Scott's has been great to work with. They have serviced both of our family vehicles after separate accidents. Their work is top notch. Both vehicles look like new. Work was completed in a timely manner and the communication with the entire staff was friendly and frequent. They are also great for state inspections. We will continue to use Scott's for our future car needs.

This place right here!!!I was recently camping about 150 miles from home. I had a service light pop up, they squeezed me in and found the light to be something I can wait to get home to address.The best part was I was staying just over 3 miles from them, and no Uber or Cabs the gave me a ride folks. They are small family owned and awesome!! Thank you Scott s!!

I had rear (bumper) damage from an accident. They were swift with scheduling, they ordered the part before I took my car in to save on time without my vehicle, and they returned it within days of dropping it off. They also kept me informed during the whole process which is a big deal - so many businesses lack communication these days. They also helped with a rental vehicle and dealing with the insurance claim. I HIGHLY recommend them and I wish every business was run as efficiently as they are!

I have been taking my vehicles here for over 6 years now and they have always done great work!!! My car always leaves there looking like new! The service is always great and they are quite friendly and pleasant. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else to get repaired because I know I can trust them. They take their time and make sure that everything is perfect for when you pick it up. I highly recommend this shop!!

Scott's Body Shop had my van for about a month to repair a decent amount of damage done by a deer to my front passenger corner. The damage was enough to keep my family from driving home to Central PA (2+ hours away). This was the nearest body shop that I saw had the best ratings while waiting for a tow truck.First issue: After several phone calls in the first week between my insurance adjuster and the shop, I made a simple request; please return every piece of my headlights that had a HID retrofit. I received less than half the pieces back. I did get the parts I *needed* back but that's not the point. I asked for every part and I did not get them all.Second issue: The impact (see above) was on the FRONT PASSENGER to FRONT MIDDLE, with the sole exception to the drivers headlamp assembly being cracked. Upon walking up to the van at pickup, my eyes immediately found two lumps of paint/clear coat on the drivers side quarter panel (otherwise known as the opposite side of the impact) which were raised no less than 1/8th of an inch above the rest of the panel. I brought this up to the owner and was told he did it for free (i.e. unnecessary work which was botched). I did say I appreciated the attempt, but it looked like excrement.Third issue: After getting the van back home, I started redoing my headlights back to the retrofit HID's, upon removing the front bumper I found the transmission cooler had been replaced with the next size down (i.e. undersized to what was on there before). I had installed a Hayden 678 ATF cooler and found a Hayden 677 installed in the incorrect orientation (90 degrees clockwise from correct) and 80% behind the bumper support which does not allow proper airflow to pass through the cooler (as I had it installed, pre-damage). Now, I have to get with the adjuster and see about getting a replacement done again.All-in-all, if you value your vehicle as an investment and want to have the vehicle returned in a better state (with the same parts to return to pre-damage condition and directions followed for return of old parts) than left, DO NOT use this shop. AT BEST, this shop follows the "good enough" protocol when replacing parts and following customer directions involving returning of parts.Good enough or close enough are NOT the right way to do business when repairing a vehicle.1 Month follow up:My air conditioner was over pressurized. My transmission is running AT LEAST 20 degrees hotter than before the undersized cooler was installed, about 190 degrees on a normal highway trip. While towing before the damage occurred, I was seeing temps in the 150-160 range, now at least 185 degrees with no trailer.At this point, once my transmission fails pre-maturely, I will be coming after the body shop for the replacement cost. Geico will not pay for me to replace the cooler again even after this shop installed the incorrect one at a much higher cost (They paid over $140 and I only paid $80 for the kit).So, to Scott's body shop, I'll see you in court in a couple years, give or take one on either side.Service: Body & Trim

Would give a minus if I could. 112 days to have an engine replaced...when we called to ask why it was taking so long we were told and I quote " we can not work on your vehicle 8 hrs a day". Great customer service and I mean that in the most sarcastic way possible. Every week that went by there was "another" problem and more $$$ NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!day. Never never nwver again

On the road my wife and I began to hear a noise coming from rear of car and brought to shop to check. They were fast, honest and reasonable. Out in 30 minutes. Felt like I was using my local mechanic.

They are crooks told me a 2 wheel alignment was 49.00 when they were done with my alignment they charged me 92.44 when I asked why the price chaged and why I never received a phone call from them they said it took longer cuz he had to adjust the tie rods. which is part of an alignment they are crooks never again going back to them and if u say something on face book to them they block you go else where
