We have always received excellent service at Elsner's. The pricing is fair, they are knowledgeable and very accommodating. They keep our 1996 F150 running like a champ and our newer Camry. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Mr. Elsner towed our vehicle after we were involved in an accident where a tree limb came through our windshield, leaving our vehicle inoperable. We had to call to request for him to put a tarp over the windshield so the cab wouldn't fill with rain. He took the time to do that for us and towed the vehicle a second time to a friends property for us to be able to pickup on our own timeframe since we were 7 1/2 hours from our home/business. Prompt and professional service.

I can t recommend Herb Elsners enough. I snapped a bolt working on my truck and these guys got me out of a bind the next day when most other shops in the area couldn t get me in for weeks. I will be coming back for all my auto needs!

I have been going to many shops over the past year for my check engine light and i have spent hundreds and hundreds at other shops to get this resolved, no one could figured it out. I heard about this shop called Herb Elsners from a friend of a friend, i said hey why not ill give it a try since the past shops i have been to haven't been much help. I called Herb on a monday and i made an appointment the next day for my check engine light. They had me drop it off for the day and by noon they called me up with the diagnosis, They came up with the conclusion that i needed 2 fuel injectors and that is the reason the car is running rough and the check engine light is on for multiple misfires. I was shocked that they figured it out as fast as they did and stood behind there diagnosis since other shops couldn't figure it out forever. He also told me that my inspection was due and if i wanted to have it done he could do that for me. I gave them the ok for the repairs and had my car back that night. They told me the injectors solved all my problems from the rough idling to the loss of power and most importantly my check engine light wasn't on anymore! They also showed me the old parts which was pretty neat. My experience couldn't have been better with them and i will continue to take my car there for service.Thanks again guys!

I've had two repairs at Elsner's and called them yesterday, 8:00 Saturday night, to pick up a car with a shredded tire. These are good people.1 December 2015: Elsner fixed two of my cars in a few hours (tire, gear shift, and hand brake) and presented me with a bill under $60. I said you've got to be kidding. They said no, that's what we did. They did it well, and the price was so well worth it! Take your car or truck here. As I said above: good people.24 December 2015: The Saab wouldn't start, so I called Elsner's. The new fuel pump they had installed had gone bad. They towed it to the shop and had it fixed in one day and said come pick it up, no charge, not your fault. Nice Christmas present from a trustworthy garage.

Fantastic guy! Mr. Elsner personally gave me a tow when I was stuck and he realized his staff was unable to come within the quoted time.

I went here for an inspection.Was told my truck wouldnt pass because of a worn ball joint and air filter.And that it would cost me $500 to fix the ball joint.Something didnt seem right about this so I had a second opinion on the matter.At which point there was no reason found not to pass the inspection.No need for a new air filter or to replace a ball joint.With one look at this repair shop one would not expect cheap prices.But should also not expect to be taken advantage of.Poor practice
