Tyler and his crew were literally a God-send. I thought I was going to be stranded for the night in northern Pennsylvania after my tire was obliterated by a hunk of metal straddling the centerline of I81. All the tire places were closed by then. But when these guys heard my plight, they leapt into action and had me on my way in an astonishingly short amount of time.That alone would have been worth all five stars, but their competence was matched with kindness, honesty, and a joyful spirit.I don't recommend getting a flat tire, but if you do, just hope it happens near Frackville, PA.

This is the second time in a year I needed a tow. These guys were great both times! Marty Moose brought the tow truck and cheered us up. He took such good care of us and our car. And Tyler drove us the extra 15 miles to our home. They explained what the insurance would do and gave us good advice on the possible damages to our car.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I really appreciated the service I got from Moose with Northern Keystone Towing and Recovery through my AAA membership on Sunday March 3, 2024. I was nervous, of course, driving with a stranger. However, Moose made me comfortable & we had great conversations which made the time go by quicker. He had to go further than he initially thought, and did not express any negativity about the situation.Thank you Moose!

Great experience, my car was wrongfully towed from Burger King in Tamaqua, When I called the driver about my tow, he put me through to the owner and the owner then released the car to me. Free of charge due to the fact it was wrongfully towed. Highly recommend these guys and their service. Both the driver and the owner were extremely polite and understanding. The owner even offered to come pick me up and bring me to the car. I even offered to give them money and they told me they wouldn't accept it!

Great service with a smile. I had my car breakdown outside of work which is an hour away from my home, and Marty Moose helped me with a smile. He was the best part of my day today, even though my car needs repairs. Definitely give them a call!

I had excellent service from your towing operator Marty. On Friday 11/27/23 I had a flat tire as I was driving my Tesla Model Y. I was able to get off of Rt 81 near Frackville. Through AAA I was connected to Marty. He towed me to a tire store where I had to have all four tires replaced. Marty called me ahead of time to confirm the type of car I was driving and whether there was a spare, which there is not for Teslas. He was willing to talk to my husband in VA to learn about the towing needs for a Tesla. When he arrived he politely accepted my directions on starting the Tesla with a keycard and what was necessary to put the car into drive and reverse to put it on and off the truck. When we arrived at the tire store he confirmed with the salesperson there that they had the tires I needed before taking my car off his truck. I very much appreciated his professional yet caring manner in this situation when I was out of state without my husband and driving a Tesla which is not familiar to all service providers.Service: Car towing

I broke down on I 81 going north, and I was very fortunate to be taken care of by northern keystone, towing and recovery! Their driver, Marty was very professional, helpful, made me feel safe and even took me to my hotel after we dropped my car off at the dealership. I would highly recommend this company and hopefully you too will get Marty and you will know you are in good hands!! Absolutely amazing group to work with. My daughter had a flat and they were on location with her within 30 min. It would have taken me longer than that to get to her. All other tow companies told me it would be at least an hour. The Northern Keystone driver made sure she was ok and slowed traffic until she was back on the road.

Awesome guys. Really came through on a weekend trip @ Famous Reading. Friend bent a rear radius rod and no one within 3 hours had the piece. Excellent service. I had an issue on 309. The driver of the tow truck fixed my car so it could be driven to a local repair shop and followed me along the way to make sure that I arrived safe. I always carry an emergency kit in my vehicles which includes zip ties. Make sure you have the zip ties!

The owner of the towing company came to help us and was everything and more!He was easy to talk to, very understanding of our situation, and made the whole troublesome experience a breeze. He even took a look at our truck and gave his thoughts on some of the issues and listed possible solutions. They work with AAA and came out as soon as possible and on Thanksgiving of all days. Moose was amazing and fast, found what was wrong and helped me work out best course of action going forward. Thank you soo much moose! Hope you still got to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. Can't thank you enough!

