they had exactly what I needed for my car. A special shout out to associate Dale, he confirmed they had what I needed over the phone and even talked me through the process.

Very good. I had tried to order online for pickup in store. They had pulled the break pads I had ordered but thankfully the employees there asked what vehicle I was putting them on and they told me they weren't the right pads. The website had put me thru the make and model process and let me order pads that didn't fit my van. Very knowledgeable bunch at this location.

Not the same price as on line. And didn't have parts, come back tomorrow. Hate when they ask you detailed information about your car, but there is only one brake rotor available. Salesperson had an attitude. AutoZone had parts in stock.

This place isn't what it used to be. Just because of the company is in financial struggle because of taking over Car Quest doesn't mean it should be taken out on the customers
