I had to pick up back brake pads for my car. I called ahead and they had them waiting for me when I got there. Everyone was very friendly and they were able to answer any questions that I had.

One of the guys was rude and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about probably because I am a woman. All of the rest were very nice and helpful though so that's why I gave 3 stars instead if 1.

Great group of knowledgeable people. Not like the other big chain stores who at best only drive cars. These people know their stuff.
