Gary, Ryan, and Bruce were great to work with. Not pushy, super helpful, and made buying a new car so easy. Was definitely worth the 3 hour drive and will continue to be a customer!

We always have Allegheny Toyota do the service on our 2017 Highlander (which we happened to buy in Virginia, since there wasn t one like what we wanted anywhere in Pennsylvania). They always have performed the service in a professional manner, at reasonable prices, and have always accommodated our schedule as much as possible (to include getting us in for an expired inspection sticker the same morning that we noticed it!).

Gary Meyers in new Toyota sales and the entire outfit have been *top notch*. I appreciate how forthright they were about pricing, and how they are not trying to gouge customers with really outlandish market adjustments like many dealers. At every turn, Gary and his supervisor were honest and helpful. Such a wholesome attitude toward customers, even from out of town. Ask for Gary. He ll make you feel better about the whole car buying process.

This is my first time servicing my Highlander at Allegheny Toyota. I ve had great service from Rick Ivonowski and I appreciate the options that I was given without being pushy. I will be coming back here for tires and service!

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Allegheny Toyota. Everyone from my salesperson (Bruce), my finance POC (Ryan), and the even the GM went above and beyond to get me home in my 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro.Being an out of state buyer - I was nervous about the risk of a dealership pulling the rug out from under me after making the long 5+ hour trek. All fears were almost immediately squashed when they reaffirmed me they were ready to make the deal we discussed virtually. There was no up-charging or overly aggressive sales tactics, everything was extremely to the book!Their team is personable, trustworthy, and just overall a really good group of guys. Call me crazy, but I would absolutely make another 5+ hour drive just to work with their dealership again.

Purchased a Rav 4 XSE from them. The salesman Bruce Seigworth went above and beyond what was expected of him and made our experience as pleasant as possible. Would highly recommend working with Bruce for any of your car needs

Gary and Ryan were the most incredible sales professionals I have ever dealt with when buying a car. They made the entire process feel calm, relaxed, and no pressure. They got me exactly what I was looking for in a very expedient manner in a market that is very hard to navigate right now. I would recommend them and Allegheny Toyota to everyone I know. It was more than worth the trip to come 1600 miles from Colorado to get my car from your dealership. It is hard to imagine a better process.

I got a 2023 rav4 today and the experience is excellent. Bruce Seigworth made it possible and provided exceptional service! He went above and beyond and helped me with every way! The best service i have had experienced so far. Would i recommend this dealership to anyone? Most definitely!

Purchased my truck almost a year ago. Never received a follow up asking how I liked it, not even a thank you post card. Even though their value of my trade in was the lowest of 5 dealers I talked to. I wanted to try a Toyota to see what all the hubbub was about.I was promised something with the purchase of my truck, that never happened either. The customer service is lacking, each time I walk in the door the 2 or 3 guys standing around can't be bothered to look up from their phones or stop sniffing the only skirt in sight to say hello.The service department is the lone bright spot as they are always friendly and helpful. However I've purchased my last vehicle from Allegheny Toyota

Along for the ride, my husband purchased a car. Liked the efficiency of paperwork processing. Not extremely long time, it isn't close to home for us, but they were helpful and answered my questions without making me feel stupid.Find your next vehicle here!

We got the run around on a used car for a week. Was told that the vehicle would be on the lot, showed up and it was not. Gave the benefit of the doubt and called on the next date it was promised to be there to make sure, dealership said Our associate is still using it If you want to use an advertised vehicle as a personal vehicle, probably best not to list it for sale to the public. Poor business practices.

Paid $1000 for a repair that didn't fix the problem and then they wanted another $1000 to actually fix. I was told I needed lines replaced for my air conditioner. The lines were replaced and I was told the air conditioning now worked. I paid, and drove my van away. While driving home, the air conditioner still didn't work. I called the next morning and was told to bring the van back in, which I did. I was then told a compressor was needed for another $1000. I asked why they said the van was fixed and was told the problem was intermittent and it worked for them when they tested it. It didn't work for me ever. They lied when they said they fixed it and then was surprised when I didn't pay the additional $1000. It is winter now so I don't need air conditioning. I will take the van to a reputable dealer to get the air conditioning fixed. I wrote Allegheny Toyota a letter expressing my dissatisfaction a few months ago and no one ever got back to me. I thought they may at least acknowledge the situation was unfortunate but they didn't. I will not be going back for anything. Which is too bad for them as I always have at least one Toyota in my driveway.

The staff is so friendly and so accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that I got the exact vehicle I wanted, way more than I expected. Both the sales representative, Bruce Siegworth, as well as the owner, Mike Guth, stayed in contact with me and did everything necessary to get the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted in the color I wanted for the payment I wanted. I would and do recommend this company and these guys to everyone and anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Ryan O'Neil was amazing to work with. I was able to do everything, except for signing the final paperwork, to purchase my leased vehicle with him through email. He was kind and efficient. He is definitely an asset to your company! A++++

This is truly the best Toyota dealership around!!! We have been coming to them for years. The staff is always super friendly and they always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. If you are looking for a great deal as well this is the dealership to go to. They worked to get us the price we needed along with the color and features we wanted. Great job guys and keep up the good work!!!

It was such a pleasurable experience. I have dealt with this dealership for years, and they never fail to amaze me. Chris is a fabulous salesman, and Ryan, he is right at the top of his game. I would recommend everyone check this dealership out. Amazing people, amazing owner. They are there to please you, and do everything they can to make that happen! THUMBS UP.

The parts department is second to none, the worst dealership parts department I've ever worked with. They quote prices over the phone, order parts, and then the part is magically a different price when you go to pick it up. The lady at the parts counter has singlehandedly made sure that I will never be a customer at this dealership again.

My 2010 RAV was purchased brand new there, first as a lease, then purchased outright. The staff has always been so very accomodating, helpful, and professional, in all aspects. I still have that RAV, and plan on keeping it for many years, and I trust them to help me keep it in the best possible running condition. I would always highly recommend them!

This is the second car we have purchased from Allegheny Toyota and both times we have had a great experience. Amy Graham, our sales rep, and the entire staff are always very helpful, friendly and make the car buying experience easy and fun. We will be back and highly recommend Allegheny Toyota to all our family and friends!

Had a very good vehicle buying experience here. Salesman Greg Rybak was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Rav that I ended up buying, and he took plenty of time to show me everything, alot of it before we even left the lot for a test drive. I have always been a Toyota girl and already knew they cant be beat. Very nice atmosphere inside the dealership, refreshment available, Greg made the deal happen just as I wanted. Highly recommended!

We never planned on purchasing that day. When they ran the numbers and numerous possibilities that would work for us we were amazed at the savings. Amy Graham is the best sales associate. She stays in touch and keeps tabs on your lease and gives you so many options. She never pressures you to buy, and that's why we keep coming back to Allegheny Toyota and to buy from Amy!
