While on a recent road trip to Pittsburgh Pa., from Rochester, N.Y., I suddenly noticed multiple sensor lights on my dashboard came on and the engine turned off. I had to pull over to avoid having an accident. The car would not turn on. I was stranded. I had no idea where I was; only knew I was about 1 1/2 hrs. from Pittsburgh. I was able to contact AAA & Subaru for assistance and they recommended A. Crivelli Subaru, in Franklin Pa., about 20 miles from the location. As you can imagine, I was stressed, and very nervous. I had the car towed. The Service Manager and team at A. Crivelli Subaru assured me that they would figure out why the car suddenly stopped operating. They were highly professional, kind and understanding. The service team did an outstanding job helping me calm my fears. I was informed that they would provide me with a rental which was included in the warranty, and I could get to my destination. By the next business day, Monday, the service manager called, and explained that they did a thorough diagnostic test and found the problem - it was a valve that needed to be replaced. No problems, I returned, and I was able to drive my car back home to Rochester, N.Y. I want to give the Service Team at A. Crivelli Subaru, in Franklin, Pa a super special THANK YOU!! Excellent Job - Highly recommended.

I bought my Subaru from a different dealership and it was a complete mistake. Other dealership scammed me with a car that wasn t taken care of.A. Crivelli has taken gone above and beyond to help me out. Repairs are always quick, service is always professional, and the facility is very clean.If they do make a mistake, though incredibly rare, they own up to their mistake and respect their customers.

We had a great experience with this dealership. We were in the market for a new vehicle and had looked at several dealerships. We ultimately chose A. Crivelli after having several phone calls with Richard Huntington. He did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend giving him a call if you are looking for a new vehicle. Richard was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us find our vehicle. Everyone that we spoke to was friendly and kind. From signing the paperwork to getting to know our new car, the experience was great!

Had a wonderful experience with the whole staff here!!! Especially Ryan O Neil in sales. Went down just to see what they would do for our family for a car, ended up leaving with a brand new car with a killer deal! Highly recommended for anyone to go down the the Subaru dealership and see what they can do for you. Miracle workers in finance!

I guess dealerships are different than they used to be. Preparing to purchase my 3rd vehicle from this dealership and they gave me a price. Asked if they could do any better and they wouldn't even consider it. Me, my son and daughter have all purchased from here and now they have lost good customers, just by word of mouth. Another Subaru dealer is giving me a much better price.

This place and service dept. Is awesome .My appointment was for Thursday and I was dropping my car off on Wednesday,They knew I had to find someone to bring me back on Thursday.They fit me in right then and there.I've always had great experiences here.

Friendly professional staff, provides quick efficient service. We stopped in to get some recall work done and were out earlier than their estimate. They have a nice waiting area with several seats, a TV and free decent WiFi.

This would have been my third Subaru and 4th overall purchase from this dealership. I scrupulously filled out all details on their trade-in estimator, adding running board rust and body work needed on left-rear panel in the inquiry comments. I even over-estimated the mileage by 9,000. I said the car was in good running condition. They quoted an estimated price of $5,300, high - but precisely in line with the BIG RED FLYER featuring the "150% over blue book" guarantee that I got in the mail that morning.At the dealership, they offered me $500 - an ORDER OF MAGNITUDE LESS than the online estimate. Jack had no interest in raising the offer to actual blue book for this zip code, or coming down on his car's price - or anything. He said he was just the middle man. If he cannot make deals, then why is he there? And they obviously think customers are stupid, without access to the world wide interweb.They test drove my car for two minutes in the parking lot, not long enough to legitimately dispute my good-condition claim. I did fail to mention a small crack in one of the tail lights, which Jack hammered on - so that must be why they shamelessly low-balled me, old and erstwhile happy customer that I was.Come to find out that for some sanding, re-application of body putty and professional repainting - comparable all-wheel drive cars retail for $8,000-12,000. Each party must make the best deal they can, but Crivelli apparently wants every speck of meat on the bone.Later that night, I found a comparable Subaru and got a superb deal with Carvana, for 15% less money and 30% less miles than the Crivelli car - and I keep my old car. Happy happy.

My husband and I just drove home in a beautiful 2016 GMC SIERRA double cab truck. Rick Smith was very helpful and knowledgeable during our visit. We got a great price for our trade-in and traded up 8 years and now have a smart and sharp looking truck. We are very happy we chose to shop here and have a great, safe vehicle to start the summer with!

No deals here. Don't fall for 150% KBB, apparently there are fine print exceptions. The vehicle shortages have killed the consumers ability to make any kind of deal, or even be treated fairly on a trade.

I went there for recall work on our Subaru Baja and was pleased with their work. Plus they didn't come up with phony work to be done like Shults in Warren, PA did to me once and it's why I scheduled the work there.

We bought a Subaru this past December. I like the privacy shields for the hatch and was told "if it's a deal breaker, I will get you one." Four months later, several phone calls and three extra trips after we were told they had one to fit our car, still nothing. We live an hour away, so it was definitely a waste of our time.

Bought a 2018 Subaru Forester at the beginning of March before the summer heat. The first hot day, I turned on the A/C, nothing but warm air. No, it doesn't just need refrigerant. They sold it to me with a locked up AC Compressor, when I called they did not want to assist me in any way, shape, or form.

I've taken my car to Acrivelli Subaru Service to have work done and oil changes. They always pick my car up on time and make sure I have it back by the time needed. They always call if something is going to cost more and keep me updated. Will forever use their service!