My Jeeps lower radiator hose sprung a leak on my way to AOAA (Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area) .. I called AAA and I am glad they sent Northern Keystone Towing and Recovery. Horrible day on I-80 with a Pickup truck hauling a trailer. Something went engine quit working. Couldn't get it going Roadside. AAA towing dropped the ball. Very long frustrating wait till a tow company could get there. The Good news, Andrew showed up polite , courteous, and professional. Quickly and efficiently loaded Pickup then towed our trailer. On the other end, he helped w/ his skill and knowledge to help get my broken down heap back in it normal spot as well as our trailer. Andrew Thank you, and if this is not your company you are a GREAT competent asset to this company.

We were out in the trail with our Can Am side by side when we broke a rear radius rod. These guys came right out, picked up our busted part, took it back to the shop and custom fabricated a newer and much stronger version. Then returned and assisted us in putting it back on. They saved our trip!! By the end of this adventure, we felt as though we had made some new friends. Trustable! Dependable! Can t say enough good about this company!

I hardly ever write reviews, But in this case i had to. I've been a member of AAA for over 40 years and have never been treated with the Professionalism, Courtesy, Above and Beyond, of DAVID SWEETMAN. Remember that name. This man took me form a very bad situation and it was like dealing with a friend. I'm writing this because I really cannot say enough about DAVID SWEETMAN

Gotten a flat tire and had a stripped lug nut. Insurnace company wasn't responding and needed this done before the storm rolled in. Wife called northern keystone and bam (I'm sorry I forgot his name) showed up within 15 minutes with his bad@ss new tow truck and loaded it up with ease. If it wasn't for him I'm sure my car would have sat in a flooded mud pit for 3 days before my insurance company took action. Thank you.

I believe the guys name was Dave Sweetman &?Moose very nice guys, very skilled and professional, even with very difficult maneuvers They get the tow dispatched right out to you even at some very late times and bad weather whatever the case maybe northern Keystone towing can do it and get it done they went through a pus case of a time with the tow for my brothers truck Some maneuvers with the truck that only experienced people could have done they did a great job

Want to give a big shoutout to the folks at Northern Keystone for helping us out yesterday! My wife and I were traveling on I-81 South about an hour east of Harrisburg heading home from New York when we blew a tire on our snowmobile trailer. I contacted Northern Keystone and they responded quickly. Kyle arrived a short time later and had the tire changed within minutes. He even ensured that we could safely pull out onto the highway and get up to speed without anyone running right up onto our trailer . Thanks again for helping us out! My car broke down on the side of a busy highway and while calling my insurance and them not being able to find me a tow truck, Marty drove by us and immediately pulled over and reversed to my car. Marty was helpful and funny! He made the process simple but fun. He gave us the amount right away and didn t sugarcoat anything. He was great ! Definitely will be Northwestern when I need a pick up.

After AAA properly routed the call, this towing service arrived in less than 30 minutes. The driver called as soon as he was en route and was very professional and cordial. My husband was left stranded on the side of the highway after getting a flat tire and not having the necessary tools in his van to put on the spare. He called Northern Keystone Towing and Recovery after doing a quick google search, and he couldn't have found a better service. They responded quickly, found him easily on the highway and was able to assist with changing out the tire. The price for this excellent service was extremely fair, and it was a huge relief for my husband. We HIGHLY recommend this great company, and my husband will keep them on speed dial next time he is in the area.Service: Tire change

Great business! Amazing customer service! I cannot say thank you for all the owner did for me and my family when I was in an accident and my vehicle was almost totaled. Right after Christmas and one of my daughters Christmas presents from Santa a little pig was left in the back seat and he made sure to have it dropped off so she can have it. Justin and Kyle were great to work with. Kyle helped me get to a rental facility while he towed my car. Justin had coordinated a body shop to get my car fixed. They are very sensible and great at prioritizing. Example, my car was getting towed to Harrisburg and they informed me they had another vehicle going to Pittsburgh. Instead of costing themselves and their customers extra time and money, they just towed both vehicles together. No need for them to burn extra diesel fuel doing two trips when from NEPA to Pittsburgh you'd pass Harrisburg anyway. It's kind of funny because I called AAA for roadside service and of course they assigned me the company. North Eastern Keystone and Towing actually came into my hands after another company failed to uphold their promises to AAA. Everything happens for a reason and I got North Eastern Keystone and Towing because of another companies failure. Keep up the good work guys.Service: Car towing
