June Li and BMW of Fort Washington gave me great experience buying new 2024 IX. My first EV. Truly commendable. June Li walked me through all the steps. Her knowledge about BMW vehicles is impressive, making the car-buying experience informative and enjoyable. Additionally, June's consistent follow-up and willingness to go the extra mile to be helpful have made it easy for me. I highly recommend her for your great buying experience as well.

My recent experience at BMW of Fort Washington was wonderful, as an active duty service member and an out of state buyer they took great care of me. My salesperson Michael Prince is the fine example that all salespersons should emulate and strive to operate when dealing with customers and making their buying process smooth and enjoyable. Great work Fort Washington!!! I would highly recommend buying from here, especially as an out of state buyer.

Customer service was great! Both Ashley and Josh were very informative and very friendly. Ashley cared more about finding a car that was more suited for me than just handing me one and forcing the purchase. Would definitely come back in future and request for them.

Excellent experience. Jacob was an excellent sales advisor. He made all aspects of the sales experience easy and streamlined the whole process. He did an excellent job facilitating trading in our used vehicle. We elected the have the new vehicle ceramic coated, which was expediently handled while we were finishing up the sale.

Had a wonderful experience at BMW of Fort Washington yesterday. We are return customers our second time buying from Dave Reedman who is fantastic and always gives us a good deal and experience. As we closed out process we had another great experience with Josh Farrell on the finance team. All in all, highly recommend Dave and BMW of Fort Washington. Happy New Year! After Two months of searching around 5 BMW dealership God could have not put me in better hands than on the 30 years experienced Ed Fallon from Fort Washington BMW! I was looking to change my 80k miles X6 for a 0 miles X1 better on gas and to stay on the same SUV trail and From start to finish, this BMW dealership were absolutely the most professional, kind, helpful and the ones that never gave up to made the purchase happen! I had specific search on a tough market and Ed Fallon always courteous and persistent. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Blessings

This was my first BMW purchase and after visiting few dealers in and out of the state, I decided to go with BMW of Fort Washington. I liked the courtesy, professionalism and the honesty of entire Fort Washington team. Our Sales rep. June Li had very deep knowledge about the car features, charging options and the entire buying process. I m incredibly pleased with the service I received from the BMW Fort Washington dealer for my electric iX purchase. If you are even THINKING about a BMW, this is the place to go. There was absolutely no sales pressure and Matt and Bill were FANTASTIC. We had such a great experience with BMW of Fort Washington. All of the staff were really nice and welcoming. We highly recommend.

From beginning to end, my experience at BMW of Fort Washington was phenomenal! Jake and Bill were amazing to work with! I was in a car accident and my previous BMW was totaled by insurance. I started with an online inquiry and Jake immediately responded providing availability of the vehicle and scheduling a test drive. I came in a few days later to test drive and immediately knew that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Jake and Bill ran numbers and worked with numerous lenders to give me the best rate! I was leaving on a business trip the next day; however, as soon as I returned a few days later I called Jake to finalize the purchase. He promptly called me back. He then called me an Uber to come pick me up and take me to the dealer! Once there, I worked with Bill to complete the paperwork. He was so personable he and I talked about various topics while finalizing everything. He worked with me to provide a great rate on a tire package too! After about an hour (not bad at all), I was driving off the lot in my new car. I can t recommend BMW of Fort Washington enough especially Jake and Bill!!

I don't need to come here often for service (that's a good thing!) but I always feel welcome and respected when I am here. Joe Henry greeted me as I grabbed last minute items out of my car. Dennis Kogout talked me through the services I needed, AVAILABLE REBATES, and services that I could delay. At the end of the day, Ben Ammar had friendly conversation with me as I waited for my washed and serviced car. I will always come here for my BMW service, the whole team works hard to make you feel like part of the family!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Ft Washington BMW. This is my second time working with Jake and he is fantastic. Super easy to work with and just made the sales process simple. The business manager, Josh, did a great job explaining all the various documents and I appreciate the USB drive with all the paperwork! Jake and Josh took a normally stressful and complicated process and made it easy and stress free!

Phil s (salesman) was amazing, he helped through everything from warm greeting to the final delivery of the car. EXTREMELY Friendly person and caring. Just wished he responded to clients text more. Hope he can change that. JP the tech guy is like encyclopedia for BMW, that dude is a stud. Basically everyone there is pretty nice, the manager Franco is also nice, he made everything smooth.P.S : I didn t buy these cars,just some cool inventories what they had.

This weekend I purchased a CPO BMW X1 from Ashley Scott, my very first BMW ever! She was responsive, professional, and honestly amazing to work with. I have been doing research for over a year, with many dealerships, awaiting the perfect one. From walking in the door, they treated me with respect and kept up with my pace. The finance manager, Josh Farrell, was such a pleasure to work with too. I first test drove at Thompson BMW in Doylestown, and they were so arrogant. Making a client feel comfortable is key, and BMW Fort Washington will continue to get my business, with continued service needs, repairs etc. I can't recommend them enough. I am extremely pleased with purchasing my BMW through this dealership. Ask for Ashley!

Fort Washington is by far the best BMW dealerships out there. The customer service is impeccable all around, from the sales department, financing and service. I bought my car off a lease and June was amazing. Easy to work with, patient, knowledgeable and always with a smile. She updated me on my car step-by-step and made sure the process was streamlined and efficient. Five stars all around.

Hit a pothole in Fort Washington, tire immediately deflated. Luckily was close to BMW of FW, was taken great care of by my service advisor Frank and got an immediate ride to and from my house by Ben. My car is happy and so is his owner. Thanks guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Jake Headley and Corey at BMW of Fort Washington! They made buying a used car a pleasant experience. Jake was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the used car I was purchasing even though it wasn t a BMW. He returned calls and e-mails quickly and made sure that both the car and the paperwork were ready for the test drive and delivery. Corey explained the paperwork to me and was extremely efficient in getting me out the door in no time. The process from start to finish was smooth and seamless. Thank you!!
