If you re looking for a nice pre-owned vehicle look no further than my friends at Ideal Auto Group in Gettysburg. My Volvo didn t survive a recent crash and I needed a replacement quickly. It just so happened they had a SUV that caught my attention and the following week I was happily driving it home from the dealership. I am the proud owner of my 09 Nissan Murano and I couldn t be happier. Stop in and see what deals they may have for you.

Wonderful working with them! Our truck broke down while on the way back home to Ohio and needed somewhere that could get us in fast they took us that night and got us back on the road the next day. And a huge thank you to Amber she was wonderful to us and did everything to help us out!

Being in need of a new mechanic and auto service center. They hit two home runs out the part for me right off the top. I have since then had multiple other services done they re having an older vehicle that requires service. And my satisfaction has been up to par. I will continue doing business here.

Had to get a state inspection done for my car. Didn't take long at all. So I would recommend it to others to get it done there. People are very friendly. Going to keep coming back here.

On the recommendation of a friend who was pleased with your service, I had my car detailed today. I'm thrilled with the level of cleanliness, the very fair price, and the wonderful service of your reception personnel and mechanic, who graciously made sure all my tires were at the correct pressure. I'm going to do my best to keep my car as clean as it is now, but in case I don't succeed, I'll be back :-).

Went for oil change today 3/14/24 with tax cost $105.07. I thought was expensive. When you call other places they usually have a price when call this place doesn't. Got Auto Zone Commercial Invoice with bill cost for Oil Filter says $6.19 list says $12.31 cost for Motor Oil says $27.43 list says $48.81 so was charged what list price was at AutoZone from Ideal. So you see how they make money get it cheaper and charge me the list price.

We tried Ideal for the first time about a month ago for our auto detailing needs. It was clear after they took care of both our autos that we would be coming back. The work was as promised, quality driven, customer focused, reasonably priced, on time and all of the payment details made simple. The next time, we scheduled the detailing (and payment) on line and everything went as above with even simpler scheduling and payment. We will continue to enjoy the personalized service and attention from Ideal. Tx. Glad we found you.Have now been using Ideal for about 6 months now with similar consistent satisfactory experience. I have been coming to this business for a few years now and have never thought of leaving a review! I always had pleasant experiences with their services. Pricing has been fair, and I have come to rely solely on this shop to work on my vehicles. Staff is friendly, and the owner is knowledgeable. I took my suv to them to detail after sitting for years. When I saw it I could not believe how it looked. They did a great job and well worth the money. I will use them again in a second. Thank you Ideal Auto Group detailing person !

Clean location. Polite staff. The owner even took the time to talk with me about my concerns and what I wanted in my car auto detailing. My car came back looking like brand new! Gorgeous! I suppose my only con so far is that the parking lot is confusing and a little crowded. I had to squeeze to find parking.

I had an auto detailing done and am extremely satisfied. Looks like a new car. The car was cleaned inside and out, including the engine. New to area & received a mail flyer with service coupons. I was greeted & helped by super friendly front office staff. She explained the service details, estimated cost, pick up time, etc. She provided clear detail of the service, provided estimates for suggested repairs, without any pressure!The flyer brought me in, but the awesome service will make me return!Highly recommend Service: Vehicle safety inspection

We are from out of town, traveling with our RV, and we were having issues with our brakes feeling spongy . We did a quick google search of nearby auto repairs and came across Ideal. They immediately came out to take a look. Determined the issue and had us up and running in about 15 minutes!! Didn t even charge us!!! There really are angels among us!!! I generally do not leave reviews, but in the case of Ideal, I just need to! The receptionist, who literally got on the ground to check out my grill and underneath the car to see what the problem was, is the friendliest person I ve encountered in a long time! The repair they did on the car was so fast, that I was in and out before my appointment time officially started! I had another a little repair, that they did after the repair I was scheduled for. And didn t even charge me for it. Just fixed it on the spot. This is now the only place I will take my car!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Took my car here to get body work done, and had to take my vehicle back here twice and I m completely disgusted with the services at this business, they defrauded my insurance company by saying there was damage to the front of my vehicle when there wasn t, and their work was horrible!!! On the second attempt to get the work corrected I put a sticker under the trunk lids cloth just to see if they were going to replace it but of course they didn t they just finagled the damaged trunk lid thinking I would fall for it please see attached pictures. #frauds #donotgothere #badbusiness

Can t say enough good things. I had a dead battery that needed replacing. Nobody could find a suitable replacement quickly. Would give minus but not possible had truck for 5 weeks. Told it would be 1.5 to 2 weeks. Had to get truck and repair by other shop. Had to hire a lawyer and retrieve cost to correct repair at compatent shop.

They don't even deserve ONE star!?!Daughter Took truck in for a free estimate, as stated, on body work due to rust. Now they're trying to charge her $85??????? Sign on window says FREE estimate!!!!!Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!!!!!!I will not pay for an advertised FREE estimate!!!!False advertising.....horrible place......please don't go there!!!!!Refusing to release vehicle to me.....OMG

Wasn't very happy paying $106 for just an oil change. Have never had a place charge labor along with doing oil change. Only went there because my usual garage was booked til Feb. and oil needed done. Usually only pay around $40 at my usual place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
