Over 30+ years and 3 accidents (mostly not our fault) we have used Steve Sr. and Steve Jr. at Buckingham Collision to make fixing our cars easy and comfortable, and always with perfect results.Each repair has been invisible after their great work. It is quite remarkable, and gratifying, to know that family businesses that take pride in their work, and care about their customers, still exist.That you Buckingham Collision!

My wife was recently involved in a rear end collision with our 2023 Tahoe , Steve Jr. and his father were highly recommended, after a phone conversation with Jr. he described his process, he reassured us that he would put the vehicle back to factory specifications.Jr. contacted me 4 times with updates and to let us know that he was on schedule, he also informed us that he made the insurance carrier pay for OEM parts, at no extra charge to us.When we picked up the Tahoe, everything was done beyond our expectations!Thanks Steve Jr/Sr

Another 5 star-experience. These guys are tremendous. Steve Jr. stuck with me through an arduous two month process (insurance dropped the ball) that finally led, unfortunately, to our car being totaled. He was 100% helpful the entire time, and continuously kept me in the loop and gave great advice. This was our 4th time there over the years (ugh), and I REALLY hope there's no 5th time - but if there is, I know Steve Jr. and his dad will take good care of us. Thank you, Buckingham Collision!

I had an awful encounter with Buckingham Towing Service. I suspect the boss engages in deceitful practices. Standard towing services should not include key charges. However, this company adds multiple unrelated fees, which appears arbitrary and unfair. I strongly urge authorities to investigate their overcharging practices. It seems they may be evading taxes by accepting cash payments.

There are certain types of businesses that require a significant level of trust by customers. Collision centers (and car repair in general) are one of those that do. Because most consumers are not able to repair body damage to their own vehicles themselves, they place their trust in the individuals repairing their vehicle and hope that they have the skill, knowledge, and attention to detail to do it right. Ultimately, however, consumers are often left unaware of the true quality of a repair.Luckily, I have had the opportunity to learn that the work done by Steve Jr and his team at Buckingham Collision is top notch. So much so, actually, that when I had my recently repaired Jeep Grand Cherokee assessed at the Jeep dealership after being repaired at Buckingham collision, the used car sales manager commented repeatedly that whoever had done the repairs had done an absolutely outstanding job. And, as a result of the diligence and care put into every facet of the repair, the car value was higher than it would ve been in any other circumstance.We ve been fortunate in two unfortunate circumstances to have worked with Steve and his team. Both times, we were incredibly impressed by the level of detail and proactive communication that Steve provided every step of the way, the care that he put in to explaining the technical nature of the repairs to non-technical customers, the explanation he put in of the process involving insurance adjusters, car rentals, and other estimates and ultimately, the quality of the repairs done on our vehicle. Everything was completed with OEM parts, and the car was returned to us detailed inside and out.It is obvious on so many levels that Steve and his team take great pride in their work. Having a car repaired at a collision center is usually not a good circumstance, but we will recommend Buckingham Collision to everyone we can. We absolutely trust Steve and his team implicitly, and would go nowhere else if we find ourselves in need of his services in the future.Thank you, Steve, for the great care you took not just of our vehicle, but of us, during the process.

First class service and attention to detail is like no one I have ever seen before. Steve, the owner, really takes the time to understand your individual needs as well as explain what is going to happen through his entire process thoroughly to make sure you are completely comfortable. I had a negative experience with Buckingham Towing Service. I found their practices to be deceptive, with excessive fees charged beyond the initial towing cost. Additionally, they demanded payment in cash, raising concerns of potential tax evasion. I suggest that regulatory authorities investigate these practices to ensure fair treatment of customers and adherence to tax laws.

When my brother-in-law accidentally backed into my car in the driveway (YIKES!), I took my car over to Buckingham Collision Service center and Steve Jr was the ultimate professional. He walked me through the damage with a thorough explanation and a detailed estimate that he swiftly sent me via email. It was a fair and reasonable price for the damage and work and we quickly made an appointment for service. Steve was flexible to get me in around my work schedule and serviced the car in record speed. He even made payment and pickup seamless. THIS is the type of mom and pop shop that we need more of in our communities. A business focused on customer service who provides excellent and professional service with a fair price tag. It's like finding a business UNICORN! I told this to Steve, but it bears repeating: I hope to never have to get service again for a "car collision," but if God forbid I do, I know who I can trust to fix it! My Jeep hit a deer and Steve Jr. was friendly and calming. He did exactly what he said he would do, and called me with updates all along the way. The car turned out beautifully. We had one tiny issue that was remedied in no time at all, and I would bring my my car there again without any hesitation (but of course, hopefully I won't need to!) Steve Sr. was always there with a smile, and you can see where Steve Jr. got his good manners from! 100% class operation. Support small businesses!

Fantastic shop if you need body work. Workmanship is first class. Customer service is first class. Kept me in the loop on hassles from the insurance companies. My 12 year old truck looked great, and where they did the work, it looked like a new vehicle. One other thing I'd like to point out: Some "customer" wrote a review with 1 star. This person must be a complete liar. Every other review is 5 stars. Shop has my highest recommendation, would go back there if necessary. Not easy to find a business so focused on quality work.

An absolutely wonderful experience all around. The team was easy to work with and gave us everything we needed in a timely fashion to work with another individual's insurance company. We have brought two separate vehicles here over the last year and both repairs were excellent quality.

Buckingham collision is awesome Steve jr and his guys did a great job we have a new car that was rear ended and they made it look new again and you couldn't meet a nicer family. Steve jr and Sr are the real deal.

If I could rate this establishment with zero stars I would hands down. Never have I ever seen a group of individuals with such poor customer service skills. My friends car was towed there last night around 11/11:30 PM. Before going to settle the situation he called and was quoted a $65 lot fee. We went to settle out and sign the title to a different salvage yard and they charged over $500. Upon asking questions the man at the desk was very short fused and had a very rude attitude about the whole situation. My friend was obviously confused as he was ONLY quoted $65 when he had called roughly 2 hours earlier and was now being charged a lot fee for 2 days when it was on their lot less than 24 hours. Either way we settled out and went to empty the car and head our separate ways when the man from behind the desk came running outside and accused myself of hitting another car in the parking lot and then Stood at the window watching me back up until we left the parking lot. All in all it was a horrible experience.
