Service and professionalism was excellent. My problem was they lost a plastic cover that fits over my battery in an Infinity Q50. I did not look under the hood until two days after the windshield was installed and it was missing. Evidently the tech didn't put in back on tight. When you came out to inspect you just blew me off with no responsibility to replace.

I just had one of the best services done for me, at home. This company, was very professional, he answered any/all questions that I had. I had my front windshield replaced, and he had it all done in my driveway, in 1 hour flat. He did excellent. So polite, highly recommend!!!Update: They never gave me my sticker back tho, so I had to go and pay for a inspection again.

Knowledgeable staff, did an excellent job. My car was clean, the windshield looked great. The warranty was explained and my stickers were cut out and placed in the car for me. Waiting room was nice, comfortable and clean. Free drinks provided. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

They had my vehicle in the garage within minutes of dropping it off and it was ready within 2 hours (had to have windshield replaced). Cost less than I anticipated and there was no hassle dropping off or picking up. Friendly staff, great service!

The staff was very helpful and quick. They went above and beyond cleaning all my windows and vacumming my car. The only issue I had was I got a quote a month before I had my windshield replaced and when I got all the work done the price I payed was well over $100 more than what I was quoted. But other than the extreme price increase id recommend getting work done here.

Had a window shatter out in the back seat of my car driving home from Pittsburgh. Got it to them that day and they offered to wrap it and vacuum out all the glass to hold me over until the day they could replace it. Matched my tint for the repair and did a great job! Many thanks!

Second visit, still highly recommend. I saw them for a chip in the windshield of my Jeep Patriot a few years ago. This time I had to have my windshield replaced in my Pathfinder and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They saved me about $60 and were completely nonplussed that I was a few minutes late. They even offered to bee coffee for me while I waited. They kept me updated on the whole process and took a little over an hour to get everything completed - again I was a little late getting to my appointment. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Out of state and windshield shattered was able to get fixed within a few hours. Resonable prices fast fix time. Staff was super unfriendly and my car is still filled with glass shatter so bad we had to go resweep to even sit back down. The best thing about this shop was the adorable receptionist who was more than nice and went out of her way to help us. Appreciate you!

I had to get a new windshield on Monday and last night was hit by another rock the size of a tennis ball. They were able to get me right in and fixed before it had spiderwebed. They did a great job!!

My windshield had a deep stone chip that starred and was going to crack. I called Safelite and they were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job. You can't even tell where the damage was. Thank you for the amazing service you provide. I highly recommend using Safelite!

Have used them in the past, quoted up another windshield for my 97 jeep. 278.xx. About the same as I paid for my last one. Ran a new quote using their 60$ off coupon and same price, I also noticed the was xxx.xx$ went up 60$ to make it look like I was saving money. Fantastic experience!!! Ben and Tonya ROCK!!! They price matched a local competitor, vacuumed my carpets and cleaned all of my glass!!! Great experience and a lifetime warranty!!! Better experience then I could have imagined!!!

I called my insurance and filed a glass claim. In less than 2 hours from the time of the incident, my car was in, repaired and returned. Very friendly, professional and FAST. The windshield looks perfect.

Great employees and very friendly and kindness and great prices and I already had Auto Glass Safelight Windshield on my 2016 Subaru Forester in January 2017 and they help my mom with her New 2019 Jeep Compass Limited has only a week in December 19th and seem already repaired on Jeep Compass windshield in previous ower and already stopped by December 24th 2020 and they are very nice help me with info about my mom new car 2019 Jeep Compass.
