Drove an hour to look at a truck listed. I couldn't remember who the appointment was with. Instead of the salesman calling the lady who schedules all the appointments he instead talked me out of the truck and off the lot. It was like he didn't want to waste his time. I told him I had a trade in and he calculated the loan without factoring in the trade and makes the remark 'well if your trade is a wash'. He didnt even look at the truck. Good luck finding another truck in the year we have, accident free, and well below 100K miles

Everyone here is kind and courteous. They made us coffee while we waited. They ensured our young daughter was happy and comfortable as well.

Just bought a used explorer here. Got a very good deal and we also have an escape that gets serviced here. Excellent service and everybody is so nice to us. Will be returning in the future for sure for our vehicle needs

Everyone there takes the time to get to know you. You are treated like a friend, not just another dollar. Tad and Joe made buying my new (Used) truck a pleasant experience. A. Crivelli Ford is able to provide a selection of top quality new and used that is far more superior compared to other dealers and the deals are second to none. Traveling from Punxsutawney, PA to their dealership in Franklin, PA is well worth the trip.

Bought a new 2021 f-250 back in August and I'm very happy with the buying experience and the dealer ship should have been dealing with them all a long. Wendy and Jennifer in service are very helpful and if you have a problem they sure will take care of it and get you a appointment as soon as possible. Steve ViDOVICH was my salesman and was very good to deal with also..

Good experience. A lot better service than the folks across the street. They gave me terrible service. Very unfriendly people. Beyond rude. This is why I came over to ford and the folks at the ford service were great. Thank you again. Wendy and Jen!

Had an excellent experience with them. Ordered a 2021 F-150. They gave me the best deal. Nobody could match their deal. No other local dealer, no Pittsburgh dealer, nobody. Griffin Phillis Ford out of Seneca Pa was by far the worse. Definitely will return to A. Crevelli. They were very patient, while others were charging over invoice, they kept their promise 4 months later when the truck came in, the deal was honored.

Brought my car here for first oil change and tire rotation and told them my rear tires have been leaking air well ones still leaking. I got tired of putting air in tire so I pulled it off took soapy water and found to plugs in the side wall of the tire they said they didn't do it but the car has never been anywhere else and refuse to do anything about it they said there techs know better then to plug side wall but the cars brand new never took it anywhere else would rate no stars if I could absolutely ridiculous! Not happy person right now.

My husband is still incredibly impressed with the deal that I made on my own for my new Ford Escape. Not only did I get an incredible deal, but I didn't have to drive the 50-plus miles to the dealership. My new car was delivered and I didn't have to take time out of my day (or my busy work schedule) to deal with anything. All the paperwork was handled at my desk, and they even drove away my old beater so I didn't have to deal with that hunk of junk, either! Speaking of my old car: I know the guys at A. Crivelli hooked me up BIG with the trade. My husband was so impressed, in fact, that when it came time to buy his new truck, he wouldn't hear of looking anywhere else for it.

BEWARE .Poor business practices. Committed to purchase used truck with Steve on Monday over phone call. On Tuesday, sat at bank with phone on speaker so all paperwork would be correct. Tuesday at 4pm liscence and insurance card were emailed as requested. ( That in itself shows company knew purchase was solid) Thursday I called Steve again and he was off. I spoke with Bob in purchase, told him I was getting the truck and steve was salesman. We spoke for 5 minutes on the cost and delivery.( again, showing well aware of the sale ) Friday morning I received email from Steve saying truck was sold on Thursday. My reply, it wasn't sold as of 230pm on Thursday while I spoke with bob.By the way, the truck 3 days later still sits on website for sale !W

Decent car dealership. I have had good luck with it, but I have relatives that work there. I think that the servicing is pretty expensive, but that's typical for certified dealerships. I think that the sales people there are not too "pressuring" from my understanding, and that's awesome. They are also good about servicing what they sell. Check in to it if you are in the market for a new (or lightly used) automobile.

A. CRIVELLI Ford works very well as a team. Everyone was willing to assist in any way possible. Mark, my sales rep, had wonderful customer service skills. He worked with me as much as he could to make sure I had a great buying experience. I will return for future purchases!

Each time I go in for service, I get top notch customer service. They are flexible with my hectic schedule and are always joyful. The sales folks there always make sure we have coffee and the tv remote!

Standard car dealership. If you intend to buy from a dealer, then this is probably a good choice. The employees here are nice people for the most part. Helpful. And although there are things about the larger dealerships that I am typically very disappointed by, I haven't experienced those things here.

Promised us a vehicle over and over. We called multiple time to make sure we wasn't wasting our time and we was denied. I feel that if you're gonna guarantee people a vehicle you better stick to it. There's nothing like being lied to multiple times.

Bought a Ford Truck from these guys. After 3 days the motor blew up. I bought the vehicle as is so I took the fall and put a $3000 motor in it. Went to sell the truck this weekend because Im moving to florida next week and found out they messed up the paper work for the title. Now nobody will buy the truck back and Im stuck with owing $6500 on a vehicle that has been a nightmare with a messed up title. Instead of doing the right thing and offering to buy it back for the payoff they offered me a lowball offer that would end up with me paying them to take it back. My father spent 100k there last year on vehicles and grandparent spent another 60k in the same year. Still waiting to hear back but if its not fixed then none of us will ever be returning for our vehicle needs. That is not how you take care of good paying customers.

I always have been treated well by the service department! They go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right the first time. The sales staff is always very cordial as well.
